One of the worst customer experiences ever. The lady at the desk (im not sure her name) was blatantly rude to me and lacked any customer service skills needed. She was very short with me and seemed not to care. All in all, I will not be shopping there again.
One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. The employee struggled to operate a basic web browser and subsequently had to login twice. And even though I told him exactly what part I was looking for, he couldn’t find it. I was able to pull up the part number on Grainger’s website faster than he could, however, even with the part number he couldn’t find it.Finally, in the time it took him to fumble through looking up our account I located the part at another retailer. Outdated business model… Outdated employees.
So fast so easy and they have EVERYTHING. Prices are fair or lower than average from what I have seen! Employees are nice helpful! I will be ordering from them again!
You can NOT call a local Grainger dealer. They will ONLY send you to a call center. (no matter which Grainger number you call) Where did the days of LOCAL sales people go?????I specifically again asked can I please have a number for a local sales person and was told that the local stores do not accept calls but that the call center can check inventory. However what if you need to actually show them what part you need and dont have a part number???? Well they will apologize to you ?!!!Now Looking for another local place other then Grainger to order our parts when machines breakdown in the shop.
I ordered a popular cleaning product through Grainger in early July of this year, and after receiving an email showing the order details, it also indicated that the product was backordered but without an expected date. After hearing no news about my order, I finally called customer service around August 15th. At that time they told me it should ship by August 28th. After that date came and went, today, Sept 9th, I called customer service again and was told the order was rejected. When I asked why, she told me that they couldnt get it in, so they cancelled the order. I asked her if they had planned to let me know this, and all she could tell me was that the only note on the order was that it was rejected. No other explanation.This is about the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rates right up there with Directv!
