Wanted to write a detail review for the amazing job that David (from Fox River Granite) did for recovering my home!Im one of the owners who experienced a pipe burst during the extreme weather back in Feb21 in Dallas, TX. My entire brand new development house was flooded with 6 inches deep of water. Originally we wanted to have a warranty claim as its a new built from Castle Rock; however, the builder is in denial of any responsibility so we are left with no help. Searched through google and attempted to call every single contractors we can find but most of the highly rated ones are all 1 month out. We were lucky enough to have met Davids team. He is honest, friendly, very informative during the entire rebuild process that we didnt need to ask for update, and most of all very timely (Its 2 months long project through beginning of Apr, but Im sure it would have been at least a 3 months reconstruction for others let alone there isnt anyone who can help during the contractor shortage).Since we ended up went through the reconstruction with insurance and the money wasnt coming as quickly as we wanted. David is very thorough and sent us a quote that is close to the field adjusters estimate. He is also very transparent and told us that we can either wait (It took almost 2 weeks for our insurance to send us a check and then 2 additional weeks for our lender (due to TX law if check is >$10k) to release us payment) OR if we are comfortable to issue them a check with 50% of the estimate, they can start the work right away.Understand 50% is a lot of money, but we already built trust throughout the first week with David so we were not worry at all. David used the same if not better quality material to rebuild our place! i.e We paid upgrades fee with our cabinets and floorings but we couldnt locate the same brand and color anywhere out there. He personally reached out to the supplier who usually usually sell to builders and was able to convince them to sell us the material! (I called myself and got turn down couple times) Then, he gave us an option to pick better quality of stone for our counter top needed to be replaced.We are still waiting for the rest of the claim check to be released as of today and were glad we didnt wait in the first place.It is a long review, but I wanted to make sure if you are still looking for a team who is honest and highly skilled, look no where. Jonathan at Fox River Granite was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for, and the price was great. The sales staff inside were friendly and helpful as well. The gray granite slab remnant for our fireplace hearth was perfect. Would definitely recommend Fox River Granite!

I recently worked with fox river from the damages caused from the recent winter storm, David and team have done a wonderful job in restoring everything to normalcy, they have done a massive job in under a month and David took care of everything that exceeded my satisfaction in every aspect. Fox River Granite was amazing. I am a builder with @berkwaltershomes and I deal with a LOT of different contractors. David and his team did a great job for a great price, and on time. Usually you dont get all 3 of those attributes. Their work is impeccable and the results stunning. We sold the house before we even finished it and everyone commented on the stunning waterfall island. I will use Fox River again for sure.

They installed my kitchen counters and in both bathrooms and they were looking great. Nick and his team were very helpful and friendly. We had such a fantastic experience with Dylan, David, and all of the crew at Fox River! We originally were going to use a different granite company and had a very sub par experience with them. From the moment I pulled up to Fox River, it was a much needed relief! Dylan greeted me at the door and helped me get in with my huge double stroller carrying my two babies. He instantly made me feel like their most important customer. After learning our project needs, we walked out to the granite yard and got to choosing. He helped me figure out what I wanted and really helped me be sure of my choice. I was never rushed and he even gave his own opinion and thoughts when I asked him. After my selection was made, he kept me in the loop with when it was being cut and double checked to make sure they had the exact slab I wanted (which they did). David called me the day before installation to confirm, which was so appreciated. Communication is the way to my heart and Fox River exceeded my expectations! We’re thrilled!

I was referred to Fox River Granite via a mom group, and I have nothing but great things to say about David and his team. Consider this your mom friend recommendation.I got several estimates from general contractors to renovate our entire home, but ultimately I decided to go with this company based on the recommendation and the open, honest, and (most importantly) comfortable communication. This is something that should strongly be considered since you’re going to be back and forth with this person multiple times a day. David is not only knowledgeable in the industry, he’s very honest and fair (a rarity in the contracting world).They literally helped me achieve my home dreams and went above and beyond with customer satisfaction. Some of the things I requested weren’t possible to achieve but they always figured a workaround that not only worked, but looks amazing. The tile work they did on my bathroom is flawless — and I picked a design that is very difficult to achieve. They fixed the entire interior of my home and we are over the moon with how it turned out. This place is super amazing! We got our countertop installed in less than a week!DAVID is awesome he went above and beyond for us! He listened to us on everything every little detail and helped us with our kitchen to look beautiful!It didn’t take long for them to come out and measure and install . David went all out for us, if you need anything ask for him, I had been remodeling my kitchen for some time and he made our vision come true! I had told him how we were on our budget and he helped me get something super great 👍🏼! This man has amazing customer service and knows his job ! The workers who came to install the rock were awesome as well, they were so professional and careful with our cabinets. They came and did their job fast! I’m so glad I came upon this place ! Great place for all your countertops and kitchen remodel needs

My company has used Fox River for five residential properties. Fox River is fantastic! We will use them again and again!

