HORRIBLE and totally unreliable. We called the customer service and set up new service. Four days later the delivery driver called to schedule installation of the water cooler and bottles. I spoke to him on the phone and he called from his cell phone. We scheduled delivery for today between 5:00 and 5:30 pm. At 5:38 p.m. I called the driver to make sure he was still coming and got his voicemail. I left a message asking him to let me know how much longer he would be. No call back. At 6:45 pm I called the customer service number and asked what happened. After being on hold 35 minutes, I get some sassy lame customer service rep who tells me the delivery driver rescheduled my delivery for another day. I asked her when was I going to be told about the rescheduling? to which she answered really ignorantly, I dont know! So I cancelled my service. A company that has no respect for their customers time and expectations is not one that can have a dime of my money. And then to add insult to injury, I had to be transferred and wait on hold in order to get to the cancellation department. Low class company. Beware!
