Matt is awesome! I had a gas leak in my old water heater, national grid arrived and tested it and had to shut it off. Matt arrived out NEXT and replaced it in about an hour and a half, we were out of hot water for a total of 12hrs. He was professional, nice to talk to, and knows what he is doing! IMPRESSED! The team (Humberto CORTAZA and Alec JIMENEZ) were fantastic, very professional and did an amazing project with installing our new Heat Pump Water Heater. They completed the demolition of our old structure and installed the new set-up in no time at all, it looks terrifc and Humberto even took the time to explain to me how this new system works before leaving. Oh and not to mention they cleaned the whole floor once they were done. I am super happy and impress with this service, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
