Second time I have had something committed to me and then changed when I came into sign paperwork. One time is an oversight, second time is becoming a trend. The worst is when the manager tells you that you can somewhere else if you dont agree with them. While I understand that there is a shortage in the market, there is never a reason for poor customer service.

Excellent service advisors and service technicians. Came in for “The Works “ oil change special which includes vehicle inspection. Discovered control arm issue . I was very relieved because I had brought this issue to the attention of other auto shops, but everyone says everything is fine . Was very happy with the service here . Will be coming back . I went in to look at a car and wasnt too sure about purchasing the vehicle. I had Richard help me out with running some estimates and taking the vehicle for a test drive. Everything went very well unfortunately I couldnt pull through with the purchase but he did an amazing job and never put any pressure. If you go here definitely go with him!
The team with AH Ford did an outstanding job again! I have been a customer for many years and when it came time for my daughter to buy a car in a hurry I immediately reached out after meeting with the Service Manager who let me know it was time to retire her college car.We were referred to Ben and he took the time to walk my daughter thru the process of her first purchase. Then it was off to financing and Joe explained everything in detail and patiently answered all of the questions.I am so thankful for a honest group of people who understood the importance of a good and safe car for her...but also to educate her for future purchases!

This was a top notch experience this week in repairing a flat tire as well as getting regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotate) quickly at Arlington Heights Ford! Tony was able to order the tire before we even dropped off the vehicle, and had it fixed up and ready for pickup the next day. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here for service!

Day before leaving had 3 error messages go on… Mike and Jerry did what they could to make sure it was fixed and ready to go for the trip. Great place, great service - hope to find one like it again in FL.
Dropped one of our company vehicles for oil change @7:20am and they were done by 8:12am, but no one come to let me know. Comes 9:30am I went to check on my own just to find it parked and ready outside, while there were 4 people just doing nothing at the service booth. Just terrible customer service.

Originally had an issue with some miss information by a sells rep at the dealership but after speaking with the Owner and also another sells rep we have sense got that cleared up. It turned out to be just a miscommunication on availability of their loaner Mach E.We went back this past weekend 7/17/21 and meet with Elliott. He is a great sells rep and we are looking forward to doing business with him in the near future for a Mach E.

Called days ahead to make a service appointment for truck with a box. Asked the advisor are you sure you can work on a truck this size?, was told yes. Show up for appointment we were treated like we were dumb and pretty much scolded for brinigng a truck that size to them. When I called the service manager he told me he has never been rude to anyone in 30 years. Then he hung up on me. Id say that qualifies as rude jerry.
Courteous. Car was serviced within timeframe quoted. Did have to ask them to wash my car, after service was completed. Did not remove bird droppings and some other spots.
I originally had an issue with programming a new key and walked out of there without my request being resolved. However, Jerry Hood called me back the next day and fixed the issue. He handled my complaint with care and apologized for the prior inconvenience. I would highly recommend Jerry Hood to anyone that uses Arlington Heights Ford.
Went to take my ford edge for oil service and check up on car shaking at breaking. Justin at the service desk was very friendly and helpful with the process. He communicated with everything they found and was extremely patient with my requests. They all were open to my questions and my requests. Service Department Review:On Tuesday June 22nd I took my 2003 Ford Explorer to go get checked. I had been having issues with my vehicle not blowing cold air. I told the service writer (Victor) It is the end of June and its summer I need my AC to work.As he tried to explain the possible issues my vehicle could be having, I grew ever more impatient and frustrated. This is when Victor the service writer noticed that I was not happy and stopped and got the service director (Jerry) to help.I told them, I cant leave my car for endless days to fix something, and I dont have the money for big expenses. I need a quick fix even if its for the summer.The service writer and service director both said to not worry and that they would do the best they could to give my vehicle back to me later that day.About 3 hours in I got a call from Victor, they had found the problem. It seemed to be that the blower motor resistor was the issue. It was what controlled the fan. They assured me that it was not a costly repair. That all they needed was to get the part and put the new one in.I got my car 6 hours later.1) Price was reasonable.2) It was a quick service.3) The service visit was very pleasant.The service director Jerry and writer Victor, both really helped me out in a time of need. I will definitely be coming back because of the customer service I received from the service director and service writer.They were both truly amazing.Thank you Arlington Heights Ford Service Department for a Job Well Done.
They are always very professional and courteous. They explain what they are doing and let you know of any issues before going forward. I recommend their services and have used them multiple times with excellent service every time.

