Large amount of inventory. Neatly organized and easy to access products. Not enough help on the floor. Next time I want some linens I will start here to see what they have available.

Pretty awesome store. They had everything from candles to bathroom mirror medicine cabinets. They had flowers, plates, cups, wall decor, benches, glassware, blankets, etc... Also, just in case you are looking for floating shelves, they have A LOT! There were some pieces of furniture, but overall a pretty well stocked store.

Great prices! I got Le Creuset cereal bowls for $1.19 and Green Pan skillet for $25. Silicon cooking utensils with metal grips from W-S were only $4! True outlet prices. Keep in mind, I came there on a sale day, but they seem to always have some form of discount! There will not always be pairs or matching sets, the prices are worth it!

They have some nice stuff but their prices are super high for me.

Man what a terrific and fun little place to go. Lots of wonderful pots,plates,cups and other things there that you can purchase and make. But instead of buying something that someone made. Why dont you and a loved one come down and make your own scene from ghost and make a bowl or cup with your wife. Or if you have kids bring them to make their own cup,dish,bowl. That will help keep the fighting under control. Haha. But no rrally it is fun and something different.

Could use a little more shade in the summer .. Converse is gone. That was a bummer

Loads of merchandise. Would have loved to have spent some more time shopping but I feared the frostbite caused by the air conditioner being set of 60 degrees.Asking the clerk why so cold? His response....Well, we are moving around quite a lot and have to have it cool for the workers....Hmm....

Like most outlet shops you are not going to see wide selection...you will see a bulk of same items. Ie..25 of a single glass or place mat.Visit location for random furniture needs. Great prices on single pieces. look for store wide % off sales for best deals. You will always find additional off clearance items.

Its mostly a storage outlet for things that havent sold well (or are leftovers) from their main stores. The discounts are decent, but youll have to stumble upon a really sweet deal. The location is fairly small and busy.

We love this place. Very unique shop and weve purchased mainly for marriage s and anniversaries type gifts.

Some good deals. However, for the bulk of the stuff outside of the specials, you could do better with one of their normal sales or coupons. Staff was very slow at checkout.

Great deals. Though some rolled up rugs, lights and other items in boxes dont always have pictures on the outside of the items. The employees will open if you ask.

I have to take my sister to Pottery Barn to shop as she enjoys it but they really dont have anything I need in there.

Prices are still high. I would come here first before going to regular store. They have had more furniture in past looked like they are reducing couches/chair inventory.

Takes some discernment, but you can find good deals on quality merchandise (mixed in with the normal over priced but high quality stuff).

This is one of the larger Pottery Barns that I have been to and the selection is vast. Access is convenient off of interstate 5.

Great air-conditioning and place to sit on comfortable, but outdated or slow to sell inventory while your wife, husband or friends finish shopping. We have purchased end tables and fixtures - there are blems and other deals, but its a total bargain hunt and *I believe* there is no delivery so bring the tie-downs!

Thank you Melissa for putting up with me . She did an amazing job, after the store had the wrong address for a delivery, and the package was send back . She helped me get a new package right away and was very patient and professional. I’m not the best to deal with when I’m irritated and she really made my day .

Since there are less than 10 of these in the US, we decided the check it out. This doesnt quite fit the need for furniture shopping (might be hit or miss). This is better for finding accessories (e.g. candles, plates, towels) or smaller items to coordinate with an already existing theme.The prices still seem high - e.g. scratched picture frames still at $20 after discount. The current store promotion was spend $100+ and get 20-40% off entire purchase depending on spending level, but there were no worthwhile big ticket items and we couldnt find $100 worth of items we even liked to activate the promotion.
