I needed a caramel apple with plentiful nuts, and Ebony went beyond the normal service to make that happen. I appreciate Kilwins sweets and its service. I will certainly return for more. --Thanks for making Atlantic Station a sweeter place.

This place is good but the recent reviews regarding the worker’s lack of interest or professionalism was spot on. The only person who was courteous and actually cared to serve us was the young gentleman at the front. They had many desserts to choose from but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend as I do not plan on returning myself. There are other places that are just as good where you don’t have to stand around for 15 minutes before someone takes your order. Hopefully management will recognize how important these reviews are and hire those who actually want to be there.

Loved my visit. But my waffle cone wasn’t wrapped too good. My ice cream seeped through the bottom and side wear the waffle was sealed, so I had to rush and eat my ice cream. Otherwise a great experience. Highly recommend the praline pecan !

So many sweet treats in here! Friendly staff and they have many things to choose from. The blue moon ice cream was good. It was a taste between vanilla and blue raspberry. Delicious

Weve been to Kilwins a ton of times over the years and each new experience is always memorable. The shear number of sweets you can get here can be overwhelming at times. From their fudge slices and chocolate covered apples to the ice cream and endless soiree of chocolate candy, you know youll be getting the highest quality no matter what you get. The staff are also friendly and patient as you make your choices. Cant wait to come back here!

I can not speak on the customer service but I can attest to the fudge..I seen Kilwins on a list of Doordash stores and thought I would try it. I ordered the fudge and it was great. The packaging was beautiful but the fudge could have been cut into place way neater than it was but it all goes down the same I guess. I would definitely order from here again that way I can skip the line and not have to deal with people who clearly hate their job.

Just the smell of fresh candy and chocolate that comes up when you walk in is enough to make it a remarkable place. Tip: if your date has a sweet tooth then thats a mandatory stop. Enjoy it!

Manager had an attitude. They couldnt cut our apples with caramel and chocolate. They never told us before buying them. When I asked them to cut them for me. The manager told us they couldnt cut, but in a rude manner.

10/2021 walked in today they didn’t have the flavor ice cream that i wanted which was fine but the boy that worked behind the counter had his hair dropped in his face and i couldn’t see him not one bit not to mention no hair net. Then i go to the candy side and the girls there were so ghetto and unprofessional. I hate that business has to revert to high school aged kids to work. I left with nothing because i didn’t even want to continue to hear the profanity from the ladies. Hope it gets better

Fam loved the icecream but I got the drink that I wasnt a fan of. Raspberry and lemon sherbet was used with Sprite.

The lack of professionalism in this store is crazy, I didn’t have a bad experience with an associate but the people that were with me did. I am just finishing my apple a day or so after purchasing and notice that the apples are not cleaned as I still had a sticker on my apple that was not removed before it was dipped in caramel. This is disgusting and I will not be back.

Staff is rude. Cash registers were down today so we couldn’t order in store. Was told had to order through Uber eats or DoorDash which charges significantly more. I asked would they be able to accommodate us for the inconvenience they said no. No manager in the store just a bunch of kids running the place with a nice nasty tone. Told me I could reach out to corporate for my inconvenience. This isn’t the first time they were rude. I once asked for a cup for a leaky ice cream cone and they told me no. Very petty. Poor customer service. The ice cream is too overpriced for them to be so rude.

Says online that they close at 11 and it is 9:45 and they wont let anyone else in and are saying that they are closed. There were a bunch of people turned away. The girl at the door and the lady in charge said they are now going to close at 10 to reflect winter hours but that is still 15 minutes from now and online was not changed to reflect that.

The product was so much better than the server. He was young, not very well train. Tried to place large white chocolate strawberries in a bag instead of a box. We had to tell him a box would work better and easier for him.

Visited the establishment and was greeted upon entry. Even though they were nice enough, they still had a spirit of I don’t want to be here or be bothered. Maybe because it was MLK birthday and other businesses were closed... in any event I ordered chocolate covered strawberries. The salesperson dumped the white chocolate in with the chocolate and handed me the bag. I was disappointed because presentation is EVERYTHING. I was giving these as a gift to someone and really thought they’d be put in a nice little box, but nope. Probably won’t frequent this establishment or recommend simply based on this experience, which is unfortunate because their chocolate is pretty tasty.

