I feel lucky to have found Kitchen and Bath by Design. From start to finish, Uriel and his team exceeded my expectations.(1) Unlike every other place I called, Uriel was willing to work with my tight timeline.(2) When I met with Uriel, he patiently answered my questions for nearly two hours while I waffled between the various options.(3) Uriel came to my house the next day to measure just when he said he would.(4) Uriel’s crew installed the countertops just when they said they would, and they did a wonderful job. I have metal cabinets, which presented some unforeseen problems upon installation, but his crew had impressive problem-solving skills and were able to devise clever solutions. They were also careful, courteous, and clearly very experienced.(5) Perhaps most importantly, their prices were great!My situation proved that experience matters, so I’m grateful I found Uriel and team. They’re true professionals. Five stars!

The workmanship was great, we have a very large island and the guys went out of the way to find a single slab so there were no joints. The under mount sink was also mounted perfectly. We had an issue with our granite slab being sold out from under us but Autumn quickly fixed the problem and gave us a discount for our troubles. We also had issues with our cabinets at the sink but they fixed it on site to make it fit, it looks great!!! They took the extra time and effort to make sure it fit perfectly without any complaints. I highly recommend this company. I will use them on my next house.

So Im writing this as our basement countertops are being measured. I am compelled to write this for the simple fact that Alicia and the rest of the RG group have been EXCEPTIONALLY patient with my wifes questions and their support has been fantastic. We will report back AFTER the install (with pictures) and rate them after the work is finished, but their work has been excellent on the front end of this process. A small company that makes you feel like you are really important to them.UPDATE 9/6/2016 - The counter tops are IN and they look fantastic. Alicia and her crew made us feel like we were their most important customer throughout the process. I have pictures but I cant figure out how to post them..however, the craftsmanship is excellent and they look fantastic..one of the rare instances where 5 stars is not enough.

We had them install our granite countertops in our kitchen. They were by far the best priced, best customer service, and overall best experience we have dealt with in a long time!! We even had a small issue a couple of months later that they came out, no questions or excuses and fixed promptly. I would recommend them and have to everyone I know.... Super experience!!!!

Alicia and her team were courteous clear and professional in their guidance and detail about the project we completed with their help. The pricing was the best of Metro Denver and the quality was first rate.I can recommend them wholeheartedly as their process from start to finish was flawless. While it is not a fancy show room, it was an excellent overall experience without driving into Denver as well.with their deal of the month we had over 70 ft.² and wthis is more than one slab, we were only charge for the granite were used and did not have to buy two slabs

I already had 3 bids for a quartz kitchen counter replacement when I stopped in to this company. I was very impressed with their Sales Rep Alicia, who spent a lot of time with me reviewing dimensions/cost and considerations for an eating counter and undermount sink. She was also one of the most responsive sales reps Ive dealt with in keeping me informed. After installation, I asked them to revisit a couple fit issues--they responded promptly and their installers returned with one of the owners who adjusted the issues to my satisfaction. I would recommend them and intend to use this company again for a bathroom counter. replacement.

I Own and Operate my Granite Business in Summit County, to be frank Roberts Stoneworks attributes a huge portion of our success to Uriel and his team. I trust these people to do all of my fabrication, for one main reason.....Pure quality. From polish to sink cut-outs the guys who do the heavy lifting in the shop pump out work that is perfection. The front office jump through hoops to make me happy because they care.......Hard to find nowadays. I thank them and am glad I choose them, you will be too.

If there were more stars, I would give them more stars! I have been in the process of remodeling my bathroom for over a year now. My final project in the bathroom was the vanity top. In my mind, I wanted granite but soon came to believe that was not going to happen. I went everywhere, including Home Depot and Lowes, thinking they would have the best prices. Boy was I wrong! I found I could not even afford the manufactured versions of granite at those stores. I finally came across RG Custom Fabricators and worked with Alicia! She was so helpful and went so above and beyond helping me make my dream a reality. She even made special arrangements to meet with me outside of her normal business hours. She was so kind and knowledgeable and professional. She really knew her stuff and made everything quick and painless. I cant thank you enough, Alicia. So we where looking for a counter fabricator and installer and had a bad experience with another outfit that stood us up on appointments twice before we moved on and found RG Fabricators. Working out our details of our project with Alicia was easy and fast. When they where ready to install it went just as smooth with technicians showing up promptly and finishing the job professionally. This place is terrible. I had the worst experience ever. I did some work for this company and never got paid for my time and effort. The owner Uriel Reyes is a liar. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Better off going somewhere else, or you can get ripped off. Again I do not recommend this granite shop to anyone. I give this place 0 stars. The service during purchasing and install of the stone counter top was excellent. Installers were tidy and clean up after completing the install.
