I spent over two months trying to track down and finance a new Mazda CX-30 and finally Hiley Mazda of Arlington came through for me! Right off the bat everyone in that sales dept had excellent customer service. Carlos was awesome, that dude really takes the time to work with you and help you get into the car you want. He really knows these cars like the back of his hand and I appreciate all the work he did for me. The guy I worked with in the finance dept. was also rad, he worked with me as well on warranties and getting my payment where I needed it to be. All in all this was a 10/10 experience. After writing a previous review while waiting in the office; Chris W came out and was extremely confrontational with my dad over it. We are all in the sales industry and there is definitely a way to speak to customers and how he approached it; was not correct and he does not need to be in the sales industry if that is his attitude. The only reason this gets two stars is because Sarah in finance was an angel and helped us out to the best of her ability and that’s the type of person that you should have employed at this establishment. My family has always gone to this specific dealership for years because of the excellent customer service and we have never had a problem until today. When Chris W. reads this; which I’m sure he will; do not raise your voice at customers and there is absolutely no reason to be disrespectful and if someone wants to write a review ; they are more than entitled to do so; maybe learn from this experience.

DO NOT PURCHASE/LEASE from Hiley Mazda of Arlington. I have leased cars before from other dealerships with no problems. I have leased from other dealerships, paid on time every month, returned vehicles in perfect condition w/ very low mileage, and have NEVER received a property tax bill. Why am I getting hit w/ a property tax bill from Hiley Mazda? Try getting in touch w/ someone to gain some kind of understanding of what is going on and all you get are voice mails and so and so is on vacation. If you value good customer service and your credit rating....DONT GO THERE!

I will preface this with I have worked at a dealership for 7 years but never worked in sales so even I still get anxious when it comes to buying a car. I chose to work with Chris White, solely based on his reviews and I’m glad I did. He was transparent and did not pressure me one way or another, nor was the process rushed. All of the managers and staff were friendly and kept checking on me while I was waiting for the vehicle to be detailed. I was even given a nice thermos by a sales manager just because they wanted to acknowledge I was waiting longer than anticipated (it’s the little things).Also want to shout out Robert in finance. He was funny and I enjoyed the conversation. Again want to highlight that he was also non pressuring and didn’t feel like I was being ‘sold’ on things I didn’t need or want.The Hiley Mazda staff has adapted to the changes in the auto industry and embraced new sales techniques that create a welcoming and comfortable environment that people want when purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a preowned Mazda CX-5 2019 on Nov 25th, 2021. When I purchased the vehicle, I pointed out a few faults in it that I was guaranteed in writing would be repaired in a timely manner. It is now 3 days from a full month since that day and I have called Hiley Mazda of Arlington at least 20 times if not more and out of those 20 times I probably got through to someone about 5 times and each time I was told they thought someone else had handled it and would get back with me. Nobody has gotten back with me, I actually ACCIDENTALLY got a call from Chris who sold me the car (along side Greg) while he was trying to call some other customer to try and sell a vehicle I presume and he was very shocked to know it was me. When I mentioned the promises and another fault I found he said he would get all that sorted out but here we are nearly 3 days from a full month since I bought the car. I still have a cracked windshield, scratches to the body, a pin stripe I was told they could remove and a dent in the roof of the vehicle. On top of all that the vehicle is hesitating while shifting gears very noticeably and the maintenance service there notices nothing??? DO NOT BUY HERE, they will be super good to you until that vehicle leaves the lot, then you are on your own.

Highly recommend Chris at Hiley Mazda. Bought my 2020 CX-5 from him and I love it. Would give 5 stars but had questions aftetward about warranty and could not get a call back from the finance dept. after leaving several messages.
