-The salesman was outstanding! 5 stars and a 10 out of 10 for him!-It would have been appreciated if the dealership had listed the added accessories & associated cost to the advertised price.-I still dont understand what I get with the Windshield Protection Plan w/ 3 Year Warranty and Xzilon Ceramic Protection and would still like to get details (although I did ask for it when making the purchase).-Overall the accessories added by the dealership dont seem like a good value for the customer.

1st time customer at this location & it was impeccable! I was greeted upon arrival, checked in hassle free, seated in a nice waiting area with vending and restrooms. My wait time was less than expected and Im one happy customer!

Be prepared to fight your way out! Went in to get my free oil change and tire rotation and they were trying to charge me. Then they wanted $90 for a couple of filters! Didnt have a plastic ring to hold transmission cable in its bracket in stocks and said it would be three to four days before they could get it and then several days to install it! Oh and all for the low price of approximately $700.00........I walked across the street to OReilly and bought a zip tie! Fixed!!! $5.00.......Vampires I tell you!

I appreciated the demeanor of the people who I encountered at the dealership, they didn’t give me a “salesy” feeling, they actually listened to what I said and didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t want. I had been to another dealership and the person I dealt with pretended to care but I could tell they didn’t absorb anything I said. Champion was so much nicer to work with. I previously used Lynn Layton for all my service needs but when you made appointments there, it was worthless and I’d spend 2-3 hours just getting an oil change. I scheduled appointment through app and also filled out overnight card for alignment and oil change if needed. I picked up vehicle feeling assure resolved. I had the same issues driving back home. At this time I called and mentioned it to one of the people in service center. He advised me oh yes ma’am we do not do that I’m sorry. This is something no one bothered to tell me when I picked up vehicle. I then had to take my car to a totally different shop pay large amount out of pocket after being advised my request were covered under warranty when service reached out to me that it was ready however with other shop I got issues resolved however I had to continue to deal with trouble for days after to be seen. I am one that trades a car every 3 years if the sales and service is good. I will not purchase about her Chevy because of the service center. Thanks

To whom this may concern,I was in the market for a new 2021 Silverado High Country and had been looking for weeks. I had no idea about this dealership in Alabama and im sure glad I found it. I dealt with Justin and let me tell you, Justin was probably the best salesman ive dealt with. From communication to passion about his job and getting me the truck ive dreamed to have. Justin and his team made this the easiest transaction as I reside in Tennessee, he was consistent and made frequent calls and texts to keep me updated on what was going on. And to top it all off, he even arranged the truck being delivered to me here in my home town, now that was the icing on the cake. Walked in just goofing around, was in the market but hadnt settled on anything yet. Justin greeted us right away and just asked what we were looking for. While we were infact looking for a really nice used vehicle we ended up with a 2020 Equinox with 0% financing and some good rebates that were applied directly to the price, not mail in. They were thorough and ensured we got ever rebate we could (NON GM, 2020 model vehicle, one from my work etc...). Justin always been available for questions even afterwards. He helped up set up the on star, chevy rewards, etc... For once it was nice not to feel screwed after buying a vehicle. He was also honest on downfalls of certain models, even stuff they had on the lot. I appreciated the honesty and his knowledge of both their products and other brands (I can tell he just likes cars).

I bought a 2015 Silverado with 48,000 miles on it in November, 2021. When the weather started warming up enough in February to need air conditioning, I discovered the air conditioner in my truck does not work. I did not purchase the extended warranty but I thought maybe something could be done to help me since I had just bought the truck and was told the air conditioner had been checked and was working. I was charged $108 to have the AC system checked out and was told I need a condenser at a cost of over $1177. I am having the work done somewhere else at a substantially lower price than quoted at Champion Chevrolet service department. No, I will not be doing business with Champion again and will not recommend them to anyone else.

One of my turn signal lights burnt-out between services and could have been a significant annoyance and safety issue. However, Champion was quick to schedule the replacement and completed the maintenance action in less than 10-minutes from arrival time at the Service Center. They recognized the importance and completed the work without disrupting the flow of the other customers.

