Easy to get to by Metro or car, the mall has major department stores Macys and Nordstroms, small specialty shops and boutiques, and a food court. Although some stores didnt survive the pandemic, new ones are opening. The World Gem & Art Treasures on the first level is truly awesome with a display of carpets, jewelry and artifacts worthy of a museum. The mop and bucket brigade seems to be everywhere you look, keeping the mall clean and disinfected. I just wish theyd put the benches and seats back.
To many closed stores and not enough merchandise. I know this is because of the pandemic. Just not the same anymore...going to stick to online shopping.

I finally found Clorox wipes at Costco!!! 😁 After many months of not seeing any on the shelves, I spied👀 some in another shoppers cart 🛒 and went on a quest around the store to locate this elusive🔍 product. I saw them on a back aisle sitting on a nearly empty wooden pallet. 🚫 I grabbed them and happily headed to the nearest self checkout station 💵 with my highly coveted prize.🏅 All-in-all, Id say it was a good day. 🌝
Hello again my fellow review readers! Unlike my other reviews, this is the worst one so far. Not even a fashion center anymore. Just a couple of cheap store selling ugly clothing. The stores always go out of business, almost like its an abandoned mall. The Best Buy is a reck too! History of robbing there, always out of stock and never restocks. Store is very small too and doesnt have as much technology then the other Best Buys. Once again, screw you Amazon!
Similar to the Manhattan mall. Prices were what youd expect at a mall. Was clean and parking costs were decent.
Loved shopping 🛍️ here. Always nice and clean. Amazing staff as well. My family had a great time💖 will be returning. Only thing was I wish they had play area or toy store for the little ones
I dont think I noticed surfaces being wiped down, especially not doors from the metro station. And theres lack of attention to the elevators - theres odor from the carpets, and one operates much slower than the other - became out of order a week ago.
Thos place is a wonderful well kept secret. They are just getting the ice skating rink set up. Beautiful place to sit and drink a morning cup of coffee with a little tasty breakfast cake. Fun to go shopping for all types of sporty fun items. Lunch was Irish today but it doesnt have to be. So many wonderful choices. Love this fun place ❤
Good customer service. Variety of food in the Food Court. You can spend the day shopping and money 💰 very easy.Will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.
Alot of stores plus unique boutiques to choose from not to mention. The food court love shopping there.
I like this mall a lot it is in a great area but the vendors at the kiosks really cheapen the place up. Its not comfortable to always have them harassing you when you walk by their stands. The mall should really reconsider. Very annoyed 😠
Food court is great. Try from taco bell the loaded taco fries. 2nd floor is annoying with vendors in your face as you walk by. Other than that a perfect after work spot even just to window shop.
I parked in the garage and for the 3rd time the machine would not read my credit cards, although using them at the cashier works each time -- I informed the cashier and she very rudely told me to just use your alternatives for leaving so I replied that I think theres an issue because its the 3rd time I havent been able to prepay, my preferred option, and she condescendingly told me I heard you the first time, you use your alternatives, if I get 10 complaints, then Ill tell manager. I decided to park next door where its cheaper, easier to park, and no one yells at me when Im trying to pay for parking.

Is it in Nordstrom in Pentagon City today to have a sit down meal at their Cafe. The cashier was friendly and efficient in ordering our food and helping us choose items that were on the menu. There are limited items on the menu, but most of them are fairly decent. There are fountain drinks and bottle drinks available to purchase. There are at least three servers in the room keeping everything clean and wiping tables and serving the customers. Our server was attentive and professional in serving our table. We each ordered different meals and as you can see in a photo they all came to the table and a nicely presented fashion. We all liked our individual meals of chicken, spicy sausage with noodles, and a bacon with chicken sandwich.
Nice mall with something for everyone. The mall can get really crowded during the day it becomes the main drop off location for tour groups and class trips visiting dc.
Just stopped by for lunch as the Mexican restaurant. Great meal. Mall is lovely, clean and has helpful associates.
Joke of a mall. Doesn’t have that many stores, charges you for parking anywhere in the area. Escalators are confusingly placed in one area, no signs. There’s maybe a good dozen stores to shop. Definitely better malls that don’t punish you for shopping there
Popular mall with a ton of great shops and there’s access from the metro.
One of my preferred shopping places. Simple to get to from DC, Arlington and Alexandria. Be that as it may, difficult to get into or escape the parking garage, particularly on the ends of the week and occasions. Costs, quality, choices, and items freshness are top-notch. Amazing lunch nourishment costs and qualities too.

Perhaps its just me, but this mall used to be better back in the day. I only go now for Nordstroms and Macys. However, I do like the food court.

I went there last month just to look around. Nice place, convenient to get to. There is a pop up in the food court that sells baseball hats from all the major teams. I bought one from the Washington Nationals for about $38. I took it home and compared it to the one I bought from Models last year for half theprice. It was then I realized the hat I bought at Pentagon City was thoroughly a fake. I also went online and compared them. The management at these malls need to crack down on people selling fake items...and of course they dont give refunds.

