Good ppl, great service...The manager Travis is unlike any other manager Ive dealt with at SW. You see, Ive been in the painting trade for 20 yrs now and I deal with customer service at Sherwin Williams on the day to day. When I have a difficult request such as- getting material to a job at unique hours or ordering materials that SW doesnt normally stock, they will have to direct ship, most other stores Ive dealt with I expect excuses and negative results.Let me tell you though, Travis always found a way to tell me yes no problem. He always found a solution.Im the foreman, I was running 3 jobs in Wisconsin and there was really no time to play run around and Travis made my job a lot easier. Im giving him some huge kudos and a BIG thank you. One hell of a manager, very knowledgeable and on top of it, his character is top notch as well!! So again, thank you Travis... Great people are hard to come by and you Sir, take the cake