Michael Wooldridge was my sales man and he did a great job by caring about my thought, what I wanted in a car and he did his best to get me into the monthly payments that I could manage. I know getting a better and newer vehicle cost more so I am happy with the payments. Chris Allen worked really hard to talk to the banks to get me a good deal. They did not put the lugs on my front right tire. At all. We could have died. I had my kids in the car. The manager did take care of it promptly BUT he acted like it wasn’t a big deal, when it was in fact a very big deal.

DO NOT RECOMMEND going through this dealership they will run your credit and then sell the vehicle you were wanting to purchase right out from under you. Horrible place would recommend going to bill Penney or landers McClarty don’t waste your time here.

I can get better service with others for less cost. I told service manage tech that I had the $5.00 coupon and he said he would subtract it. No! He said they would look and grease the loud noise coming From the rear end. No!This noise was probably coming from the leaf springs. The rotate and balance $50 dollars? I wanted them to check the hard downshift coming from the transmission. His response this transmission just does that. I am so sorry that I broke my previous resolve to never buy another G M product.

1rst purchase at Champion Chevrolet in Athens, Al. and it was great. Kevin Allison went out of his way to accommodate me. And not just Kevin, the entire experience was the easy I have ever had at a car dealership. Would highly recommend giving these guys a chance before going anywhere else.

I contacted the GM on 3/11/19 to voice my displeasure with the service department. On two different occasions we took our 2011 Buick Enclave to fix a problem. Was charged $95 and $98 and resolved nothing. They said we needed all sorts of stuff done none of which related to the problem.With the exception of this one issue we have no problems with our vehicle.I was told the GM would return my call and as of today I have heard nothing.VERY DISAPPOINTED!SARA GLINES

Go to Decatur or Huntsville if you want honest service.

We purchased a used car after being told it had warranty and would be cleaned properly to get smoke smell out. We have small children. After taking it home, for 1 day, we found out it had ZERO warranty was told all sales were final, and the car couldnt be cleaned for another week. I would never reccomend this place to anyone. They should work more on their customer service and making sure their car salesmen know correct information. I would call and never get a call back and actually having to call them again. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. And we put money down.**update***They were able to bring our car in early for a deep clean to get the smoke smell out and have someone look at the air bag light. But sales are considered final and we are not able to return the car. Our salesperson Dustin did call us back, but I was disappointed the manager didnt when he stated he would.

Fast and friendly service!

WARNING - Salesmanship Chris and GM Kevin Allison DAMAGED my credit. My credit wasnt that bad but they made it worse. The amount the GM would only give me for my trade was $17,000. When Chris brought me the numbers Kevin printed out, I plainly told him I was not taking less than $20,000 for a vehicle they could turn around and sell for a minimum $23.000. Chris wrote down that amount and I gave him the payment area I wanted. I told Chris in NO UNCERTAIN terms DO NOT run my credit more than 4 times. Chris stated Oh we wont run it more than 4. He went into Kevins office and I NEVER saw the price Kevin was asking for. After a few hours later Chris finally told me they couldnt make it work. That was fine, so I left. I checked my credit and the hard inquiries and when I saw that Kevin had ran my credit through 7 banks, I was livid. I called him and he claimed he didnt know anything about just 4 inquiries and apologized. I told him it was too late for apologys the damage to my credit had already been done. I have filed a complaint with Customer Assistance at Chevrolet. If Ive been done this way you cant tell me they havent done it to others. I am going to INSIST on Kevin being removed from GM and Chris LOSE his job. Ive decided turn this over to God for it is he who decides their fate.

Overall, customer service was great! I had some minor work done and was told it would be returned the next day. I called to check on my vehicle and it hadnt been worked on and the a serviceman said they would cover the extra day of my vehicle rental if they didnt get it back to me. Kuddos for that type of customer service. The reason I cant give more stars is because I asked if they could look at a small electrical issue I was having and when I got the vehicle back I was told it would require an entire replacement $$$$$. Well after a little searching and a purchase on Amazon I found what I needed and fixed my issue in 15minutes with a GM OEM part. I was told that this was something that cant be done. This is why I am only giving 3 stars, this causes me to question their trust in customer service.
