Headed straight here from the airport after landing in ATL. Really wanted some cute earrings but when I got there at 7:30pm on Saturday night, they said they were closed even though Google says theyre open till 9pm. A complete waste of time. :(

BEWARE OF THIS MERCHANT!!!!I purchased a pair of earrings on 3/9/17, I had to contact the seller to ask when would they be shipped because two days after my purchase I never received shipping confirmation or (any email) but the money was instantly taken out of account, I finally was told that my item would be SHIPPED on Monday 3/13/17 then received a package on the exact date which turned out to be someone else order, I left 3 emails indicating the mix up and 3 days later an email with No I apologize for the wrong order just a sorry for the delay, for emailing me 3 days later and a sarcastic you can keep the earrings which I do not want because it looks like it was a rushed job and came out sloppy, would send them back if I didnt have to pay for the shipping, and it also stated in the email that we will have your correct order out with new tracking but at this point I was turned off by Luxor Couture service and responded that if the earrings have not been shipped out yet that I would like a refund. I have been patient with receiving my earrings and Ive been left in the dark as far as my purchase, no thank you for your order email no heres your shipping/tracking info, you know the usual that happens after one makes a purchase, delayed email responses, I received way better service from a company all the way from a small village in South Africa! So back to that last email response where I asked for my refund on 3/16/17, of course no response so I assumed I was getting it because the earrings had already been shipped, 3/22 still no earrings and STILL no email response so to make the end of the story short I was forced to open a dispute with PAYPAL to get refund for earrings I NEVER RECEIVED AND UP TO NOW STILL NO EMAIL RESPONSE FROM LUXOR COUTURE, but I noticed and its funny how the dispute was resolved rather quickly and my refund was given to me because PayPal ceased transactions for Luxor couture and hold was placed on the account. Monica you should tend to your business more professionally! Its especially sad when me as a black woman is trying to patronize my sistas and get the crappy end of the stick, this is the WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!!
