The drive thru is always very efficient at this location. The pumpkin creme cold brew and other coffee drinks are always made perfect. Even when its busy the staff always seem to work well and get the orders taken care of without rushing.

Im stuck in a rut-i order the same thing so today i asked for suggestions.. lets try some tea- the barista nailed it she made a chai tea latte with pumpkin spice..!!!!!!! new favorite... YOU GUYS ROCK

Unfortunately, very crowded inside the lobby, and the line was very long. Good coffee though, after waiting for twenty minutes to get it.

I just got a vanilla ice latte from Montana! She is amazing! The latte is so delicious and she is the most friendly person I have ever seen! Thank you so much Montana! You really made my day!

I am from out of town and the coffee at the hotel is not my favorite. So, I stopped this morning to get a coffee. I use my keurig to make coffee at home every morning so I had no idea what to order. The young ladies working were so friendly and helped me order something based off what I like. I love it! Thanks ladies. If I am ever back in the area I know where to go to get a delicious cup of coffee and excellent customer service.

Unusual layout for pick up. The pick up area is closer to the refrigerated food section vs the usual near the espresso machines.Staff members were friendly and my drink was tasty. This location was out of decaf espresso beans and despite few customers inside, the drinks were being completed at a slower pace.

Pricing is much higher than other quaint little coffee shops in Green Bay!

Floor was wet with streaks of dirt and shoe prints from the front door all the way to the bathroom. Wasn’t able to walk around any of it because it was every where. Bathrooms were filthy with the same mess on the floors and sticky. Barista that took our order at the drive thru was unfriendly and impatient. My favorite drink is an Iced Venti Caramel Macchiato with Almond milk. This was the worst made drink I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Couldn’t finish it. Usually my experiences at any Starbucks are good but not this one. Stay away.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR MOST RECIENT EXPERIENCE!!! My friend and I went through the drive thru and were greeted by such a amazing personality at the order screen. She totally hyped us up about our orders and went above and beyond to find out food options for both me and my friend! It was made even better on arriving at the window and we were greeted so warmly by the attendant who was so bubbly and happy and gave us pointers on our thrifting plans for the day! Everyone at the window gave us compliments and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable! Amazing team!! Making this store our go to every time!

Ordered on the app, order was ready when I got there. Very friendly lady at the drive thru, I had my pup with me and she even asked if i wanted a pupachino for the pup. Order was correct and everything was delicious

I went today just for a simple hot chocolate and the drive-thru order taker was very nice. Im not sure what it was about her but she was peppy and was very outgoing which was nice. It made it seem like she genuinely cares about her job which I like. Im not sure if any of this makes sense but their speed of service is quick and the employees are very sweet.

Usually love this location, however I ordered 3 coffees today (1/14) at 3:18pm. The app said that the quoted time was 12 minutes from the time my order was placed. (3:31pm) We got there at 3:30 and waited 25 minutes for all 3 coffees and they never even started my order until 3:47pm. 2 people came in while I was waiting for my drink, ordered at the register and still got their drinks before us. NOT IMPRESSED. There were 3 people working during this time. One was making the drinks, one was standing around waiting for people to come to the drive thru and one was doing absolutely nothing for 15 minutes. Now at my workplace, if we were to pull something like that we would at least get written up or potentially fired.

Easily the slowest Starbucks in America. No matter if at the drive thru, pre-ordered on the app or ordered in person. Also, if they make your drink wrong, they’ll remake it...with a side of sass. I blame myself for continuing to come here. Save yourself 15 minutes and go to see Audrey at the Mason store or the friendly team on Lineville.

Kudos Starbucks for demonstrating true commitment to your customers. I stopped by this morning and found this location displaying signage indicating that the inside area was closed as a protection to their customers. I’m sure it has a consequence on sales, but keeping the drive through open was a sensible alternative and consistent with CDC recommendations. I applaud your response. I will frequent not only this location but PLENTY of other Starbuck’s locations throughout the US. Way to be out in front of this!

