I was amazed at the professionalism that the serviceman had along with the courtesy he showed in assessing the problem to my car windshield.He told me that I only had a scratch and a few mini scratches from pebbles hitting my windshield. He told me that it would not ever be a problem.I asked what was the charge and he stated, none. In this day and ageI could really appreciate the honesty. He took time to come to my homeand because there wasnt a real problem to be fixed, there was no charge. Ultimate was awesome! Came to my house and the tech, Glenn B. was very professional, obviously a veteran installer, and also very personable. We had a friendly and enjoyable conversation while he worked and he was done replacing my windshield in under an hour! I would highly Glenn and Ultimate!

Got my glass replaced here last fall. This year, a stress fracture appeared on my windshield. I asked a technician at an auto-shop to take a look and he confirmed it was a stress fracture not caused by impact. So I reached out to Ultimate and they sent a warranty tech out to take a look. He informed me it couldn’t be replaced under warranty due to a pin-sized spot that they believed to be an impact. They offered me a discount due to the circumstances. We scheduled an appointment to have the windshield replaced at Subaru of Kennesaw. I called the evening before and asked what time my car needs to be at the dealership, they informed me it should be there by 9am.I dropped my car off at the dealership the evening before my appointment to ensure it would be there on time. I received a call at 9:30am the morning of my appointment to let me know they didn’t receive the glass therefore had to reschedule my appointment. It was a huge inconvenience for me as I had to take time from work to have my car in the shop and had to drive a considerable distance to do so. At this point, I still have to reschedule my appointment to drive back to the dealership and take more time from work to do so. Not satisfied with the lack of communication.

Highly recommend using Ultimate! Abby was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She handled everything with the insurance company, including getting additional insurance company approvals I needed for my windshield replacement. Super easy and stress free process. Will be recommending to all family and friends when they have auto glass needs. Exceeded my expectations!

Called for repair. Was told that the window was 9a-12p. However, the technician would call when he was on his way. Looking at the phone all day, he says he called. NO! He did not. Looking at the phone ALL DAY!!!! Will change of rectified.

We made arrangements to drop my car off to have window replaced and calibrated. I did so at 9 am. At 3 pm on same day they called to ask me if I dropped my car off and to tell me they didnt know where in shipping my parts were. Still didnt hear back from them some days later, so I called my Insurance company back. They are currently working on finding another company to use.
