The folks at Grace Fuel have been extremely helpful and responsive! We needed more heating oil at the end of this winter and they were here quickly to refill us!

The person answering the phone does not remember conversations and will bill you more that what was agreed upon- I called her twice and she stated no one here remembers you calling yet I remember telling her how much fuel i wanted, no she charged me and extra $150.00 over the amount. Poor, Poor customer service

This is the best place to buy coal for blacksmithing! Very reasonably priced too. The coal burns very well in a forge.

Its a shame that over 20 years of business with this company I am sitting here in a cold home after pre ordered my 295 gallons of k1 then it never showed up on the day they promised and then I called and a lady got smart with me saying I cant tell you when it will arrive I just know your going to get it ... Really me spending over a thousand dollars on kerosene and you cant keep your promised arrival time and cant even tell me a ball park time so I know when to be home to bleed my oil lines to start my heater back. I waited six days for yall to deliver my kerosene and couldnt do it .... My almost two year old daughter is sick and now we are struggling to keep warm ... I never thought this place would have a bad story but now you do this has left a sour taste in my familys mouth and mine as well I hope everyone doesnt have to go threw this false hopes like we did...

I have worked with several companies in the Asheville area. After being told I needed to replace my tank at our rental property and quoted an astronomical amount to replace, I was referred by a friend in Weaverville to try Grace fuel for a second opinion. Grace came out within an hour of talking to them when no one else could even return my calls. Larry tested my tank and confirmed it was okay, filled and we have been a happy customer ever since!