Great place to grab a treat on a hot night. The service was great! Be prepared to wait in line because their secret is out..everyone in Atlantic Station knows how delicious they are.

I was looking for Ben n Jerrys but this place fit the bill. They have the biggest turtle pecan bars Ive ever seen. Everything looks and smells so good in there.

What a way to end the day......On a sweet note!! Thanks for the small portion size ice cream my calories were on overload. The ice cream was creamy & fresh! Nice to see most of the yummy to my tummy items are made onsite. The line was long but what would expect on a summer day. Staff was very accommodating especially after me sampling the maximum number allowed 😃😃😃

Ghetto places Ive ever seen. It used to be really nice, now theres just a bunch of people there who can care less about customer service. The waffle cones were stale. The manager act like she didnt even want to assist. Waste of money. Theres definitely better things and a better ice cream shop I could have went to. I should have kept walking by. I wouldnt encourage anyone to go here until they get new people in that actually care and know what customer service is.

I love going to Kilwins for ice cream. But, they do offer delicious sweet fudge, chocolates, caramel apples and other delectable morsels. People are awesome, and treats are awesome. What more could you ask for?

As far as the treats goes, delicious. Yet unorganized and crowded once you enter. If you dont want ice cream or a milkshake you still have to wait through that long line. They need a better system. But again as far as candy apples, dipped rice Krispy treats etc.Delicious 😋

Praline is good but not worth the horrible service. Order on Door Dash had to wait an hour only for them to cancel the order with no legit reason.

Ice cream is great, cashier was friendly and didn’t get easily overwhelmed by large line. His peers needed a little more hustle in their step and some training. I order the toasted coconut and it had blue steaks of ice cream from the kids in front of me.

I have been a fan of Kilwins for years. My family and I really love their ice cream. You cant go wrong with the vast number flavors they have available. This year for Valentines Day I decided to pick a few candy apples for my wife. So I visited the Atlantic Station location and Im glad I did! The store manager Ebony and her staff were beyond helpful. The service was exceptional, so much so I actually stayed and chatted a while. They really make you feel welcome and appreciative of your business. Thank you so much for such a great experience I will definitely be back soon!

I come here a couple of times and the most recent one was 2 months ago. I came in with my girlfriend to pick up some tasty treats and a milkshake but ended up getting a hot chocolate too. The treats were for my girlfriend and she really enjoyed them, the milkshake with for me and it was a cookie chocolate chip one which I greatly enjoyed, and the hot chocolate was for the both of us with going great with the treats but only is a bit too bitter. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely come back around in the future.

We enjoyed our experience here. Neither of my party had ever heard of Kilwins before, so we had the opportunity to be pleasantly surprised by the impressive variety of treats and ice cream flavors. We also were impressed with the opportunity to watch one of the staff creating the delicious waffle cones and bowls, as she described to us each step of the process. We only ordered ice cream this visit, but we are looking forward to returning, so we can try several of the other items that are available.

The staff were friendly and they had a lot of choices of ice cream, sorbet, and candy.

This establishment is Very unprofessional! It’s understood that a pandemic is still going on and there are limitations when it comes to people being in the store! There was a large group of us waiting and the manager told us to “Get Out,” because of the limit of people in the establishment. We made her aware that some people did leave during this process and we should be able to stay. Even still we were told to wait outside in which we did so. My daughter went inside and the manager was being unprofessional talking the situation amongst the employees. Saying”she does not have time for this” and “she is not the one to mess which”. Unbeknownst to me that she called security saying there was someone was not following the rules of the establishment. Mind you we all went outside when were told to do so. We were told that she was the manager of the establishment. Generally, many establishments have someone monitoring the front door at all times.As a manager, it is your job to set the tone for everyone else and Not to become the problem! And if an issue does arise you always go to the back and not talk about it while customers are in the store! I will not be back and I will reach out to upper management as well!

I travel to Atlantic station from Lawrenceville just for Superman icecream. Although they sell all things sweet, the attitude of the women behind the counter was anything but. Also, for some reason the floor was extremely sticky as if it were mopped with sugar.

Paid $11 to get literally yelled at for not knowing where the ice cream line started since everyone was scattered. Then she left my milkshake ingredients sitting out for 10 minutes unmade. Shake was unmixed and lumpy.

