Poor customer service. I went to have some blueprints and renderings printed the other day and was fairly disappointed by the experience. I arrived right at 9am when they opened along with two other customers. We were standing in line for at least ten minutes before anyone started helping us. The young black lady that helped me was very friendly and professional. But she was the only employee that was helping customers get prints. There was a line of around 8 people at this point and the other employees didn’t seem to be doing much.Then there was an issue getting my blueprints done and the quality of the prints came out poorer than I expected. I was waiting for an hour to get these done. Throughout that whole process the only time I saw the other employees doing anything productive was when the black lady asked them for help. The cherry on top was I had to pay over $200 for this. I don’t plan to return to this location in the future.I’ve worked customer service, I know what kind of work it is and I am incredibly patient with workers because I know what it’s like to be on the other side of a rude customer. But this managed to rub me the wrong way. Had I not already paid for these prints I would have walked out after 20 minutes to look for another place to print.
I went in today to get a couple things bound and Maryann was so amazing! She was so patient and went out her way to provide exceptional customer service. She even wished me well on my job interview, which I had only mentioned once. I will definately use this location again!
The location is very convenient for my works, the price is kinda high if you dont have the coupon ...
You wait 15 minutes after signing in and then they let people go in front of you.but worse than that the manager didn’t even bother calling for help while his people were just filling shelves with stock rather than bringing them over to help people 6 deep in line.Area managerCheck the tape look at the video timeline and watch how he sees people piling up and piling up and how they waited on people out of turn
The worst customer service ever, I was waiting for 30 minutes just to printing 3 sheets and than they said I have to pay $2.55 same thing that costs $0.30 cents. The worst Office Depot ever
I am very disappointed in the customer service offered me today. I have been working with your company for over 25 years. Two (2) different service personnel said they could not help me after I sent a preliminary email and waited for my turn.Please hire staff that knows how to do their jobs.Very frustrating.Owner of a business
I visited today to print some test cards for a project I’m working on. I was helped by a lady named Carol. She was really attentive and detailed about my order and made suggestions on how to improve my project without necessarily reducing quality. Overall the experience was pleasant, but the wait time was a bit long.
The three ladies helping me tonight went above and beyond expectation. They stayed to help complete a printing order of mine. Very appreciative of their friendliness and professionalism.

Horrible customer service. I called ahead of time about an item that is advertised on their website and the young lady confirmed they had them. I drive 45 minutes to this location just for them to tell me they don’t have the item that I am looking for. Didn’t get an apology or anything about a mistake they made and for wasting my time.

It took me over an hour to ship a box...it wasnt busy. 4 employees in the store 2 working and 2 just on the cell phone....yall only need 2 employees. Check your cams and fire the 2 im talking about. Its frustrating as a customer when you can see wich employees dont care at all....and for a business owner you dont need people riding the clock you just burning money. Not even busy. This was today at 10:00 a.m. swear it was rocket science for this person to figure out how to make a shipping label....wich tells me the manager aint doing their job in cross training employees.
Every time I come into the store Im always greeted by an employee. Tim and Aaron I believe are the names of the managers and they both are always very helpful and ensure that I find everything I need for my office needs.print has improved within the last few weeks so im excited about that. I will defiantly be coming back!

