Walked in with a friend just to look around since we were in the area, but ended up leaving with a few items that I’m really excited about! The front end worker, Ashley, was very knowledgeable & personable which helped me to feel comfortable in a store that I normally do not frequent. Will stop by again if I’m in the area

The ladies that were working had horrible customer service I heard no greeting when I walked in one lady told me sanitize and I’m like cool it’s how she said it that I really didn’t like I also had to show my Id because I used a debit card. I wonder if they do that to every customer every time. I want be going back to that one the energy seems very negative toxic in there.

I felt very discriminated when I came in the store follow me around. Ask me for my ID with my debit card wondering do they ask everybody for there ID with there debit card felt very negative energy here. Im never going back there.

My wife and I have been a few times and the last time we purchased an item that was 200 and never got to use because it was defective. We will start shopping elsewhere since they sell defective products.

My boyfriend and I were wanting to try something new, they had some great mix and match tastable lubes I would recommend cookies and cream for sure !! Lets just say Dessert was definitely served before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lol🍪💧 wish they had more to choose from.

Me and my Husband were planning to guy a few things until the employees ruined our mood/experience. We will never go back to this place after how uncomfortable the employees made us feel. As soon as we walked in there were two employees standing there behind the counter. We took two steps before they were instructing us to put on hand sanitizer. I understand that it may be a policy that the owner wants to upheld but FYI its not good customer service when you are forcing your customers to sanitize their hands.As I was reaching to put on the sanitizer I was then asked for my ID. I didnt even get the chance to put on the hand sanitizer because they were making another command at me and my husband so at that point I pulled my hand backs and advise I needed to go get my ID in my car. As soon as we walked out we went to another place and gave them our buisness.Your employees did not make me feel welcomed one bit and because of that I will never go back. Maybe you could ask your employees to be a little but more respectful when they are making commands to your customers or else people will buy elsewhere or online. Based on reading your most recent reviews Im not the only customer who recently felt this way at your store so if you care about your business please work on your customer service.

Didn’t really like this place. They don’t sell extra small cucumber flavored condoms (not that I would need those it was just an observation) nor do they offer tailoring. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place

Will not be back! First of the lady upfront was not helpful whatsoever such a different experience since the last time I was in. She didn’t bother to look my way and continued doing what she was doing. I had just purchased some lingerie and just needed to change the size went back 30 minutes later she stated all sales were final and that she couldn’t exchange it for another size because all the barcodes are different on all sizes. I don’t know if that is the case but her way of dismissing me and her continuing to do what she was doing was way more important to her than a customer. I’ve been to this store before before the “new management” and it was such a different experience. Will definitely not be back to this location.

Went there a few years ago and they had alot of cool stuff. Went in there tonight and I couldnt believe my eyes. They had almost nothing in that store. Why are they even open? The pictures that they show here need to be deleted because they do not have any of those items except for some of the lube. I wouldnt even give it one star.

The lady at the front was super rude. Not very inviting. Didn’t even ask what we were looking for or give suggestions. The prices were way more expensive then I’ve seen other places. I was hoping the reviews here were wrong, but sadly, no. Also - she got on to me for taking pics but the person I was going to be using the products with wasn’t even there. Everything they sell there is also online in a million other places. So there’s no secrets that are being hidden. Won’t be returning. Don’t recommend.

Walked in the door with infant and was instantly asked to leave. Very rude and then when asked let me see policy. Rose stated its just something they tell people. How the hell you refuse service when I have an infant in my arms who cannot even walk. There should be a sign posted no CHILDREN PERIOD EVEN SMALL INFANTS. Bad experience. Rose was rude and obviously needs more training in customer service if she is the manager.

Lot of underlying issues with this place, but not gonna get into that.Just letting anyone that reads this know that you wont find anything you need there (condoms, lube, lingerie, etc). They just had to close their matlock store due to failure to pay rent. Theres another adult shop on the corner of Collins and green oaks, named Priscillas, that actually has items in stock and a staff that knows what theyre doing. I recommend going there instead of this circus.
