I cant tell you how disappointed I am with the lack of service I have received.1. It took several months for my sign to get installed. The installer asked me to leave, since it would take time to install the outside sign. I then get a call he was leaving for an emergency.2. It too over 5 months to get the installer to come back and get my sign to light up.3. I called and asked before printing my door sign if, it was clear and I was told Yes. The door sign is blurry. I spoke to Rose several times about the sign and its been several months and no reply from her.Very disappointed.My door sign is blurry and I was told by Rose, she would check herself. I sent photos and texted and called her. The last text was three months ago and no response.I cant recommend them at this point. I waited and waited, but tbe service to get better and it hasnt.The previous owner had a 5 star review.I love the service I receive every time. I have been with them, since 2012. ❤❤Their work is always of the highest quality.

This sign shop has been in buisiness for over 20yrs. Always the best price and very top quality.

Bought some polycarbonate and it was very bent when I picked it up, so the guy tells me to just lay it flat for few hrs and it would straighten out. 3 days laying flat with weight and did not make any difference. So I took it back and they bent the middle straight but looks warped so the owner suggested I buy a heat gun to fix what they sold me instead of offering to fix it. So clearly they dont offer good quality and lack in customer service.
