For many years I used to shop at Smoking Dragon, but over time they stopped updating their inventory of shisha and wouldnt reorder unless the stuff on the shelves would sellout. Lets just say I always saw the same flavors and hookahs for over a year. I came here on a whim and have never stopped coming. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Even during a world crisis, their customer service never ceased to be extraordinary. Great selection of tobacco products for any and all needs. Dope.

Ahmad is a knowledgeable staff member here. Was quick to answer what he knew and just as quick to use whatever resources needed to answer the rest. Listened to personal preferences and made suggestions accordingly. I have had several good experiences at this store, and would recommend visiting for any local or passerby.

Went looking for a vape device, they have plenty of juice but not devices. They are knowledgeable of things this is mostly vered towards CBD

DO NOT BUY KRATOM HERE. Went here about 1pm and asked for red maeng da, container was labeled red maeng da and also had a red sticker (ive bought from here a few times now). Got home a few hours later, opened it up and it was green. (Red maeng da is a brownish reddish color).. Ive had green maeng da before and it looked and smell exactly like green. Went back up to the store (same day) waited patiently for my turn, same girl was there, explained what happened. She said not to worry she would take care of it, called her manager and told him the issue (she spoke right in front of me), explained to him that the powder was green and it was labeled wrong. She hung up and told me that she had to wait for him to call back and if i could wait for her to take care of a few customers.. And not to worry she would take care of me. I waited patiently. He called back maybe 10 minutes later and she hung up and told me she could give me a $3 discount on the big container (129.99) but she couldnt do anything with the improperly labeled container and that it wasnt their fault. I asked her whos fault was it then? Mine? How are you going to sell me the wrong product (labeled correctly but wrong product inside) and then tell me that its not your fault. She told me not to shoot the messenger, that she was just doing what the manager said (which I understand, which is why i mostly kept my cool) and that it was the manufacturers fault not theirs and that the manager said that although it was green that there was a chance it could still possibly be red maeng da (so not only is it my fault that their products are mislabeled.. But they also think that im stupid). And that if i didnt like or want the product I could leave it there ($80 product). $80 down the drain. Apparently its my fault that their manufacturer mislabeled their product. If you do buy here, I recommend checking your product before you leave. But they still probably wont correct the issue if youve already paid anyways lol. Very unprofessional, money hungry owners apparently.

This place is the best in south Arlington, staff is always ready and will educate you on the best products and how to use them and will work with any budget. They’ll make you feel welcomed and as if you were a regular costumer, the staff always has crazy deals going on and they’ll hook you up with whatever you need! Shout out to the homie Ahmad!

The staff is very friendly and helpful here. I have enjoyed almost every experience. However there has been 3 times, I have came here and they say they open at 10 and they still don’t open for over and hour and a half after they say there open. I have waited a few minutes to see if they will open. I have seen over a dozen people leave after they thought they were open. I even left and ran a couple errands that took over 30 minutes and came back and they still didn’t open after time they said they were open. I think that they need to work on being clear of when they open. I want to keep coming here. But if there hours are never clear. That makes it difficult to shop here

Their selection is pretty good. Unfortunately, I bought an item that cost $30, and it broke two ways the first time I used it. I had to argue strenuously to get an exchange. They kept saying but youve used it. The point being that you should be able to use an item more than once before it comes to pieces. I wont be going back here because I should never have had to argue for them to make it right.

I always love coming to this place whenever Im in town. They have a wide selection of products. Are the only one I know who carry high end butane for lighters like the Neon which is refined x11 times. Their tours selection is by far one of the most unique options around as well. Not sure if the gentleman thats always there to assistance is the owner or not. But his service is always polite. His product knowledge is very helpful in making sure that you select the right item most suitable for you....
