This was the first time I used edible arrangements. I had been considering it for some time. The ordering process online was easy and quick. I knew I wanted same day delivery. so I chose from that section. I placed my order around 9a.m. and the items were delivered by 1-2p.m. that day, much appreciated. There was some kind of question the company/delivery personnel had for me but I was unavailable (my apologies). They handled it like the pros that they are by the time I was able to get back to them. I am so glad that I finally ordered from them and I will be back!
Great experience! I was contacted soon after my order was placed, as I had some special instructions, and the person I spoke with was awesome.The Best Birthday Month Flowers and Fruit Package was delivered to my daughter on her birthday and she loved it. Great service!!!! Diana was awesome. From the time she pulled up she communicated. No one was home at the moment but she waited and took her time. Even after 30 minutes she waited and got my things to a physical person. Her communication was awesome and she was very nice. She worked with me with the delivery. Thank you so much !!

Had three seperate completely nightmarish experiences here. Ended up having to go through the Better Business Bureau to handle it. The owner seemed nice and helpful enough, it was staff that made it awful. If you ever order from here, attempt to order from the owner directly. The staff are rude, undertrained, and malicious.
I ordered a strawberry bundle box for Valentine’s Day and received a totally different order. I called the store and the manager stated “enjoy what you have and I’ll send out what you did order before 7 o’clock.” Well I didn’t receive it and my wife wasn’t to happy. I called seeking to get a refund but the manager would only give a partial refund because I received items that I didn’t want nor ordered. Don’t use this edible arrangements. The quality of the strawberries were dang near dead and presentation was horrible.
I needed an arrangement for our friends family who had suffered a loss and they lived in Hendersonville which was outside their delivery area but the let me order and delivered it for me as I live in another state and I needed it delivered the next day. They did an amazing job! They went out of their way to make it happen and we greatly appreciate it!

I had placed an online order with Edible Arrangements in celebration of my daughters move in day. I had placed it through the store on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables but the order was passed on to the downtown store. I called on the day to ensure delivery was in order and I was politely ensured it was and that it was being handled through the downtown location. I was disappointed when the delivery never happened but, learned it was my error when I called to follow up. A very polite and congenial man by the name of Luke said they had tried but no one answered the cell number I had given them which would have enabled the delivery person to get into the gated community. He said they would try again the next day. Luke called my daughter and she said she would be in and out and couldnt guarantee she would be there. I called Luke back to cancel the order and he was incredibly gracious about it. Said the refund would be handled right away and that things happen. His customer service was over the top! I will make sure I place another order through this location because they did nothing wrong; in fact, they did everything right!
So I decided to try the custom box because I didnt see anything on there website that I wanted which it totally, I like they have custom options.I had this delivered to the Asheville mall and I had stepped away for a second and so my coworkers watched over it until I got back (5 minutes at the most)I was happy to see it but when I went to pick it up the box was VERY sticky like something had leaked all over it.My coworkers said they asked the delivery person why it was sticky and they said the person shrugged it off and left.I will say the fruit was pretty good the pineapple was the best the apples are great to the strawberries looked nice but a bit of squishy on the inside.What made my review lower is when I called to let them know there box was sticky the girl on the phone told me in a tone I would not call nice say well thats not our fault, umm yes it is.I wasnt asking for a replacement I just wanted to let them know for the future.I paid close to 60 dollars I think thats a bit pricey to be given a very sticky box and a rude attitude.EDIT: they got ahold of me and sent me a whole new box and fixed the issue and where very nice about it and they have definitely won be back as a customer.
Great and friendly service, ordered online for next day pickup. Mobile website was a little sluggish. A girl that works there accidentally dropped one of the boxes. Though I fault the company for it (poor box design), not her. You grab the sides of the main box and the box slides out of the bottom. She promptly offered multiple options to make amends, but since we were in no hurry we picked up a replacement of the same product a few days later. As usual with Edible Arrangements everything tasted and looked spectacular. Especially a fan of the Christmas themed strawberries.
Removing bad review as it wasnt to do with this store. I thought the order was coming through the store, but apparently when you order online, it doesnt always come from the the local store. I wish I had ordered it locally as it would have arrived on-time. Now, instead, it is arriving a day late. Which is very disappointing.**Update: They have offered a full refund. Good customer service.
When is send Edible arrangements, the gift is remembered. When my day has been a drag, i pick up a sweet treat for my family and myself. They are always gorgeous and delicious. This week we tried the NEW lemon white chocolate covered strawberries- WOW- what fun flavor! I also enjoy that each month I order there is something new- a flavor a new design something to brighten the bouquet. Highly recommend Edible Arrangements. recommend calling store direct to get a more personable service- OR even better stop in and get yourself a smoothie while they get your order together. :) Also great to bring to parties.

135$ and they forgot to put the card and message. ( No problem mistakes happen ).But when standing there telling them there missing this. They hand u a blank card little card.135$ for some fruit already was dumb but we try and make our loved ones happy right.But you come on. Customer service at those prices should be 10x what it is.Next time I pay an individual to make it .I am sure a small business or person would be happy with a 100$ profit for cutting up some fruit
I got the fruit cup and the chocolate covered strawberries in the cone and a smoothie and they were fantastic I will definitely be going back
Came in Saturday night at closing time. I met the lady at the door as she was walking out to close and I was walking in. She was kind enough to go back inside and turn computer back on so I could order something for my daughter. Very refreshing experience. I really appreciated her doing that.
If you are looking for a delicious smoothie, come here. Real cane sugar syrup or go unsweetened like me and add honeydew! Their platters for catering are also very nice and always delicious