I seriously will forever be a Office Depot customer because of Jared from Lincoln square north Arlington location. I lost my dog and had to print fliers and h made sure I had the best price to print as many as I could . He was super compassionate and it meant so much . Thankyou !
Staff was slow today and lacked interpersonal skills necessary to direct a small crowd of customers all making a quick stop on lunch or during a small window. It took 2 staff members in printing to help 1 customer as others like myself waited. When you arrive (at least today) 2 guys are in the wait soliciting donations but they make you feel like they work there. By the time you realize whats going on you wasted 5 minutes on just these 2 guys soliciting donations. To end my visit I finally received my document and went to the other counter to pay. I told the older lady about my experience and she ignored my plight. She could have apologized for my experience and it would have been all good for me but given the outcome I wish I could go 0 stars. Wont be going back.
Self service copy machines werent working so I got in line for them to copy my items up front. There was a lady in front of me that the employees were taking their sweet time with. Other employees were walking around looking at me like I wasnt supposed to be there. People behind me were getting irritated as well and I was already late for an appt so I let about 20-30 minutes go by with absolutely no progress on the lady in front so I told the others good luck and left. So damn ridiculous!! Just walking around like theres no one to help. I feel for the others who waited and no telling for how long!
This place is great, I really hate wasting time so I visited their website which can tell you exactly what they have in stock. Found the product I wanted, went into the store to get it. They price match every decent place, including Amazon but to my surprise it was unnecessary because their prices were so competitive. Bought a keyboard for 20 dollars (originally 50) and the closest retailer had it for 30. What a deal.I understand they mainly do office supplies so in the tech part they kinda lack of in stock items but check out their website to see if they have it and they will surprise you.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE.I came today to print my documents and the lady whos working here was trying to charge me $20 dls just to click enter in my documentI told her -No Im not gonna pay that amount- then she starts laughing at me.But then i sent her another email and she deleted some words, so hows that?And then Siara or Ciara or whatever who that is keeps laughingat me. HORRIBLE RESPONSE FROM MANAGER AND HIS STAFF. Hope company can teach or hire more helpful people.
Mostly doing some back-to-school shopping here. They have some of the best deals in town for back-to-school, but you have to make several trips as not all the great deals happen at once. They have one of the larger copy centers Ive seen at Office Depots with more than one employee. I havent used them yet.
I went to store to get my business cards printed, but actually they dont do same day printing for business cards I need to place an order here come GABY she was very nice and helped me with designing and printing, she did it like a flash and she was very patient with me and she know how to treat a customer I really really appreciate her.... Thank you very much GABY. I recommend this store for best customer service ever....
Went in to get flyers printed. One of the printers was out of service. It took 3 people to stand around and stare at it. I finally asked if I could get some help. I was told that someone would be with me shortly. The lady that was asked to help me was very rude. Stood with her back to me clicking the buttons on another computer while complaining. She never said anything to me. 2 associates finally helped me and they were very very very nice. ...so thats where the 3 stars come in! I would advised the rude lady to take the day off if you dont want to be bothered with the public.

5 workers 6 customers. Workers debating whos job it is to make copies. One worker behind a computer I asked whats the hold up he said he wasnt on the clock. Well why are you on the floor at a computer.This location is always slow always give resistance to print jobs. Go to East Chase location a couple of exit West on 30. They always have a solution and get things done in a timely friendly manner
The staff is always friendly. I email my print order for pick up. It has never been wrong. Im usually there less than 5 minutes. Great service!

Wow, I came into the store an hour prior to close on a Friday. I was so happy to find a variety of the products I was searching for. This location has a fantastic amount of presentation paper. You saved the day. Thank you!! I will be back.
The only reason why these places are even around or useful is because of the ability to print documents and they don’t have a self-serve kiosk to download documents from.Employees seem overworked, underpaid and unhappy.

Probably the worst experience at an Office Depot I have ever had. Where to begin? The associates are too happy (yes, there is such a thing as too happy) and artificial. The management staff is inane, and only two people in the Copy Center know how to work machines. Do yourself a favor and either find a different location OR go to Staples.

Standard office depot. Good supplies, but rather small compared to others.
Customer service is horrible. I was looking for poly mailer bags, the sales consultant didnt know where they were located, so her co-worker pointed me in the right direction. Then when it was time for me to check out, the items rang up more than what the sign said. The sales consultant goes to the aisle where I got the bag, sees the same sign I saw when I picked the item, and still didnt want to honor the price. I asked her how else was I suppose to know the price of something if its not properly marked. She made a smart remark and said You should ask.....but isnt it your JOB to make sure the items in the store are price marked correctly. I wont be back any time soon, if ever.

0 stars! Terrible experience at the Lincoln square location in Arlington, Tx with employee named Lori. She was scrolling away on her cell phone, ghetto, rude, goofing off and lacked knowledge. On top of that the assistant manager Jeremy was just standing next to her hearing everything that was going on without doing anything, as if everything was ok. I will not be coming back with the bad customer service from employees such as Lori who seem incompetent and like if they hate there job. At fault is also the assistant manager Jeremy for allowing this type of behavior to be allowed.

They didn’t complete my order!! Had something printed and it was halfway completed. Went in this evening to pick up the rest of my order, no where to be found.I was told the task was passed on to someone else. My order no where to be found