Great service! My favorite Starbucks in the area. Super nice people working here. Also for the location it never seems too overcrowded, unless you’re going through the drive through. Trust me, just go inside, they are nice and helpful.

We went through the drive thru just now and had the best experience with Alex who took our order. He was extremely friendly, personable and brightened our mood with his happy personality!

Austin is amazing. My son is ill. He has been for a month now and has seen cardiologist recently. He cannot get much down and the Pokémon Go drink is what he asks for lately. He has lost so much weight that Im willing to get what he wants when he wants it.The starbucks on kennsignton in appleton had my sons father waiting an hour for this drink yesterday! When I called to ask why clerk lied to me on the phone. Abby got the manager on who then made up a story about them making it the second he arrived.I ordered it at 11:07 then called to make sure the drink had the berries in it. My sons father didnt get it until 12:07. (Reciepts shows times) they had to adjust the price because apparently a few berries is an extra 1.50 which I didnt care that I had to pay. The part that I was even charged the extra fees when they couldnt find the order for the above time frame and the lies that came out after were irritating. (I have the calls recorded)I am going to this Starbucks only from here on out! Austin didnt seem to make this a big deal or seem like i was burdening him at all. He was happy to help! I thanked him!!!! 5 stars for Austin for the customer service he gives and how he made a difference in more ways then he realizes today.Today my son can get something down without my stressing and dealing with a franchise that didnt seem to care.Thanks Austin!

While working for the Starbucks company i started at a different location and in about 8 months into my employment at Starbucks I moved to this green bay store. I was told I was sent to the store that needed the most help when I was transferred, it wasnt even a store of my choosing. While working here I witnessed that most of the partners and shift leads were not trained and were training new employees in the incorrect manner, setting up the store for failure. The store was constantly dirty due to cleaning tasks never getting done or ever done to the fullest extent. Drinks were constantly made incorrectly, and whenever Id check the fridges there would almost always be a product that was expired or not stored properly. The store lacked a 2 or 4 hour timer meaning milk pitchers, blenders, shakers etc were not wash for HOURS on end which would leave a milk based film on all of the equipment. (Gross, right?) I even tried bringing up all these concerns with the store manager Jon multiple times but then shortly after I was scheduled for 9days in a row and then fired after my 9day work week.

We frequent this location because our place of work is very close, they are always very nice and are willing to make sure our orders are completed accurately and in full. Today Dominic (hope the spelling is right!!) was very helpful when there was a problem, he made the visit great!!- jaedyn & sophia

Barista Erika for the win!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I use the app to order almost all of my coffee. Today I ordered and it went through. What the app didn’t tell me was that the location that I ordered from has been closed till further notice. I check the app again and the location now has been taken off the list of nearby locations that are open. So. I went back on the app and ordered now from a location across town. As I walked into the store and was greeted with my coffee I mentioned to Erika what had happened and just asked for a number I could call. She not only told me where to find the number but also gave me a number of cards to use towards coffee in the future. Sooooo awesome. I wasn’t expecting anything more than a phone number. Thank u sooo much Erika u made my day.

The staff here is always very pleasant & kind

It was my first time at this location and I will never be back. One employee specifically stood out to me- and not in a good way. He was so rude! not only was he short with me, but he was incredibly rude to the older couple in front of me!! He had dark hair and a long dark beard. I stood back and waited for my coffee and watched his interactions with other customers and I was disgusted. I eventually asked a barista who he was because he seemed to go out of his way just to be rude... the best part- SHE TOLD ME HE IS THE STORE MANAGER!! UNBELIEVABLE!! All the other employees seemed so nice and did an amazing job. I just thought I would share since talking to the manager was not an option.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made suggestions as this non Starbucks visitor tried to decide on my drink request. When there wasn’t any skim milk available at the self serve station, the staff quickly provided this item and refreshed all other items in this area. Coffee was hot and served promptly.

