Ordered a tub from one of the girls in the showroom. She NEVER answered her phone when I called with questions, would only email me Im sure at her convenience. Kept calling to get an ETA. No one could tell me till the day it had already arrived. Went to pick it up and specifically asked if I picked it up where I ordered it and the answer was yes. NO. Had to go to another place to pick it up. They couldnt find the hardware for the tub. Finally got everything and out of there. Not to return!!!
BUYER BEWARE! We purchased high end appliances for our new home at this location. Have had problems with the grill, wall ovens, gas cooktop, beverage cooler, and now hinge on refrigerator. The not only don’t service the appliances that they installed, they don’t even fix the mistakes that they make when they install the appliances. We moved in November and still don’t have issues resolved.
This place knows nothing about customer service. They don’t return calls and it’s impossible to schedule time with a floor consultant. They act like they are the only game in town for plumbing products and home appliances.
I do like the selection here, but the showroom appeared to be in transition today with missing appliances and lots of boxes. I can overlook that, but the fact that I am remodeling my entire house and went in with the hope of choosing full kitchen and bath suites but after 30 minutes, no one ever spoke to me or asked if I needed assistance—I left with photos of items that I will attempt to locate and price elsewhere.

Let me just say I RARELY give bad reviews. I worked in customer service so to some extent I have empathy, but this place was just completely upsetting. My husband and I came in with our toddler planning on purchasing a gas range and possibly light fixture and sink. We were greeting, but then ignored after for at least 20 minutes. We walked past 4 sales people who didn’t even look up from their computers when we walked by. When the guy finally came to speak to us he was rude, rushing, and condescending towards my husband. It’s like they took one look at us, our age, and our toddler and didn’t deem us worthy of their time or assumed we weren’t planning on spending money when in fact we had plans to purchase much more in the future. Not any more. We will be purchasing all of our items elsewhere now and I will likely never step foot in that store again. I hope they work on commission “BIG MISTAKE”. Moral of the story don’t shop there and if you do dress in a tux, have money hanging out of your pockets and maybe pull up in a limo maybe then you’ll get their time.

Im a trusted local handyman that has a variety of clients from business owners to politicians. I had a rare valve for a bathroom faucet that I brought to the supply warehouse and was referred to the showroom to try to identify the brand and maybe order a replacement. Unfortunately, the professional atmosphere in Asheville has rubbed off on the Showroom Manager JP Moore who took the opportunity to waste a week of my time and delay completion of my project. I was asked to leave and send photos of the faucet via email and didnt get any response at all. When I had the piece in the showroom he was looking at it like hes never seen a faucet and acted like it was machined out of aluminum when it was very likely nickel brass. Im not sure whats going on at this location but I know I got the rope-a-dope to shuffle me out the door with zero professional follow up. Good luck with your experience.

My wife and I hurriedly pulled up into the parking lot at 4:48 pm to ask a quick question pertaining to our new home lighting project. As we got out of the car, we saw a man look at us through the glass door and walk away. Once we approached the door only a few seconds later, we realized it was locked and that they close at 5 pm. We knocked, hoping to get our question answered since we drove as quickly as we could from a half hour away, but of course the man did not come to the door. Im in the customer service industry; closing your doors any amount of time before the official close time, along with failing to answer the door after we knocked during regular business hours (if even just to say, Hey guys, sorry, but were about to close.) is just plain bad business. We will certainly not be back and they will also be receiving a call from us on Monday morning. Do not recommend.
I suppose I was too young to be taken seriously. 5 people and it took 15 minutes to get help. Which then felt very very rushed. We passed many sales associates without a word.
We found one salesperson who actually helped, otherwise very poor follow-up.
Unless you are planning on spending a lot of money they wont even speak to you.
