Not happy with this place... they were condescending and rude and basically turned my business away. Apparently they are not hurting for business. Dont waist your time going here, try somewhere else where the people are nice and helpful [tons of print shops around that were happy to help me].
I worked with Sammy and Amber, who both must hate their job because their attitude was piss poor. It was always me making things harder and felt like everytime I asked about the process I was made to feel I was wrong. I just cant spend money on a business that lacks the basis of professionalism, too many other better business to choose from.
Worst customer service Ive ever had. I got a return call from Amber notifying me a position was filled. I called back to thank her for calling and see if they might be hiring for a shop hand, labor, or janitorial. I couldnt even say thank you before she cut me off very rudely. Customer service 101, dont cut off the person youre talking to. Im a struggling Arvada local, born and raised, and this is how you treat your community members? I have never felt so discarded as Amber left me to be. If this is how I am treated, I really dont want to work for you. I feel sorry for anyone who does. I will be telling everyone I know not to use this business. Thank you and have a great day Amber!

Dan and his entire team went above and beyond to realize a rush order. They produced an amazing high quality product with a creative artistic flare in a very limited time. We would definitely recommend their services for all textile print jobs.
I have been using super tees for years. Both for work and recreational. on a 1-5 star rating these guys are a 10. They stand out in these ways.1. Communication 2. Timeliness 3. Customer service 4. Quality work5. Integrity. 6. Prices are greatI wouldnt think about going with anybody else ever again.
Absolutely unprofessional, we have used this company multiple times though they have a great product and a higher price I felt it was worth it. Until I encountered them recently. I run a small business myself & understand that mistakes are made. That being said my order was repeatedly changed due to EMPLOYEE ERROR and MISCOMMUNICATION. I put in a order with the promise that I would be receiving the shirts my technicians NEED in a months time, when I arrived the order was only half. I paid in full mind you so they had my money for a FULL MONTH. To be fair they did say they attempted to call me and leave voicemails (which were never received possible due to yet another ERROR) Out of curtsy I waited a week to reach out yet again. After being patient for so long I finally shared my open and honest option of my interaction thus far only to have an employee talk over me, interrupt me and basically argue with me back and fourth. Correct me if I am wrong but this is not how you treat ANYONE let alone a PAYING CUSTOMER! After a failed attempt to share with the employee how she had put me in a bad situation her only response was that she needs my card information to make it right and refund half of my money... This does not make it RIGHT it simply takes the responsibility from you having to fulfill an order which was promised. After requesting that I talk to a supervisor she said nothing and transferred me over. The supervisor was 10Xs more professional I will give her that however, as many people have stated I was treated as if my business was not needed nor appreciated. Maybe if I had ordered hundreds of items they would have shown me some more respect. That being said I will NOT be doing business with them moving forward and encourage Small Businesses to be careful they do not have your best interest at heart and are not willing to accommodate your needs, nor will they try to correct there mistakes.

For a family-owned business, I have found them to be the LEAST friendly and accommodating people to work with. I have been there on three separate occasions for three different reasons and have been told no within 2 minutes of walking in the door. Not once was I offered alternatives or suggestions. Three strikes and I am done!
They are very nice and helpful. They bend over backwards to make sure that they got your order right. Theyre all about the customer and what the customer wants Best experience ever.

I dont know how this place stays in business. Went to get pricing on 17 t-shirts and was treated as if they could care less....The worst customer service Ive been subjected to in quite awhile. I went there as a convenience, but have since learned there are much better shops in the area. You would be well advised to avoid this place.

My Father and I have been using SuperTees for years now for everything from getting silk screened shirts to putting logos on water bottles, and every time we have been more that happy with our service. Each and every time the product is finished in a timely manner, the quality of the work is incredible. We have had shirts printed for out Boy scout troop, an eagle project, and for the Broncos playoffs and each time they have turned out wonderfully. We always leave the store with a smile in our face. We will be using SuperTees for many years to come
My husband and I recently opened our own hvac company and have had a few places design our shirts only to be disappointed . We went in to super tees and from the initial hello to picking up our order it was more than amazing we love our shirts the design and the clothing selection and most of all the customer service!!!! Also very cost effective!!!

Great shirt designs and amazing people
Terrible customer service. I spent nearly SIX WEEKS trying to get a logo embroidered onto some shirts. When I inquired about why it took so long and asked to speak to the owner they called and told me that I should come get my shirts and take my business somewhere else! Only use this company if you want to be disappointed and want to have to find someone else to do the work.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AT ALL! I have been waiting for almost 4 weeks to get 10 shirts that they already had the screen setups for. Funny thing is i have never found the need to post things but now that I have a small buisness myself i think just a simple update would have been nice. I came into the store and they just told ne they orderd the wrong shirts and said dont come in will call you? this has happend 2 times with my shirts. i love to support small box but its up to us as small box owners to bring it.... i meen bring it when it come to making our cliants. you say they will be ready next wends then they should be done through hell or high water. not to say the people are not nice. they are super nice people just the ability to meet dead lines is not on point.
