I loooooove this place. If you have really nice,brand new or almost new items, I wouldnt sell them here unless you dont care about the amount youre offered. Youre better off selling on your own. Otherwise, theres always a surplus of great items for babies, tots, moms 2 be.

Good prices, quality clothes and toys. What made me go to the trouble of posting a review was a very kind employee. My 3 year old straight up lost it when I told him we had to leave without purchasing an item he wanted. The employee asked if a sticker would cheer him up. She brought the sticker around the counter, and even though he hid behind me and still cried, she smiled and told me that she understood and stranger danger is a good thing. She was just so kind and understanding. She could have just let us walk out the door and been glad that a loud disturbance was leaving, but she cared about him being happy and making my day easier. We will definitely be back.

Went in today for the first time and before this i didn’t know this kid resale and consignment shop existed. I got $40 for lots of name brand items but honestly better than having to wait to sell online. They were really friendly and had good prices on items.

I really love this store. I normally shop at Zara & HnM for my girls. (It gets expensive considering they are constantly growing) I came across this store and glad I did. They have just about everything and my girls love it. You really can’t beat the prices. The only thing I would suggest is for them to please offer shopping bags. (Like mesh Victoria secret bags or some type of tote since isles are small) It’s such a nuisance having to hold all this clothes while shopping- I get overwhelmed and have to pay and leave.

The woman who accepted my haul lied about even reviewing the clothes. I brought brand new items and the entire bag went untouched. I insisted on helping present the three bags but was ignored tremendously as well as lied to. I guess the store is talked up more than they really are. She said thank you but I wish I could say the same. UNSATISFIED will not return. SHAME on them. Im sure kid to kid or a yard sale would have a better hit then the time I wasted on this store. In the photos you can see the Spring/summer haul is all new never worn strings and fibers are all still intact and braided.*Update*I received 11 dollars from kid to kid for a fraction of my entire haul. My yard sale is still possible. Thanks for nothing little giggles. Your store smells bad. Really bad.*Update*Babys are unsanitary according to the owner. I mean they only stain and make a mess on themselves. I wouldnt have brought anything to waste my or YOUR time.But I get it you have your employees back. Hope you enjoy yourselves.

They are not only coping during this COVID hardship, but their customer service is thriving. They are offering “personal shopping.” I called into the store with a couple requests—non-electronic toys and rompers for my baby. I showed up and the sales assistant had pulled several wonderful choices for me and brought them to my car. As a customer with a baby in tow, I loved this option. It also allowed for social distancing to be maintained.

I love the fact they have bin of baby clothing for .99 and when you choose 20 items from the .99 bin you get them for 10.80 after taxes. Definitely a favorite of mine with having a little girl who grows so fast and is always needing clothes

I want to make something clear to everyone who trying to “SELL” their items here.Don’t expect to get 75% of what you paid for because this store is actually a store trying to help families that are on a low budget.I paid for a gap dress for my niece for 2.99 and let me tell you something THAT IS A STEAL! that dress would be around $30 at a retail store and this company Also has to make their profit, pay bills too and pay employees. So please stop complaining.Try a yard sale.... all I have to say is good luck.Just wanted to say that after reading the reviews lol The two times that I visited this location I had a great experience. The lady’s over the counter are amazing and the prices are great! I usually don’t shop at a second hand store but this store is definitely one store I come to buy clothes for my nephews/ nieces visiting. They look like new. You won’t regret it

I took some items once for them to buy, and they give you next to nothing, so I will never do that again. As far as shopping, it is ok. Some of the racks are still frustratingly full, but it is better since they moved to a bigger location. I always check items closely for stains because I have accidentally bought stained items from them. I was shopping for 5T boy clothes yesterday and gave up after I pulled multiple items just to find it was a size other than 5T.

I love this place, great section of different clothes for all sizes. You can buy and sell clothes/shoes mics items here. I havent sold anything here, but have bought plenty of items here. They have great customer service. Great location, they new store is much bigger and more aisle space.

I was working next door and my car wouldnt start. Not only did the owner offer to help me replace my battery, he got his hands dirty and helped replace my battery.. He was very kind and i was very grateful. This is what kindness is about. Thank you for helping me.

We have been coming since we discovered them going on 3 years ago!! We love them so much and always find great things for a fraction of the price of buying new!! This is a wonderful resale shop for childrens items. They have a wide variety of clothing and shoes in many sizes for both boys and girls. Their toy selection is wonderful and the prices are comparable if not better than you can find through resale apps. Everything is in great condition. A real gem among resale stores.

My favorite kids clothes resale. They always have a sale going on. If something is regular price, it is still a great deal. I also do not mind selling clothes here. The buyers are kind curtious and quick. They have tons of brand new stuff, and name brand clothes that are in like new condition. My nine year old son loves to shop at Little Giggles.

Went over to the Little Giggles Kids Resale Shop on Cooper Street to pick up some kids clothes on the cheap. They had quite a nice selection of items and very nice staff. Did not have to wait in line long and was surprised by their cheap buys. A dollar goes a long way in here. Worth the trip to go in. Grade A-.

This place is great. There is always plenty of stuff to find. I buy most of my sons clothes here because I can still find nice stuff for him. I wish they gave a little more when I sell to them, but I understand because their prices are so low when you buy. I will keep coming back for ever.

I know this place for three years it’s always clean. staff are friendly and sweet, very neat items. and I always get a discounts.