Our F350 experienced a major malfunction enroute to a horse show in Chicago from Evansville IN with both of our horses in the trailer we were pulling. I have had small difficulties with the parts department. Even then, I have had no trouble getting the parts that same day. The service team helped me exponentially. Jerry Hood allowed me to explain and show him how I had the wrong part installed. He immediately explained how he would allow a proper exchange for the the part. Him and his team were a big help in letting me right my wrong.

Just had the most horrific experience walking into a dealership and interacting with sales staff. It happened around 4 pm on March 15th. I walked in into a dealership. Two men, I believe both were salesmen, were having trouble acknowledging me. Only after I desperately eye-connected one of them, he approached me. Without introducing himself, he asked what I was looking for. I answered that Im looking for a particular Bronco Sport model. He asked me to a table, were he brought up a Ford website. I tried to point to the model and options Im looking for. Im pretty sure he saw this part of website for the first time ever. He told me that hell need to ask someone who knows this model better to help me. Meanwhile, the second man went on to call someone and started swearing loudly and continuously right behind me. A new salesperson approached me and, without any introduction, started asking questions of what I was looking for. I asked for his name. He said his name was Sam. I told him that Id like to purchase a Bronco Sport Badlands. He started asking if I want to by a big one(!?). I guess he thought I was looking for Bronco not Bronco Sport model, or he might not knew the difference between the two. Again, I explained that Im looking for Bronco Sport Badlands of a particular color and options, and could wait till end of May to take a possession of the vehicle. A person behind me, who was before swearing on the phone, interjected by barking out loud that there is no way this can be done. At this point I had only option to thank them and walkout out of the dealership.
The parts department at this store is phenomenal! Coming from a guy that’s worked in the industry and seen a lot of parts departments this place is on point! Very organized and timely with their orders, and kept me in the loop the whole time on my back ordered parts! I will take the 40 minute drive just to deal with these guys Every. Single. Time.

I called them this morning for an appointment to test drive the Ford Mustang Mach E and I was given an appointment at 11 am. When we went there on time, we were told that they do not have a car for test drive and they cut a sorry figure. The Schaumburg Ford dealership informed me that essentially none of the local dealerships have one for a test drive as all the cars have been pre-ordered online. I wish the dealership tell this to potential customers on the phone instead of having them drive in and then have a negative experience. They have lost me as a customer for this.AR
My Farther-in-law recently bought a 2019 Ford Edge ST from another local dealership. Unfortunately the car exerienced a very challenging issue with what ended up being a pinched gasket. After the other dealship couldnt figure out the cause, he brought it here.Jerry, the Service Manager took it upon himself to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Not only was he very helpful and friendly but he went above and beyond not to give up. My father-in-law was grateful for the personal attention and effort he put into resolving the issue. He said Jerry did and outstanding job! They will be returning again for sure.
Extremely friendly staff, my husband and I have purchased all our vehicles exclusively from Arlington Ford. We know just about all the staff, so that tells you that there is not much turn-over in staff!! They remember us as well. Love this place!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Salesmen are extremely shady and try multiple different sales tactics and pressure on you. This makes buying a car very difficult and makes the dealership an unpleasant experience. The owner Tony, is friendly at first, but good luck having any help from him once you purchase the car. He was very rude after he got my business and wouldn’t honor the additional requests in the contract. STAY AWAY.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. This was our first visit to AH Ford, we knew what vehicle we wanted and called ahead to check availability and reserve a time slot during the pandemic. Staff had car waiting for us up front when we arrived. Pleasant staff, would highly recommend this dealership. Clearly they do a lot of volume and theres a reason for it. Top notch, worth the hour drive out to them from our home.
I had walked in to buy a car with a few of my friends and almost spent $60,000. I later found that the cars transmission was completely busted. I had tried to reach out to the dealership but never received a call back. After a few days I had my attorney reach out to them and he had spoke with a sales associate. We had asked to speak to the owner but unfortunately did not get the time of day nor no call back. The sales associate was uncooperative and gave us no answers. The situation has only worsened and now I have no choice but to take legal action. I highly do not recommend this dealership!

