A friend of mine and I ordered through Eat Street. We ordered half an hour or so before close. It took them 45 minutes to even prepare our order. We got our order an hour later, but however they forgot our cream cheese. Bagels were somewhat fresh, but some were pretty dry and didn’t have a lot of flavor. The chocolate chip bagel was delicious however. Definitely recommend it.

I came in with a couple friends and the food was good but they had maybe 5 types of bagels available and when I was looking and asking to see what they had or didn’t have the girls kept giggling at us and whispering:/ we were going to sit in there and eat but we ended up leaving because we didn’t feel very welcomed

Pizza bagel was on point everything else average. Had the turkey club (naturally) with it. Sandwich, 3 minni muffins and drink for $11

Pricey, but a good occasional splurge. The jalapeno cheddar cream cheese has a delicious kick!

Ordered an Omelette Breakfast Bagel. No cheese, dry tasteless eggs, and the 3-4 chunks of green peppers were all clumped together. Go anywhere else...Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds...anywhere

Delicious.The bagels here are absolutely amazing. Even ordering plain, the scent alone of the bagels are tantalizing, and the taste is so much more so. Their food is fresh, the bagels soft and full of flavor. The staff are very friendly and helpful, as well as quick to complete orders. I havent tried their breakfast sandwiches yet, but I would recommend stopping in here for a quick bite, or buying a couple of bagels for your next few breakfasts.

I love this place. I get the Roma Italian on a Cheddar Melt bagel and it is amazing! They also have delicious coffee and muffins. The service is quick and the food is fresh, dont pass this place up. Keep up the great work BAB! 👍🏽

Went in for a breakfast sandwich. People in front of me had a large order, so I waited 10 min to place my order. There was a line of 6+ people behind me, and I watched the manager/owner walk around doing literally nothing the entire time while customers waited and the girls scrambled to fill orders. Poor setup, they need to revamp the way they handle orders. Also, maybe stop microwaving eggs for breakfast sandwiches right in front of the customers?

Food was fantastic. Wish they would have gotten my order right though, ordered bacon and got sausage. Also, customer service, although fast. Not pleasant or friendly.

I had a breakfast BLT on a pretzel bagel with the cheddar bacon cream cheese...it was stupendous! My local BAB doesnt have the pretzel bagel and I absolutely loved this one. The bathroom was clean, the servers were friendly and we had no issues with our order and the wait time was short. When Im in Green Bay, Ill be back for sure.

Average in every respect. Food, prices, selection. Go if you want some bagels, but if you dont youre not missing anything amazing.

Received coupon for free pumpkin spice coffee. Made 15 min drive in to store excited to get my coffee and a muffin. Told they did not get shipment in yet despite sending out coupon. Asked for small discount off mocha to compensate and denied. Emailed corporate and got a sorry and blame placed on supplier but no resolution or offer to make it right. Poor customer service and really disappointed. Wont be going back. Business lost over $1.50.

This place have the greatest service. So early to have such powerful, energetic personality. Lots of choices for breakfast sandwiches. Hot coffee.... convenient parking. Support local businesses, shop local.

They have the most delicious muffins on planet earth!!! Their bagels arent too shabby either. Their staff is friendly and they have this amazing box you can get and take to work that has bagels and muffins. Just an all around fantastic place to stop!

I drive 90 miles round-trip every few weeks for their bagels. That should tell you something!

Only 6 types of bagel were available. This shop employs high school kids so I guess I should of expected the service (less than appealling). Refused to make more without any verbal reasoning. Luckily Uncle Mikes bakery was open and amazing as always.

Very disappointing experience. Stopped here Sunday morning to pick up bagels and sandwiches. Thought if early could get the fancier bagels and my favorites because not picked over yet. The majority of bagels were “not done cooking yet.” Had a choice of 5 bagels, I.e. blueberry, plain, strawberry, Jalapeño and whole wheat. The person behind the counter was anything but enthusiastic about being at work, worst customer service I’ve experienced in years, couldn’t say “hi,” couldn’t smile. She looked like she rolled out of bed 10 minutes before the store opened, possibly why the bagels were not yet cooked when the store opened. The Lox and sandwich I ordered was skimpy with vegetables at best. The quality and care has slipped over the years apparently.

Love exploring all the little cafes around town, I tried to stop in for a bit first time in and ordered a large coffee with my card, 2.30 something was the total, she said I needed to purchase more because there’s a 3$ minimum instantly lost business. Won’t return and will update my regular blog and local tweet feed!

My family loves the food, but we wish that the tomato basil bagel would be a permanent flavor like other Big Apple Bagels stores we have been to.

Nice location and really good muffins - mediocre bagels. The employees are so slow and are always wearing clothes that look like they just rolled out of bed and aren’t very nice either.

It was marked as a bagel shop and didn’t come up in a 📍Google search for Coffee or Café. Wow! I’m so happy I kept my eyes open. I almost had to stop at McD’s (across the street).

Our experience here left MUCH to be desired. When we ordered the cashier seemed to have zero idea what she was doing, and if she was new, okay, but someone needed to be helping her with the customers. We had to explain exactly what we wanted multiple times, we had to ask and double check again and again to make sure we were getting everything. The order wasn’t even complicated. We had to remind her that we wanted a dozen bagels 4 times and she still kept just standing there doing nothing until the more experienced girl turned to us and asked “are you still getting 1 dozen bagels?” And thats just the service. Our food is a whole different story. We ordered our sandwiches to be horrified that the eggs AND meat were being microwaved right in front of you, there was cross contamination left and right. My husband bit into his bagel (a breakfast sandwich on a cheese bagel) only to get a mouth full of chocolate, which we assume was from the bagel sitting next to ours in the makeshift bagel microwaving line up. We are sorely disappointed in this establishment.

Usually a great place but she handled my drink straw without gloves and the counter she prepared my bagel on looked dirty...hope they get it figured out.

The bagels were good. Service was bad. Worker was rude. My friend and I came in before close and sat down to eat. 4 minutes after 6 the worker said sorry I have to do this but we are closed and kicked us out. I have never had this happen to me. We only had a 1/3 of our bagels left.
