I took my moms old prom dress to get cleaned and pressed and was not disappointed!! There was yellowing and stains from age and once i picked up my dress it looked almost brand new! the staff was very welcoming and my item was cleaned very quickly. Prices are good for service

I own a resale shop. I sell clothes online for a living. My rent, my food, my bills are paid by the quality of my products. I bring these people clothes with stains, small minor holes, bad creases, smells, all kinds of stuff. I have tried so many places and its always hit or miss but at this place I know for an absolute fact that I can get top notch quality EVERY TIME. If I know any damage or stain that needs done I always tell them so they dont miss it but half the time they see stuff I dont see. Its just a great place! I really hesitated writing this because its one of my hidden gems but they really do deserve a good recommendation from a genuine person.

Ive been a customer for about 2 years now and can say from experience that this is the best cleaners Ive ever used. The people that work there are the reason for the success and great service you get. I strongly recommend them for your cleaning needs.

My first and only time going to this establishment, the lady acted like it was an inconvenience to drop off five shirts. She was very rude and snobby. I asked a simple question if they were open on Saturday and she answered and the most unprofessional way. I will not be going back to this place and to think this is a small business and they wonder why people use big business. Rude and unprofessional never again will I spend my money here.

I wont be using Hillcrest again! I brought my garments in and was told that Id be given a cheaper rate because I only needed them pressed. I called to get my total on the way there in case I needed to stop at an ATM and was immediately given attitude when I mentioned that I was told there would be a cheaper rate for just a press. The woman literally began shouting saying the man didnt know what he was talking about. I told her it wouldve been nice to have gotten a phone call so I could make a decision on if I wanted to pay for some work I didnt even have done. I get to the store and she ask me as if shes interested in the garment if its for church then says see yes, its a robe, we charge a different price for robes! So i then ask to see her price sheet and she doesnt have one. So I got overcharged on two trenchcoats that I only needed pressed. And one of the coats didnt look as if it had been pressed at all. Keep looking!!!! Dont do business here!

Unbelievably knowledgable about what they are doing. And the staff (especially Bernice) are so friendly and professional. It takes 15 minutes to get there for me, but it is absolutely worth it! They are a gem!!