Ms. Tanya helped me and every single thing she recommended was amazing. So, A+ for customer service & A+ for taste. Like, the sour dummies in the easter basket were the best I ever, ever had! Will definitely be back again.

Usually this place is great, but last night I was disappointed to see that they had locked the doors early. We had to walk away while the workers started at us from the inside.

Such an amazing experience!!! One of the staff gave us free apples for being patrons. But more importantly, everyone was kind, the place was clean, and its a great stop for travelers and tourists. Five stars!!! Stop by.

From the moment you walk in, the smell of sweets captures you. Everything looked so good, it was difficult to choose. I ended up with a turtle krispie and a divine roll. They were both delicious!!

I understand high schoolers need work experience but there has to be a manager or some older experience worker there with them to maintain order. Lack of order and no one was helping me for more than 20 mins because 5 workers had to make ONE milkshake for ONE customer. And while they were making the milkshake, they were talking negatively about the customer they were helping right infront of me and everyone else in line. Girl in two buns was extremely rude and lack comprehension. Please have a manager there next time.

Love this place I go every 2 weeks! Dozens of choices to choose from and wonderful service to go with it! I usually get pralines when I go,and my kids love the caramel apples with pecans. The ice cream is also good, with over 12 flavors! Prices are high though, so be prepared.

If you are puzzled as to what to get someone for any type gift, I would recommend this place. You would have to make sure the person youre purchasing for is a sweet lover, though. I found a wonderful treat for my nieces birthday. I hope she enjoys it. Update: My niece absolutely LOVED the caramel corn I got for her birthday, she thought it was sinful, her words. Lol 😆

This is the second time within a month time frame that i have visited this location. Each time I’m not greeted upon entry AND the service has been terrible. The shift leader ebony is terrible she rolls her eyes as you speak and ask questions about the products available. The first time she was nasty about me asking about marshmallows for my hot chocolate, this visit she was rude about me asking whether they have different milk options. There was no manager on duty for me to verbally voice my complaints. She makes me not want to patron this store ever again. The hot chocolates are good though

Well thats what this place is like.However, the quality of the item I tasted were not that great. I couldnt tell you what I had though. I dont remember. The place is always packed though. So there must be some delicious stuff there, but I didnt try it.

Here it is 8:38pm and there is a hand written sign on the door saying they close at 9pm... The young lady said there were virtually out of everything. She didnt even ask what we wanted as I was standing next to the carmel apples which were virtually right there. I drove 30mins to be told there were closing at 9pm at 8:30pm.... If you dont like your job, please quit...

Last time I went up there, drive 45 minutes bc online had them noted as open. Got there, parked, walked all the way through the parking deck and down the block only to see that they were closed. I messaged them in FB afterwards, no response. I called afterwards, no one picked up. The hours on the door indicated they should be open, no signs noting otherwise, I looked everywhere. Not only that, but the two times before that I went, they were out of butter pecan, which is what I went in for - so I left empty-handed. It’s such a shame that there’s no consistency. I’ve had it in Florida and once here at this location and it was really good, it’s a shame they are so unpredictable... definitely will not ever be returning.

I can confirm that this is one of the best ice cream places I’ve been to. I had the Praline Pecan and Coconut flavours. Let’s start by saying how amazing the place looked, it is located in a very convenient place at Atlantic Station in Atlanta, and when you walk in you are overwhelmed by the caramel apples and the huge amount of desserts they have on display. The place looks really nice, and although it’s a bit pricey, their ice cream was actually really good. The staff were super nice to us and they didn’t have a problem when I asked to taste the ice cream before a buying it. I must mention that the queue for the store was very long, if that says anything about how popular it is, still slightly pricey though.

I just want to say thank you to Ebony. She really was great yesterday and now i have a new favorite ice cream.

In the past I always loved this place. I went by earlier today, there was an attendant who came around the counter way too close to me WITH HER MASK ON HER CHIN and greeted me running off saying she’d be right with me. I left. Will not be back because they don’t seem to understand the pandemic.

Ebony is awesome she was so nice. She went above and beyond to make sure that we left happy and satisfied. Even though some lady was cursing and even call her the B word she kept it professional and walked away.
