We came to the area to visit friends for a short vacation, roughy 900 miles from home. On the way down to the Asheville area I was experiencing some noise from the left front of our Outback. I called Prestige Subaru and made an appointment which they scheduled for me the very same day. Problem was diagnosed and fixed timely and professionally. Great service for an out of town guest. Recently bought a new legacy, brought the car in for a leaky tire, after almost two hours I asked what the deal was, after this someone came and asked if I wanted the tire patched... How long were they going to wait to come and ask if I wanted it plugged? Over two hours for one tire.... In this amount of time they could have put on a whole new set of tires! This is beyond ridiculous!!!

They had a nice car for me to check out. They found financing for me, the first two financial places they didnt say anything to them about me putting a down payment on it. One would have approved the amount had they known about down payment. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable.

Paul at prestige motors was excellent to deal with helping me find the vehicle I liked and giving me a straight deal without a run around. I pointed out a problem and he took care of it even after he got my money, making sure I was completely satisfied. I could not be more pleased with my service and the friendly staff, I will recommend them to others and shop there again myself.
