Great staff, offered a mask on entry as I did not have one and gladly accepted. Asked where an item was and said I would take it (it was a heavy object) didnt asked and the employee picked it up and delivered it the the cashiers desk. First time buyer at Harbor Frieght, I do my comparisons online and in this case they were 40$ under anyone else. This review is more about the employees at this store then the company itself. They were outstanding.

A good place to walk through to get ideas and maybe buy something but be sure to comparison shop. I almost bit on a $1000+ tool cabinet and saved hundreds by visiting Lowes.

I’ve never been to a store that’s so helpful on trying to save YOU money. Aside from the fact that Harbor Freight is like a toy/candy store for a handy person, the staff there have been so nice and helpful and always have helpful tips especially if you have any questions. Not many stores I walk out of, do I come out as happy as I do here. My favorite location too.

Reasonably priced. Tools are not high quality, but good enough for the ones you dont use every day.

Hey,Great place for cost effective/ disposable tools and consumables. If your looking to get it done with the right tool at a good price with out the brand name brag, this is the place. We all love our brand name go to standards but most of the time frills are for the foolish, get around the tool truck and get off the brand and just get the tools to get the job done effectively.Harbor tools has a good selection for multiple industries if you have never been, go for a walk through the place, I bet u spend a few bucks before u leave.... and will tell yourself next time you’ll just go to harbor tool and freight.

Dont Ike this store even is close in my aria.Menager Brenda is Lying individual. Give you information on the phone but if you went to her store she denied and she lied she never said that. Its just not acceptable. Their stocks are terrible they never have a stuff you have to go to another store. Never ever gonna go to the store.

Great place to pick up some decent tools for a small projects. The staff are always helpful and the store is usually quite clean and in good order. Lately they seem to be out of several products, but with the how things are right now, its not terribly surprising.

This is my toy store! Anytime I need a tool, I always come here. They’re the most affordable store. Keep in mind, they pass the savings on to you in the form of generic/off-brand tools. In my experience the tools I buy from Harbor Freight get the job done just as good the branded, more expensive tools you get elsewhere. Pro tip: sign up for their coupons and they’ll text you a discount code you can use at the register.

Cashier Steve helped a white woman to get a free flashlight (even though she did not have the right coupon) and free rags. So I attempted to do the same thing. However, Steve said that my coupon was for a different flashlight and that I could only get one free item a day (I am a brown skinned man). When I pointed out that he just allowed the woman to get two items he said there was two of them that is why. Then I pointed out that she only made one transaction. Steve then said take it up with him and pointed at the supervisor (I guess). I do not need a flashlight or rags. So I just left the store. I think that Steve discriminated against me and I will not go back to this store and maybe any other HFT.

I love Harbor Freights prices! I bought a plastic, small parts organizer that would have been $10 more at a craft store. The checkout process was excruciatingly slow, which is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5. I would go there again in the future and would recommend it to others for tools.

Harbor Freight is awesome for getting the tools you need for a low price. All handtools have lifetime warranty just like Craftsman. Ive returned broken tools and they are replaced no questions asked by very helpful staff. Some items arent so great, but many are so do your research. Be sure to check out the harbor freight coupon database app, it lets you scan every item and find coupons.

Polite staff and dirt cheap tools. Not always the best quality (at least, for the smaller stuff), but so cheap that I often come in for a single tool and end up buying a ton of little things Ive been needing - clamps, gaskets, heat shrink, ect.Workers are friendly, knowledgeable enough to be helpful for most projects, and not at all pushy.
