Customer service was horrible. I made the mistake of ordering a grape snow cone when I am diabetic. I took responsibility for the error and asked them to make a sugar free instead.I watched as she drenched the regular grape snow cone with now suger free grape syrup. I asked her kindly if she had thrown out the regular (knowing full well they hadnt), and she lied. I told her that I watched her drench the regular with sugar free syrup and that I am diabetic. I told her that the sugar is harmful to me.She couldnt bring herself to admit the fraudulent claim that she had started over. So, I couldnt offer to pay for another since it was my mistake.We could not proceed at all, because doing so would affirm her lack of integrity. I had already tipped them well (50%), but all was for not. She would not give up the charade.I told her to keep it as I would only throw it away and I did not want to litter. She scoffed at me.The 2 nachos and flavorless ice was good enough, but the lack of integrity left such a bad taste I dont Ill be back.

I left your place but the last few times Ive gone the prices have been different I order the same thing every time but the price is different usually 675 last time I went to was 852. So when you go there be careful dont just hand them your card make sure you know how much you supposed to pay. I think theyd be overcharging you to keep your extra money for the tip but if I want a tip then thats my choice you dont just add a tip into my cost.

The Best Snow cones!!Hands down these are the best snowcones Ive ever had! The ice texture is really soft not crunchy like the usual snow cone from other establishments. There are a myriad of flavor options. Im sure you could go every day for 3 months and get a different flavor each of those days.

I was raised on Bobs sno cone in older Mesquite area. Personally speaking, the quality of shaved ice at Bahama is on point. A real treat and if you like melt in your mouth shaved ice, this hur is the spot!

The best snow cones... Ever... I have never had a snow cone anywhere in my life as good as MC SnowCones! They have a huge selection of flavors (even some sugar free) and several options... like adding cream... (I personally love the Cherry flavor) The snow cones are served in a styrofoam cup and the top is sculptured to look like a rose... I would recommend them to everyone!

I love this place! They always have good snowcones and there not stingy either. Lots of different flavors and this is the only few i know that has hispanic stuff!! Awesome

Great little drive thru snow cone shop. These girls make a great cone. Their prices are low & flavors are tasty&they will even make one for my dog. I had a blueberry / red rasberry this weekend a new favorite!

I took my niece and step daughter to get a snow cone here and we ordered two rainbow snow cones and one blue raspberry watermelon snow cone,, I stood at window for at least three minutes before going to the drive thru window and after she got our order it took about another five minutes to get our snow cones,, the snow cones were great and had plenty of ice and syrup in them,,, the kids loved their snow cones,,, so other than the slow and unresponsive service its worth the stop, just be prepared to sit and wait for your order
