Woke up to a dead battery in my car. My insurance was there in 5 min to charge it, drove to Batteties Plus, which is near my house. I picked the battery i wanted, they put it in and i was on my way. The whole process took about an hour.

Fabulous service! Had a 2018 ToyotaCamry battery in stocks, and installed it for me right there!!! (More helpful than the dealer, lol)

This business and location gets a A+ for customer service. Store Mgr. Kevin Lee was Not only assured me that he would be able to change the battery out for in my tablet, but he helped me look up the battery and get it ordered when it was not one they had or could order through their vendor. Best Buy simply told me they are kind of disposable and I should buy a new one. It was also affordable! It is rare these days when you find people willing to go out of their way to provide those extra touches. And besides, if you havent been in one of their stores, they have some of the greatest items. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Such great customer service! I visted Batteries Plus since Id replaced the batteries on my keyfob incorrectly and both were not working. Before taking my key fobs in, I thought the fobs would need to be reprogrammed. When I went to Batteries Plus, thats when I found out the batteries had been placed incorrectly and one of the so called new batteries I bought wasnt new at all and was close to dying. They patiently explained the issue to me and fixed my problem without any charge. I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends for their excellent service.

This time I bought light bulbs. I am slowly changing all the light bulbs in my house to LED bulbs. I got an email of a special St. Patricks Day sale with 17 percent off bulbs, so I bought an eight-pack of 40 watt equivalent, standard base LEDs, one three way, standard base LED, and two 100 watt equivalent, standard base bulbs. I saved money and I know I will use them.

Kevin was incredible. He has a way with customers of making them feel at ease no matter what they need. He explains things knowledgeable and kindly. He was very gracious when exchanging my fob battery and went the extra measure to ensure I had the warranty by looking up my info in the database. I think this will be my home base Batteries+Bulbs!

Kevin and Josh have always been so helpful and courteous! Recently when I needed a replacement battery for my elderly Mom’s cell phone they had it in stock! Whether it’s a battery for a phone or batteries for my watches or a hard to find light bulb they always seem to have what I need. Went here to get my battery replaced in my IPhone. Forgot the guys name but he was so nice and fast. I was there about 30 minutes at the most and he replaced my battery, changed my glass protector, and I purchased an outer box for my phone oh and a 16 ft iPhone charger for a great price👍🏾I will be coming here from now on...😀

Manager Kevin Law went above and beyond what was expected. He was very friendly and arranged the pick up and delivery of the batteries. He kept us updated when the items were back ordered and delivered them when they came in.

Heard from people mixed reviews about this franchise but i tried it for myself and come to see that it is true, i brought my car fob to be fixed just to have them loose my inner parts of my fob n just have the shell when i come for a refund because they had no idea my Cadillac fob was not being sold to them anymore from there people,so i get a empty shell n a false promise from the store manager kevin law that they would replace my key fob, and all this while i call the store just to see if he ordered a replacement that he personally said he would replace and that was going on almost 2 months of them loosing my key fob parts, in the end the manager kevin took care of the issue and replaced my key fob and gave me 2 extra ones i def appreciate that n the fact that he appologized for the mix up

I recently brought in an out-of-warranty automotive battery from a mothballed vehicle that I couldnt get to charge. Not only did they take the battery to do some deep charging for a few days, but they loaned me a spare so that I could move the vehicle to a new location. I had a unique situation and they really went above and beyond to help me out. Ill never buy a battery anywhere else.

Stopped by to get bulk batteries and the guy there was really knowledgeable, super friendly and explained how things work for great discounts if you set up a commercial or church account with them. The place has all kinds of batteries from household to car batteries. They also have all kinds of bulbs here. Highly recommended.

Theres a guy there who does phone repairs - his name is Lee I believe. He did a great job on mine and was super polite and explained everything in detail. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a phone repair tech and for a fair price.

I always find what I need and the staff at the North Fielder road location is Arlington Texas are customer service superstars! They are knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help.

Last night my phone had some major technical difficulties in a situation where I needed it addressed ASAP because I had a flight out for a week the next morning. The worker (Kevin aka Lee) was very helpful and flexible. He turned what was going to be a potential 3 day project into a couple of hours. He gave great ideas and feedback although we werent able to fix my problem, I highly recommend going there to see him! He is very friendly and knowledgeable!

Great customer service with Kevin here at the one on Fielder & iRandall Mill by mamas pizza.My Car battery died this morning so I had to get a new battery went to O’Reilly’s and their batteries only charged about 550 i& at batteries plus it’s like 800 so the guy was kind of informing me that that’s what my battery should be charging at. I will be going back there because of the great customer service in the information he provided me.

My cell phone screen cracked. I called this location and immediately was treated with respect. The staff took time to research what my cell needed. When I arrived at the location I was treated even better. I was offered a place to sit while waiting on the repair. Weeks later my cell needed more attention and again I received the same service. Allen and the staff at this location are the BEST! I was helped with a smile it reminded me of the way stores use to handle business. Good service, fair pricing

If Google offered 10 stars that’s what I’d give this crew. Long story short, my old cell phone would not charge anymore. Battery at zero and would not turn on. (Bad port on the phone) However in order to get the data from the old to the new phone I needed to put in a fresh battery and quickly start transferring data. Josh working on the morning of June, 5th hooked me up with a spare battery so I could get this squared away. He went beyond and above what I hoped to get accomplished. Because of his actions, I was able to get a new phone, transfer data and phone number so that way I can still continue applying for jobs. I spoke with Lee about this and all I have to say is that Josh saved my lifeline. These two dudes are very loyal, caring and definitely put their customers priorities first doing anything they can to help.

I had a cracked screen on my iPhone and they were able to replace it, and replace the battery rather quickly and for only $130 total with a coupon I got from making the appointment online. Very dissatisfied with the communication between the store manager (Gary Braly) and my business service request. I emailed BPB an estimation request around April 22nd, and was contacted on April 25th by Gary Braly about the request made. He asked for more information about the lighting services needed and replacement bulbs, and after I provided the information, I have yet to receive a response.After my last email, I sent another follow up email on May 2nd informing Gary I have yet received a response. Then sent a second follow up on May 7th asking for a reply, and I still have yet to receive any contact back.I can not commit on their quality of work, but for the communication aspect, it is not great.

Lee was very easy and had plenty of patience to work with I had came in this location to purchase a key fob after I had demage mine for my 09 cadillac cts it was not a easy task after another associate erased my original trying to program a new key fob lee assured me he will get it done it was late and the store was closing he offered me to order a pizza or anything I wanted to eat he got the key fob programed and I was on my way a million thanks I highly recommend lee lawn when it comes to programing keys !!!!!
