The nastiest store. I asked for the worker to wear gloves or for the person wearing gloves and a mask to help. The original got an attitude. Then they ran out of cup tops so she proceeds to take the top off the display. I had to say that I didnt want that as everyone has touched it and cough or whatever on it. Then the girl with gloves proceeds to touch everything in the same gloves before remaking the ice cream. Additionally, given the texture of the ice cream... they are honoring code. I would suspect a bazillion violations happening there. Dont eat here.

Ordered an assorted dozen, got 4 different flavors, all of which were cake donuts. They were disgusting. This place is trash. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Worst store. I got there its vacant and Im asked to pull around and it takes 10 minutes to make a banana split. Thats after Im told theyre out of all chocolate imaginable. After waiting that long I would have thought it would have been pretty......

Should have read the reviews before making the drive to this location. Ordered a sundae and was given something completely different than what I asked for. I tried explaining what I actually wanted to the guy but he seemed so confused. Then when I pulled up a picture on my phone from THEIR website he seemed even more confused and just said they couldn’t make the sundae I wanted because they didn’t have the right cups for it? Horrible customer service. I will never go back to this location

Facts:1st visit- no root beer for root beer float.2nd visit no gold medal ribbon then no spoons. What? No spoons?3rd - order cookies and cream sundae, sorry no cookies and cream ice cream. Im done with this location. This is sad, I loved Baskin & Robbins please get it together.

Our daughter passed away in May and her birthday was yesterday. We ordered the cake from this Baskin-Robbins 3 days before we had to pick it up. The actual decoration of it was very pretty (4 stars for that) The cake itself tasted so old and the cake part itself was hard. The cone that and white chocolate on top that served at the horn and ears were also old. What a huge disappointment on an already hard day for our family. The handwriting was barely legible. Just a horrible experience. I see why this location has such a low rating. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Worst baskin robbins ever. Ever since they opened a few yrs ago and trying once or twice a yr they never ever have what i want from the type of ice cream to cones or hot chocolate!! And the employees are the worst

Purchased 4 single scoops of ice cream. Received very tiny scoops, 2 of which fell off the cone before we could even eat them. Paid over $12.... Never again!