Came with my load of items! Before I took anything in i asked questions and they were answered! I told them I had my items and if they had time and they said yeah bring them all in! I received an offered which I took because seriously it’s better to get something for the items than let them get old at home! Very nice place very clean! Will sell to them again!

The ladys here are really nice so thats a huge plus, my only criticism is that the shoes arent organized very well. Its pretty much the same as Once upon a child. I would absolutely shop here again.

Staff was great but I got $16 for 3 things that were well over $150. Went ahead and just took since I didn’t want to take back home. I understand they buy cheap but wow. Honestly would’ve saved time and gas just posting on FB or Poshmark.

The ladies are nice. but I wont shop here anymore. Their clothes are overpriced, and when you sell to them they give you close to nothing. I came in and brought a nice leather toddler jacket, and a bunch of name brand clothes with the tags still on them and they gave me 7$ for all of it. A bit ridiculous! I know for a fact that kid to kid would of given me a better price.

I come in this store no lie at least 1 once a week whether its to sell, buy or just simple donate items. They have just about everything in all different sizes. Especially since school is starting money is tight with 3 kids, but if you want to bargain on a budget this is a great place to come. Several name branch items BTW. Go checkem out!

The ladies are always really nice when I go here. Theyre picky about what clothes you sell them. I mean, I get that, but they were taking summer clothes and skipped over a lot of summer clothes I brought in lol. Its a clean store, lots of items. I always find at least one thing for my kiddo!

Great place, the only thing is im on their email or phone number listing and havent received any notifications about any sales that was going on(that I needed!). Whats the point in signing up if I wasnt going to get the notifications(that I needed!)? They didnt seem to care.

Great store for gently used kids items. Toys, clothes, books...etc. They also buy your used items, but dont give you much so do go in with high expectations of how much money they will give you.

I always go to little giggles first when i am looking for something for my kids. and 9 times out of 10 i find exactly what im looking for. this store has a good selection or good quality clothing and toys. i also like to sell my used items there for a little extra cash.

I went into this store on yesterday after calling, because I left my 20% off card that I earned after shopping there so much. I spoke to a young lady over the phone before going in and she explained to me that they were busy and they didnt know if it was there. Well i had previously spoken to someone on last week and she assured me that she would put it up for me. Upon entering the store on yesterday the hello was as dry as a powdered house. I continued looking around. Soon after a large item fell and almost hit someone in the head. The girl come running saying is everyone ok?. We all said yes. I approached her really nicely and asked if she was the girl I spoke to over the phone and she cut me off quickly and said you can go to the counter and the girls will help you. I said that was short and rude. The girls at the front didnt say anything. I asked for the managers info and they laughed and said they didnt have it!!!! Another issue I have with them is they never hire anyone of color and it made me think🤔 Hmmmmmmmmm Prejudice perhaps? Either way ! not a friendly place to be or patronize. The clothes are beginning to be overpriced and not as nice as they used to be . They have strollers and car seats that are priced at 100.00 and they are filthy!!!!Ill shop kid to kid from now on and its further from me... They have really nice clean items that are not over priced. Theyre located in Arlington, a little further down on Cooper street. Dont waste your time or great energy with these people!!!!!!

If the owner, grumpy, Hispanic lady, is there, you sure wont be treated with any respect. I watched her treat everyone as if they were beneath her. She was a complete you know what. I took in some expensive educational toys to be resold, after she wasted my time, by making me wait over 30 minutes, so she could help others that came in behind me, she made an offer of a whooping 6 bucks for my basket filled with toys! Now, these toys were all in the upwards of $50 bucks when new. They were still in excellent working condition, AND were repacked in their original boxes. I am not saying that I expected anything close to $50 a piece for them, maybe 5 or 10, but 6 bucks total for 8 toys that she was probably going to resell at $20 bucks a piece? Her attitude was awful. If she doesnt like dealing with the public, than she is in the WRONG business. She wasnt even kind to the patrons that came in with babies and toddlers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE based on her terrible attitude. Even if it were the last place to shop on Earth. Why give her your hard-earned money or the satisfaction of your time. STAY AWAY!

I received $18 for 9 nautica and brand new carter outfits the younger lady at the front was hell of rude. Don’t waste your time selling items here just sell them yourself but if you are looking to buy it’s a great bargain. Also the younger lady was really polite to the others who did not look like me lol but that’s fine she basically threw my bucket back at me and didn’t confirm with me before moving the basket that $18 was what I was willing to accept smh lol. To her ; your customers are what makes the store does not matter if they are an rainbow do better or go to the back of the store until you can fix you I don’t care how tired you are I’ve worked 18 hour shifts on my feet around public all day and I do security but you wouldn’t ever catch me mistreating people I don’t know

Buy/sell slightly used baby items. They have preemie sizes (so hard to find!) and lots of shoes. They have pretty much everything baby and young children up to size 5T (I believe)

Its a good store for the right price they have very good brands not to cheap but they have clothing for $.50 just have to look thru the clothing have nice shoes as well

I dont feel they pay out decent at all.... as big as they are I was not impressed.. somewhere between picking up 2 different outfits in which were staind, the shoes being thrown all together, one of the employees talking about how she brought this guy home and he stocked her (talking loud enough Im pretty sure the whole store heard her) and a banged up jumper costing $49.00 either go but buy new or go else where..... dont waist your time.

Love this store, I havent sold anything to them. I will never buy new clothes for my baby after coming here. I purchased 8 items (zipper onsies with fold over mittens) and bought all of those for less than 20. At carters they would have been around 10 each.. I also saw a $275 Halo bassinet for $75. Why would anybody hate on this store? lol