Nice overall to stroll through and window shop. The pandemic took a toll on malls in general. Still, it is enjoyable to people watch.
I went back in April for my birthday to go to the mall which was great but got Chipotle after and wasnt feeling good that put way too much sour cream and didnt leave any for the rest of the people ran out of a lot of food for no reason after that I stopped each chipotle. I love chipotle but after that no more.

The place is falling apart and the signage was terrible. Inconvenient to get in and out of. Will not be returning unless I would like to deal with frustration and an overwhelming feeling of needing to wash my hands and take a shower after leaving.
Highly Recommended: Yong Kang Street Restaurant for authentic Taiwanese beef noodle soup! This mall is still a fun place with lots to offer, (in a very convenient location with other mega brands outside the mall itself), despite some stores having closed due to the pandemic.
It is not bad but there is more quantity than quality so its worth visiting at most two times if you dont have time

Talk about a dystopian, dying mall! I went here in 2010 and it was wonderfully vibrant. I went back here in 2021 and it was totally dead and sad. This is a great place to go if you want to feel like your life is hopeless.
Great location, you can find everything you need. Several food options. Macy’s validates your parking for 2 hrs. Always clean.
Once place to buy, its quite large and takes time to move around stores
I had a pretty great experience there i went to the panera bread and ordered some mac and cheese and green tea the employees were not the best but overall had a good time
A tad bit smaller than expected but still a very nice variety of shops across the board; both Nordstrom and Macys are mainstays alongside a slew of other clothing shops as well as a few gift shops ranging from Lush to LEGO to sauce and spice shops. Food court has excellent collection of different types of food with plenty of light.
Pentagon Center is a very nice moderate-size shopping mall, one that is local to us and we go there quite often for department store shopping.
I love this place. Great customer service, selection of stores. And it looks great with friendly people.
Just needed to go to the Kay Jewlers and they wanted to charge me for 15 min of parking. Drove 20min the other way to Springfield Mall instead. You shouldnt have to pay to park for less than an hour.
So easy to get to on the Metro and has a variety of stores and a good selection for food.
Great mall. Great food court. In the winter there is even a skating rink outside on the other side of the parking lot.
Food was great. Many of us ate at Paneras and we were not disappointed.

Being here brought back memories and a wave of nostalgia after all we went through in lockdowns and shopping from home went here with some friends and just standing near the food court in my mask of course and just watching the people walk around while i waited for friends made me a little nostalgic great mall great shops
Eatery looked deserted, since the pandemic, but if youre going to have a few fast food options, chicken, steak and cheese subs and pizza is a good variety! Stores are reopening, but parking should be free until there are more options. Parking machine wouldnt process credit card payment and luckily another shopper paid my way with cash or I would still be there now!
Doing this review strictly on the parking. I don’t understand how you have to pay for parking but the garage is always FULL of people who work at the Pentagon or possibly Washington, DC. What about the patrons who may actually want to shop??
No doubt about it --- I enjoyed my first visit here A LOT. Great selection of well-organized retail stores. It can be a bit of walking to reach the desired escalator or elevator, but signage is good to get you there.Easy access from the Pentagon City Metro Station.Lots of great options in the food court, but I advise you skip the Charleys Philly Steak option, as they dont have their act together at all. Dining table were being well maintained for cleainess, which was a nice thing to see.
Its huge mall with almost all stores and various options to eat. Parking is kinda headache, but there is paid parking lot across the street. Use it. Its crowded on the weekends so plan accordingly. They got good restaurants.
I REALLY LIKE THIS MALL I LIKE THEIR INVICTA WATCH STORE AMONG ACOUPLE MORE. ITS ALWAYS SO CLEAN * BRIGHT INSIDE. I LIKE THAT WHEN WE PARK THE ENTRANCE TO THE MALL IS LIKE 10 FEET AWAY. ITS ALWAYS A CALM ATMOSPHERE HERE & I LIKE THERE FOOD COURT TOO.

It used be my favorite mall. It is not too big that you cant get lost inside, not too small that it lacks on variety. Sadly, many new stores replaced my favorite ones.
This mall is an unfortunate example of regional malls which drove out independently owned stores away with high rents in place of cookie cutter National chain stores and now sit virtually empty after most National chains have had difficulties staying in business.Not sure what will replace these behemoth properties. Perhaps they will be torn down and replaced with swanky rental apartment buildings which seem to be starting to have similar problems with vacancies.
Very large mall. Good escape from the crazy humidity and August heat.
Cool high end mall with a very airy feel. An outdoor indoor feel with really high sealing and a good variety of shops for all needs. The food court also contains some healthier options than usual including a panera. Cool area to walk and window shop alone or with family/ friends.

Wont be vising anytime soon. Same old stock. Need some other stores for a more of variety. I did cop me a few pair of kicks from Aldos. They had fresh loffas. Brought a few pair, cant wait to wear. Nice pink and blue for summer. # Loffas
