Hello, I purchased a cigar from this establishment ( Pentagon City) and the product was clearly dated. When I attempted to punch a hole in the cap of the cigar with a rather new puncher the entire cap exploded. Today I went to the Pentagon location for a replacement and the cashier told me that I could not return this item because the store is not responsible for the care of cigars post purchase. Im confused by this statement because I attempted to smoke the cigar on the same day of purchase. To be honest I never had this issue before. I frequent several cigar sellers and they all treat the customer with care, they are not argumentative and they attempt to make the customer whole. I will never patronize this store again.

Engaged, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Helpful and didn’t pressure it make any specific purchases. Had a particular taste and smell in kind for pipe tobacco and pointed us in the right direction. The shops new location is sunnier, more welcoming and hospitable. And easier to find! They have their own line of pipe tobacco that’s affordable and good stuff.

Great atmosphere and very welcoming environment! Dory assisted us, and she was phenomenal! She not only answered our questions, but went over and beyond to explain some differences I was unaware of and provided excellent recommendations. We sat in and enjoyed one of her recommendations: Le Byou -My Father and whew! It says Medium - Full, but it was clearly Full! Afterwards, we went back for two more cigars and Natasha assisted! I highly recommend this location if youre in the mall and want to take a load off in a clean, aromatic, relaxed environment where the staff is laid back, yet attentive!

Newest location in the mall is a major improvement, in virtually every way: bright, open, airy...and even a proper lounge area. Go for the cigars, stay for the relaxed ambience. Well done, OVTC mgmt + staff 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This store has some very unique cigar boxes for sales from very large to small and some are made of wood and cardboard. Ive purchase several for use around my apartment for storage of remotes, note pads, pen/pencils I also give them my little neices and nephews for decorating for thier keepsakes.

The young lady was very helpful on finding me a flavorful acid cigar that was very good to my taste......Ill love for the store to carry the acid croqueta cigar...

Pretty good prices on cigars. I have yet to find a cigar that they dont have. Staff is knowledgeable. Theres a few chairs in there where you can smoke.

The staff is trying to rush you into buying a cigar as soon as possible. They did not offer me to pick my cigars from the box in order to check their quality and were annoyed that I wouldnt buy what they chose for me. Overall, decent basic selection for a store of this caliber.

Hi there. This is Pete, the old man from South Africa who just imposed himself on you all a couple of weeks ago. You are the most agreeable crowd of hooligans I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I stumbled into the cigar bar to enjoy the most wonderful smell of good tobacco and walked out an hour and a half later have made friends with six of the most incorrigible guys imaginable. An oasis of quiet and calm in the midst of frantic urban frenzy. Proprietor is knowledgeable about cigars and had the one I had been unable to find elsewhere.

If you are looking for a quick cigar smoke, this place has a small sitting area (7-8 chairs) good cigar collection, highend cigars, cutters, lighters and humidors, pipes and so much more, they carry cigarettes too. Staff is well knowledgeable, place is been there since the mall has been opened, 2nd floor next to Nordstrom, look for Jay/Vern for recommendations, highly recommend if you are in DMV or DC metro area or arlington VA.

BEWARE if your not a regular at this shop. The staff will assume you’re going to steal. Been here a few times on my lunch break or just at the mall with the family. I’ve had bad experiences here every time.

Decent food for the price; the biggest issue was the wait for it, unfortunately. No fault of the staff present, there was just simply not enough scheduled to work I guess.

New Management: clutter everywhere. Signs everywhere, rude customer service when you’re spending $9.00 average on a stick. Jay the new manager tries to run the shop like its a cheap variety store..I won’t shop there. Mall employees gets 10% off but regulars get nothing.

Wanted to sit and smoke a cigar, was told they stopped allowing that after 1pm during Christmas and there were people there smoking. At least post this on your website for those who make a trip just for this. Probably wont be back.
