Fabulous shop! I walked into Frankie Bernsteins wardrobe! And the manager was lovely--Sue. My girlfriend splurged on me and bought me tomato-colored crinkled cotton pants and top and an amazingly designed scarf. Yikes! Im going Boho!

I am so disappointed in this store owner and their customer service. i have been supporting them for years- I am local to Asheville. I felt comfortable with the owners and the sale people and trusted them to respond to my inquiries. Therefore when i was buying towels I bought them from from afar thinking that i could replenish and add to them later. I have been back to the store and they do not care these towels anymore-they are not on the shelves. I have left messages at the store and via email for the owner to give me a call and have not heard from her for two months. All I am asking for is a phone call to tell me that she is not going to order the towels again---or whatever. Nothing after several attempts.I am really disappointed that a small store like this has such awful customer service and will not buy there again. Such a shame.

Favorite shop in Ashevillle! Find all the beautiful items I see in markets around the world when I travel but 1st quality. So if you can’t get to India or France or Africa, shop here for their treasures!
