Good place but cannot call on the phone! Must email or you are SOL! I get excellent response emailing & just go in after!
Horrible serive for replacement of defective unit. No one wants to honored the warranty under 1 half years old. No one is helpful and when call in to store No one answers the phone. Still have a defective Trane unit build in 11/2019 but no one wants to help get a replacement.

Use this location many, many times. I have never had a bad experience with getting help with everything I need. Everyone on staff (counter/office/warehouse) that I have worked with has always gone above and beyond to get me what I need.
Our recent experiences with each metroplex Trane distributor have been horrendous. Long hold times, inconsistent and inaccurate online ordering, and a lack of accountability from both staff and management. While we will continue to service all of our customers having Trane equipment with the priority service they deserve, we will do our best to dissuade any customers wanting to install new Trane equipment. We remain committed to providing our customers with prompt service, Trane does not.
Equipment side is good..parts tho? Lets just say they REALLY need improvement and customer relationship training

Man, you all need to stay away from javier rojo at this store. he asked me for a kick back the other day to get a warranty done for my customer. I aint gona pay any one to get a warranty done for my customer. javier you need to check your self. i aint gonna deal with this dude ever again. even if i have to go to the trane parts center in fort worth. this guy is a cheat and a bad person.
