Missy was very helpful and patient. She explained everything perfectly and took the time to show how the Lock works and which door to go in that would be the quickest to get to my unit. I just want to say thank you to Missy for all of her help today you are wonderful.

I rented here for years and never had any issues. The facility is secure, well-maintained, and always clean. Missy and Tony truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, even after I vacated my storage unit. Highly recommend. Even if this is not the most convenient location for you, trust me when I say its worth it to rent here. I was living 45 minutes away and continued to rent from this location for the reasons listed above.

Great facility . Location is perfect for our business.But, most of all, the service I was given was top notch. Missy was absolutely fantastic and able to address all of my needs and answer all my questions. Highly recommend these facilities.

We just moved into the neighborhood and needed a small closet to hold a few items while we renovate our townhouse. Overnight, we reserved our space online with the van rental. Hubby went over to load the closet next morning and raved about how clean the space was and the temperature controls. He also ran into one of the attendants who came over to see how he was doing and if he needed any help. He said he enjoyed the service and felt like our belongings would be safe and well cared for. He also said it was the best storage facility hes ever seen.5 stars for super simple, clean, secure, and friendly

So great. Never once had an issue with them. Very easy access. All indoors and all of my stuff was perfect with no bugs spiders or stench after a year and a half of sitting in the indoor, air conditioned storage unit. Very reasonable pricing too and can always come and go as you please... Highly.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! A++++++++++++For great service, friendly staff, very clean and air controlled. Love that I didnt have spiders coming out or wasps or anything else that could have found a way in there like the last place I rented from. Definitely would do business again if or when needed!!! With having a pressing need for storage, I happened across Life Storage located in Arnold, Missouri. After a very pleasant greeting by a vibrant young lady Sarah, I was amazed at how well kept the store was. They had everything I needed from boxes to furniture covers including tape and tape guns for all of your packing needs. Lastly, Sarah gave me tour of the property and allowed me to see storage unites. Unbelievably clean, spacious and climate controlled. Without question, I will use Life Storage, and will recommend it to friends and family.

She made our decision very easy to rent the space at Life Storage and would recommend her to our family, friends and any one who may require your services.

Good rates. Nice facility. Feels very secure. Theres a gate code, a code to get into your building, and the lock on your unit. The name of the woman who helped me escapes me as of this writing but she was very friendly and informative.

The life storage was facility is neat and clean. The storage lockers were very clean too! Donna was super helpful and she showed me the storage locker and provided all the information I required. She was very thorough and tried to get me the best price possible. I will definite use them again if I have any storage needs.

My experience with Life Storage has been GREAT! Sheryl provides exemplary customer service, is kind and courteous and is always willing to help! No matter what she is doing she seems to make time to answer any questions that I may have. The units are very clean and more than adequate in size. I would recommend Life Storage to anyone.

Poor customer service. They will raise rates for established customers while still offering much lower rates online. I did not move in on a special or discounted rate and was given no logical explanation for the rate increase. The solution given by management was to move all my belongings into the same exact unit in a different location on the same premises for a $20 discount per month. I would not recommend unless you plan on constantly have your rates unjustifiably raised. Very bad and shady business practices.

Friendly welcome, great staff, great discount just for renting a storage space. Sarah sold us a few moving bags with boxes and tape in it. She is very nice and carried them to my suv and even put them in for me. Will recommend to friends and co workers!

Weve been customers for months now and theyve been great - theyre helping us get ourselves moved and giving us a great deal of support. Theyve always helped us get the best deal, and Donna in particular knows who we are and always stops to chat and make sure we have everything we need. Great place!

I had a great experience with Donna at the Vogel store! She was very personable! I was running late due to traffic and she stayed a little later so I could get my stuff moved in. She took the time to explain everything and I didnt feel rushed! The units are very nice and clean and affordable! It feels like a safe place and has 24 hour access! I also got to use the transit van. It was nice and clean and helped me a lot! There is an elevator for 2nd floor access and they have flat bed dollies to move your stuff from the car to the unit easily! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for their storage needs!

I was greeted promptly upon open and the gentleman that helped me was so nice, even for it being so early in the morning! I was also freaking out because my moving truck was already at the location, and I still needed to complete my registration for a space; he was so patient with me, and explained all of the information I needed quickly but efficiently. He even answered questions I had before I needed to ask them! The space I rented was one of the smaller ones, I think the 5x10 ft. space (or close to it) and the space was perfect! And the building Im in is air conditioned and closed off with a password-protected door, plus the normal lock on the space itself, so I feel like my things are in very good hands! 5/5 would recommend!

Set up Rental Online on Sunday 2/10 to move in Monday 2/11. Boyfriend showed up and space was clean locks were in the unit. Life Storage Audits their units everyday which I think is amazing they found that my boyfriend had left the lock off and Donna called right away! I went up there and she showed me how to properly lock the unit and stayed with me to make sure all my stuff was secure. The units are clean, the property is very clean and the overall customer service I received was impeccable! I would give them 10 Stars if able! Not to mention that we found our space at the LOWEST price for a bigger unit!!! I will recommend everyone I know to Life Storage thank you Store Manager Donna and her team for being so amazing!!!

Sheryl Lancaster was amazing. She is definitely the pride of this company. Recently I lost my storage keys, Sheryl not only took the time to remove it but actually went to go and get a special drill to remove the old lock and restored the new lock. Her communication skills are awesome with the clients as I sat back and observed her and she is very patient when trying to solve ones problem. Simply Amazing!!

Ratings are based on honesty, at this location when in crisis seeing different staff means growth. I love the first month the free offer brings. In better places to store my key luckily when losing keys at Walmart mentioning other brands is a bad review is the behind in reviews. As a contributor to a business location, it helps aid people when your kicked out of your apartment just got out of hospital for involuntary stay means I remember taking videos going live on Facebook. To review the next Business name storage for leaving setup in advance interviews asking one of the people to do an interview to make a career instead of my chosen name I always dreamed of being a doctor. I am however a doctor of mobile devices like repair. It was a good place to house my things while I moved in my partners place. Sometimes of choosing who gets the key to open the place its always good to see a friendly face at a different location. Regardless, if I need to open a different location to house my vehicle means I would move it to a spot near where I would love to live someday. Arnold is a great place to live and there rates might be lower so with gas prices and ability to be bias on where to rent is available like inflation. The cost of storage available is different which is closer to needs. Either way don’t blame the staff it’s site matrix you should call the storage facility personally they will take care of you regardless of who they are everyone has always been helpful and I value the cost of always keeping my storage on autopay.

Being that today was extremely HOT!!She did not hesitate at all to get 7+ people all cold bottles of water.She was there for us all.Thx Sarah.

This location is awesome! The 800 # that you have to call, not so much. Sheryl was awesome, she made sure we had been taken care of properly. The 4 reps that I had to speak to over the phone were morons, she took the phone and had to speak sense into them. My wife and I were ready to walk out and find another storage unit company, but she saved the day. She needs a raise to say the least!
