On a hot day, this place was popping but the employees kept the line moving, communicated with the customers in line and the management accommodated customers requests. They were generous with the ice cream portions and friendly. It is cool inside, but there is no place inside to sit. Still, they seemed to show concern for customers. There was no lag, no shy, quiet, newbies who dont know how to ring up a meal deal and too timid to ask, etc. It seemed that the manager was initiating all the necessary steps in order to keep the customers happy. His team was working together well, handing customers their food before the ice cream melted and then they got to move to the pay section. They were asking customers to let them refill their cups, taking them over the counters and handing them back, full. This is important because people were out there dying of thirst. This place and the food was a nice treat. But, man! I shouldnt have tried to eat the whole thing. Too much sugar!! Lol
Wait times are sorta long. The app doesnt work well. If it says preparing food, you have to talk to the counter before they actually start making it.
Very delicious
Lines are always long & move slow, I mean they only sell one thing here you figure if they see a long line they would drop more funnel cakes. Also the dining pass only works till 8 for snacks
I go to Six Flags almost every week and really do want to love this, but the funnel cakes just arent good. Service is very friendly though! I recommend going to Abbys across the park and grabbing some fresh cookies and brownies instead!
The cakes are OK. Get it with whipped cream. Preferred this more when it was a Ben and Jerrys.
The cakes are awesome
YUMMM!
