Great supplier of glass products for commercial storefronts!

THE WORST. Absolutely the worst company Ive dealt with in my 40 years in business. They purchased a local fabricator/ supplier Western States Glass and trashed the company. Material is fabricated incorrectly, delivered damaged, orders are incomplete, backorders take a week or more to locate, they dont deliver on Fridays, they dont send order confirmations, they dont answer emails or phone calls. Heres the clincher. They are charging me 19.5% energy surcharge. Im doing a hotel renovation, 26 floors with mirrors on each floor. 22 floors into the job and not one order has come complete, correct or on time. I do not recommend this company. I gave them one star only because I cant leave 1/2 star.
