We needed our pool table (3 piece slate) disassembled and moved from our entertainment room for our hardwood floor to be repaired. I called Ron on Thursday and he was able to get us down for Monday morning appointment. Here I was worried about the delay of our repair project, they just relieved me from my worry. John and his team came out Monday morning and took that table down in 30 mins. They were extremely professional, careful in placing our pieces to get them away from our little ones. I usually don’t put reviews. But, I gotta tell to everyone, this company provides exceptional customer service at an affordable price. Ron, is the gentleman, who answered my phone call. He worked “my table move” in his busy schedule. Because the seller had to move out. Anyways, his team showed up 30 minutes earlier, than appointment time. Brandon and John, they professionally disassembled the table and assembled in about 30 minutes. And about 30 minutes, took them to move the table. In 1 hour I had my table in basement, ready to play. Incredibly professional, they know what they were doing. And they explained me in details, about how to take care of table and how often to service. And they gave me some advices how to properly maintain table, since it’s my first pool table. Overall 5 out of 5. You guys are rocking. I am definitely calling you guys next time for servicing and definitely recommend to anyone. Their company name says affordable. And yes it is affordable, trust me on that.

You will not find a more forthright and reputable company. Not just billiards company... any company. Ron and his team are not only efficient, timely and knowledgable, they are professional, courteous, and honest. I tried to get the best felt you can, but for my use, Ron suggested I would be over spending for the type of felt I thought was best. So, I went with what he recommended.... substantially cheaper. And it looks beautiful. When his team showed up to set up my table, after breaking it down two months prior to remodeling my basement, they told me the original felt was in great condition and that I should get a lot more use out of it. They essentially convinced me to replace the original felt at another significant savings. At every turn they made sure I was comfortable and informed. I almost want to go buy another billiards table just so I can give them more work. A great group of people and knowledgable billiards pros. I simply cannot recommend them enough.