Great customer service and Ben was a pleasure to have as my salesman. I didnt feel pressured to buy right away. The only thing that could have been improved on was on my new car which had a speaker blown, which they replaced, I should have been offered something for the trouble of bringing it back the next day. Other than that, I would use them again.
First of all I wanted to purchase a certain vehicle and they said they cannot sell it to me because it needed a new brake pedal. The salesman George Sarkisian was the salesman that I kept in touch with every other month to see when they were going to get this part and so I can buy the car. I am a military veteran with shrapnel in my leg and awls I wanted was this one car. They ended up selling the car to somebody else and just lost a customer. I had more than enough money to purchase that vehicle cash. So I will go somewhere else And I’m going to order a brand new vehicle and I know these people don’t even care so if you are a veteran of the United States military do not go to this place please.

I purchased my Ford Fusion Hybrid brand new from this dealership in 2012. Unfortunately, the company where I bought new tires didnt return my wheel lock a few months ago, which I didnt find out until I was having a tire rotation. After going to another Ford dealership near my home, I found out that the wheel lock lug nuts (5 per tire) were not Fords, nor did they fit any other set from Napa -- even tow truck companies. I was told they were after market even though I bought the car brand new from Ford Arlington Heights. I was told they couldnt get a replacement lock key BUT would charge me approximately $300 to extract the current lug nuts and replace with non-lock standard type. I called Arlington Ford and got the run around -- telling me to go back to where I got my tires, rather than helping me. Luckily, I found an independent mechanic, who was able to extract the lug nuts and replace for a fraction of that cost.
I was looking for a used car and AH Ford was my 5th dealer to check for vehicles. They had what I was looking for, and at a nice price.A minor problem popped up a few days later and they took car of it quickly. I am happy with my purchase, and will consider them the next time I am looking. Thank you, George.
An absolutely incredible car buying experience! A no pressure, honest, and direct method of making a large purchase was completely refreshing and we will be only buying our vehicles at AH Ford into the future.
I originally had a 5 star review of this dealership, but they failed to repair my vehicle numerous times. They spent from May to July trying to repair the vehicle and failed every time. They replaced the radio 3 times, which will leads me to believe it’s not a radio fault. I had a remote start for my vehicle before I went to this dealership, I left and noticed my remote starter no longer worked after they attempted another repair. I informed the dealership of this and was told I needed to buy another one. I also, needed to buy a new key. I asked for a loaner vehicle while they attempt to make additional repairs on my vehicle. I had a loaner for 2 days and returned it after they “fixed” my vehicle. I got home and vehicle was still not fixed, so I brought it back and was informed no loaners were available for 6 weeks. My family spent years traveling 15+ miles one way for this dealership, but after the way they handled the service we will no longer be going back to this dealership. Since then we have moved to a different dealer and bought new vehicles from them. I would highly recommend looking around to other places before taking your vehicle here for work to be done.

Arlington Heights Ford really went above and beyond servicing my car today. After oil leaking everywhere following an out-of-town oil change, they immediately communicated to me what had happened and resolved it quickly despite being very busy at the time. They provide great indoor and outdoor waiting areas and I could tell are taking cleanliness and safety a priority. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Highly highly recommend them!

What a sad excuse for sales staff. Frank their online rep is a robot so he is useless, Youll be given your cliche car dealer sales rep who doesnt want to listen, not answer questions, and push you off the phone unless you schedule an appointment. Client Respect and experience are clearly a low priority for this dealership. If this was my experience over the phone and emails. I can only imagine what it would be like in-store. I should have recorded my phone conversation... What a joke.

We purchased a vehicle from them on December 5th, and as of February 1st we still have not received the title and have been driving on expired plates because we are unable to register it. We have filed a complaint with the Secretary of State Police, and the Secretary of State told us that they would take care of it.

Since March both my daughter and I have purchased cars from Arlington Heights Ford. Both of us are very happy with our vehicles and the whole buying process. When I went to buy my vehicle I was shown six different vehicles that matched what I was looking for and given every fact available on each vehicle. I love the one that I ultimately chose and really appreciate how easy the whole process was. Both my daughter and I went to Steve U. to purchase our vehicles but every person there was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend buying your vehicle from them!!
Every time I bring in our cars for service, the staff is very friendly and explain everything clearly. They sanitize the cars before and after they are done and offer to wash it if I desire. I have never had a bad experience at Arlington Heights Ford!