My husband got me chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday. I was very excited, until I opened them. They looked very wilted. The stems on the berries were not even green, but dried out. The berries were not red at the tops, but dried and browning. And, there was so much liquid at the bottom. Very disappointing.
Order was 1/2hr late. The lady was nice enough and gave me a free box of fruit. However my time is very important to me and 1/2 for me to wait is not acceptable.
They did an excellent job. Fruit was fresh and nicely presented.
I am an oncology nurse and today received a gift basket from one of my patients I have cared for during her entire chemo treatment. It was a super wonderful gesture and for the most part the basket was delicious. However, the patient went to your store and hand designed the basket today. One of the whole fruits was an orange that was totally ruined. How could a worker not notice that? It was soggy feeling to the touch. For what customers pay for this gifts, this was totally unacceptable. Also, again for the price paid, I think an included mug should be a mug that is attractive and not one that advertises the company
I ordered an edible bouquet for my husband to be delivered at his work. Hes a teacher so I needed it delivered before 3 p.m. I made the order over the phone directly with the Asheville store and the woman I spoke to said she put a note in to the driver about it being delivered by 3 p.m. and that it shouldnt be a problem. I called again at 1:45 p.m. to check on the order and they said that it was out for delivery. I didnt hear from my husband so I spoke with him just after he had left school and he said that it hadnt been delivered. I called the store back and they then informed me that they dont guarantee a delivery time. They had not specified this at the time of my order, but now that I was requesting a refund they were making a point of it. I feel that they didnt honor their word and had they told me from the outset that they couldnt guarantee delivery time I wouldnt have placed the order. They never offered me a discount or refund. It did get delivered to our house after many phone calls back and forth, but my husband doesnt see it until the next day because he was going out of town for a seminar - that was why I was having something delivered in the first place. Very poor experience and I wont be using them again.
Great service and very accomodating to changes with my online order. Im not sure how the fruit turned out thats why there are only 4 stars but everyone was very diligent and pleasant to work with.
Ordered a Birthday arrangement the day before it needed to be delivered. Person I ordered for is not available after 3:00 pm. The lady said no guarantee on delivery time but since I was ordering early should be there by 3:00 pm. Didnt make it! Had to have someone stay after 5:00 to wait for it. Fruit was bitter and low quality. Based on the cost of this arrangement one would expect excellent quality and service.
First and last time. I placed an order around 9am and my husband has yet to receive his birthday gift after 5pm. If same day delivery cant be done, especially when the order was placed so early, it should not be an option on the website. I wanted my husband to enjoy this gift all day, not be stressed about staying late at work to receive it.
The fruit sucked honestly. By the next day the fruit was horrible. The front desk lady was nice but i don’t like her. i do not recommend. One star for you. This smelled like wet dog . i felt disappointed :(
I originally gave this a 2 star rating for bad customer service (was double billed, sent the wrong thing, yelled at by cashiers), my second experience was significantly better (I wont deny that we had one good experience, I think it was the owner who helped me and she did an amazing job that day).. but here we are, back at terrible customer service. Let me start by saying we buy baskets for my wifes family as well as my coworkers every year, so it isnt as if we waltzed in for the first time and tried to get something for nothing. We had a coupon for free birthday strawberries. It says right on the terms and conditions that the only prerequisite for receiving them is spending $29 or more per calendar year. We spent well over $400 since January. Typically I just go in with the coupon and walk out with my free box and dont place an order at that time. My wifes father isnt doing well. He offered to buy her strawberries for her birthday. My wife went into the store to order them. There was a lot of back and forth about at first somehow the basket was $250 (it had been entered wrong by the associate), then the shipping couldnt be free so it had to be picked up (fine), and then finally after an hour or so of the associate struggling with the coupon codes, it was entered. Unfortunately as the day continued my wifes father got considerably worse and we had to cancel. We were already all very upset because of this happening, and my wife was devastated at the idea that her father was probably not going to be around for her birthday. After 3 phone calls to corporate, we were refunded a fraction of the cost, with the explanation that we were being charged for the FREE strawberries at $34. The phone calls took HOURS and it always ended with youre right, you shouldnt have been charged and then days of no refund. I have all of the associates names and times/dates of calls. Spoke to several employees in the store who also said it was very bizarre, that customers come and go with free boxes daily for their birthdays and they are never charged or forced to order anything. Only with my wife did they charge her. This was taking advantage of a very upsetting situation with my wifes father, on her birthday.In addition to this, I even have a comment from the owner from my original complaint that I was being offered a free box for bad customer service. I never got that, either.We did a lot of business here, so this was really upsetting.
I got a box of the chocolate covered fruits for my sons birthday. He didnt like them. To really make matters worse, apparently my credit card number was subsequently used by one (or more) of the people working the counter that day to make other purchases. When I called to report the problem I got a lot of have a nice day platitudes from the admin of the local store. NICE. Dont go there...over priced even BEFORE the credit card fraud started!
Terrible, terrible, terrible. My husband recently retired and an out-of-town friend sent him an arrangement. The Asheville franchise called after business hours to tell us they were unable to find our house and would deliver after we called and gave directions the next day. I called early and the male employee seemed unable to get the directions correct (actually he acted like he just didnt care). After establishing that it would be delivered soon, we called at 12:30 to find out an estimated delivery time as we were planning an out of town trip. The same laissez-faire employee said he couldnt give us an approximation because the delivery person was out in truck (What? They dont have cell phones..hard to believe!!). Still havent seen them, but cant comment on the quality of product because I will probably never see them! Terrible service...I will never order from them. If I could give 0 stars I would.