We had custom-built cabinets made to go in the nooks in our living room: white cabinets/drawers with black granite tops (which had specks of gold in it). It turned out looking amazing!!! They got them done in a timely manner. Love it!! I wish I can post pics of it here.

Was initially skeptical to do business at Fox River since it was a new company or at least new to this location. I have done business with a larger company in the past so I was skeptical to do business with a smaller stone fabricator. In the end, I have been nothing but pleased. Primarily dealt with Gus from the beginning and it has been a great experience. They were responsive and would check in with me periodically until I was ready to install my cabinets. They can get any stone from daltile or MSI which is pretty much any stone you could want. Ultimately, their prices were better than anyone I contacted. Fox River is now my first stop when it comes to stone fabrication. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely amazing!! We had white quartz installed and the quality of their craftsmanship and installation is just beautiful. David and the team at fox river granite & marble went above and beyond our expectations. Joe made a suggest of extending the kitchen bar top to allow for bar barstools which was an excellent idea. The countertops have transformed our kitchen. We 100 percent recommend them.

Production Manager Gus Aguirre of Fox River Granite & Marble offered excellent service to me in processing an estimate for several countertop installations. He was willing and able to meet a 2-week deadline for one of the projects, and his communication as well as the attention from his staff at the showroom was superb. Ultimately we chose another shop that had a specific remnant for which we were looking, but we would not hesitate to return to Mr. Aguirre for any future projects whether small or large.

Kitchen install of granite countertops went very smoothly-they cleaned up thoroughly and did a great job trimming the backsplash. Granite color turned out beautifully and matched tile perfectly. We will definitely call when we are ready to do the bathrooms. Job well done!

David went above and beyond to help make sure our finished countertops were exactly what I wanted. In summary: They did three different quotes because I asked for some verbiage only changes and each one had a different price even though no actual materials or work changed. On the last quote the level of the granite changed. There were three quotes because each time they started over from scratch. They were going to be 2 hours late for their first appointment which I only found out because I called, and they didnt bring a sample sink with them as I requested to see if it fit my custom cabinet correctly. So, they had to come out the next day. They showed up to install the top but I wasnt home because no one told me that they were coming. The two backsplash pieces were not the same height. The granite top has a 1 long tooling scratch on it. They put in an 18 sink instead of a 20 sink as stated in my contract.I called and talked with them about this and they never said they were sorry or anything even close. Instead I got the impression that this was a very small job for them, they didnt really care and they were right and I didnt know what I was talking about.Note: after writing this review I talked with the owner of the company and he apologized for the issues and offered to have someone come out and fix the scratch.

Nick at Fox River is great.......this is my 2nd install with them and the process is easy, price is fair, and they save me time b/c I can just call them and let them go out and measure, have them install, and pay all from my desk. I refer them out and I will use them on my next project.

Got a new granite countertop for our kitchen, service was exceptional since they were able to get it done in less than 4 days (from measuring to installation)! Very impressive since our previous experience with other well known companies were not so great. We would use them again and definitely would recommend Fox River to anyone for granite/quartz countertops needs.

They fit my budget and were very professional. The only tiny complaint was they were not on time they said they would be here but explained that the previous job took longer than expected. However. They came and got the job done in a timely manor. 4 stars

Very disgruntled. After several missed appointments I had to hire another sub to install the large mirror they removed from the wall to install the tops. FR laid the large heavy mirror against the wall without securing i “very dangerous to my wife, children and grand children” it could fall anytime. FR botched my brand new cabinets to install a farm sink as well as they installed my cabinets incorrectly “very sloppy cabinets install” Make sure you get everything in writing. And this company was referred to me from a co-worker so you think they would have kept their promise. I am Very disgruntled