We were driving home after being in the blizzard in Green Bay and stopped for a coffee. Wow! My Skinny Mocha with coconut milk was amazing and the blueberry scone my friend shared a bite from so delicious that I went for both when I got home the next day and I was disappointed that neither of them tasted as excellent as it had up there. Highly recommend this location! Great people too!

I went into Starbucks thinking I had my mind made up about what delicious pumpkin spice beverage I was going to put in my mouth. A frequent flyer of the pumpkin spice latte, I thought I was going to outsmart the system and order a classic pike place roast with sweet cream and pumpkin flavoring. Lo and behold after consulting with Pattie, she suggested a pumpkin cream cold brew, and my tastebuds couldn’t have agreed more. Thank you Pattie for the outstanding suggestion. And you are correct, I do want that Venti.

My drink was made incorrectly in the drive thru, when the person at the window told another person inside to remake it, I could see her roll her eyes and go ugh about it. Regardless, it was remade quickly and I got to keep the incorrect one for free. Just next time make sure you are not rollling your eyes in view of the customer that you are complaining about.

Extremely poor customer service. Barista messed up my order and then proceeded to blame me and “educate” me on why I was wrong. Will not be back to this location.

Honestly one of the worst stores in the greenbay area. My drink wasnt even close to what I order. I ordered a classic macchiato with non fat and I received a Starbucks hot caramel macchiato instead. Its almost like the barista wasnt trained on what a real macchiato was, thats really embarrassing for a coffee shop. Also my simple drink took 15mins for a whole shot of espresso and dry foam on top and my bakery item had some kinda of spare food baked to it, luckily Im not allergic to anything but they should really take their customers health and safety into consideration. 🙃😷🙄

Good drinks

Stopped in this convienient location when our car broke down. We got excellent service, tasty cool drinks and a nice little patio area to wait with our dog and kiddos till our tow truck showed up. We made it home and realized we left our stack of 3 dog bowls under the patio table- Well a 100 mile trek back wasnt in the cards- When Sandra answered my call, she immediately went out, found the bowls and took them in back for me to pick up later in the week- thanks for going the extra step(and saving me $60 in replacing dog bowls!!)

Why is everyone yelling at each other. They seem under staffed and stressed out. WHERE IS THEIR LEADER?

I order from Starbucks regularly and this by far is the best store! I’ve never had a drink messed up and have never had to wait for my mobile orders. Their drive-thru line moves fast and efficiently. The best part is that the drinks always just taste better too. I drive from out by UWGB and pass 2 other Starbucks just to go here.

These guys here are very busy and work extremely hard. They communicate together and stay positive. Saw this guy Patrick, he was putting in some serious work, lots of effort and customers knew him, he was setting an amazing example this morning.

Great coffee. Be sure to taste your Americano right away. Sometimes they dont get it hot enough.

VERY slow store! Takes forever to get a beverage. Always seems to be short staffed. Only one person on bar and lots of others standing around when there’s a full cafe and drive through.

I would go here several times a week while working my last job. It was within walking distance of our office, so I frequented it over lunch. The actual seating area is not great, but if there are not many other people, it’s a good place to get work done.

They do a great job 98% of the time but occasionally it will be really slow when its not busy and ai havent been able to figure out why. All in all, its the best Starbucks in GB in my opinion. Very friendly staff

Extremely slow, has taken well over 20 minutes before (when its not even busy) for them to complete mobile orders of one drink. Doesnt seem like they make the drinks correctly all the time either.

Every time I go to the Starbucks on Oneida Street, it is always a great experience. You know that you are going to wait in line in the morning so that doesnt even bother me anymore. Even when the line has been long, it hasnt taken me more than 15 minutes to get my coffee and go. Their double smoked bacon and cheese sandwhich is delicious and their mocha frap is to die for!!
