I was in this big lots tonight. Very impressed with Theresa and Kendra. They were so helpful with assisting me with my purchase of my planters, hammock and candy. Kendra redid my purchases after I forgot my coupon. Even with the computer freezing up she kept smiling Both Thersea and Kendra are an asset to this Big Lots. Five star goes to the honesty and friendlyness of the staff. I went to the store to browse around noticing it was clean and organized. I laid on a mattress to try it out and unknowingly my wallet fell out of my purse. This was realized when I went to pay the cashier, so in desperation I ran to the previous store thinking it was left on their counter. Not the case, so I returned to Biglots and asked if anyone had returned a wallet( with $500) and to my surprise an employee found it and handed over to the manager.So very grateful and pleased that theres still a few honest people around. Kudos to BigLots!

Shopping at Big Lots is like going to a not quite well equipped old Kmart. Its a fairly poor excuse for a big box store, discount store.

This Big Lots felt organized well enough that there were lots of people yet it felt manageable to maintain distance. Checkout could have been a little faster, but it was okay.

THE place to buy a recliner! Yes, you could order one from Walmart. Maybe. I tried that and they emailed me back three days later and said my order was out of stock. So, I reordered. And got an email a week later-the day I was supposed to pick up my recliner-informing me my order was out of stock! Or, you can go to Big Lots, pick out a recliner from their very large inventory, and get it delivered THE VERY SAME DAY! And Big Lots has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They have other furniture too. Go to Big Lots. You wont regret it. I didnt!

Love shopping here. The associates make sure to take extra precautions especially during the pandemic. Purchased a dining set and Keith was extremely helpful with getting all my furniture loaded and providing insight on how to put my furniture together

My husband and I bought a table at the big lots on scenic highway, but the table had some defects right out of the box. We went to return it to the scenic Highway location, but they were rude and wouldn’t let us exchange the table even though it was the day after we bought it and we had the receipt. My husband ended up going to this location and the experience he had here was much better. The tall gentleman that works in the furniture department was very friendly and showed great customer service! We’ll definitely be coming back to this location from now on.

I go here pretty often after work as its the most convenient store for me. All of the employees are super friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience here.

Relaxed shopping experience. Great furniture buys. I wish that I would have gone here before I paid more for a sofa than I could have gotten here for less. The furniture is not by any means of cheap, flimsy quality. Their TV stands arent of the usual, boring variety either.Best part about this store is the great variety and value, with name brand merchandise. This is by no means a junk store.Will I be back? Absolutely!

Great place to go to shop. The selection of items is very good and sometimes they have excellent deals on certain things. They also have a cold and frozen food section. They staff is very nice and do the best they can when busy. I shop there every two weeks or so and the prices all around are very very good compared to many other stores. The also have a very nice and large furniture section. 20% off weekends now and again make it a great place to get good bargains.

I love this store. This is the only place where I can get my water for a great price. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Sometimes you can find great deals here but at others, no... the people really are nice, I just think they get frustrated like everyone else... a lot of things you wont need, but its always worth a quick run thru to make sure you have what you need...

The manager Donald was extremely rude and condescending, there was a broken item, I was trying to purchase for a cheaper price, it was an old spice spray bottle. The top somehow was broken and wouldn’t spray properly. I assumed they didn’t know it was broken. So I asked the worker at the front for a deal on the item since it was broken although I still wanted it. She gets her manager, he goes to look for the same bottle as if we didn’t do that already, and refuses to sell it. He didn’t address my husband and I, and him an another manager slammed the door in our faces without addressing the issue. It’s weird they refused to sell an item instead of getting SOMEWHAT of a profit off of it. A few times of shopping at Big Lots, I notice that for old or damaged items even sometimes if a items has certain pieces missing, Big Lots has an whole aisle where the items are on clearance. I’m a manager myself at a Nordstroms and I’d never not sell an item if a customer wanted it broken, more money for the company, rather than NONE. The lady working the front said she’d was going to now throw it away. Those 2 managers should be fired.

Im a Big Lots Fan! I love this place. Some locations are better than others as far as selections go, but all offer necessities and decorative accessories at affordable prices. I suggest waiting for the accessories to go on sale. Original pricing can be high, but you can get some steals on sale days. Also, I buy my K Cups here for a remarkable price. The same brand is sold at Bed Bath & Beyond for twice the price!

First and last time here. First impressions are everything. Didnt get a hello from the cashier. He caught an attitude when I asked if he could put in my rewards number in. If you dislike your job, apply elsewhere. Two stars because the store is well stocked and clean.

The aisles are hard to navigate as they seem like they are too close together. It took me longer to get through the line than it did to shop since they were having cash register problems. Theres not really a whole lot of room to stand in the checkout line since theres merchandise all around it. It also makes it hard for shoppers to get past shoppers trying to check out.

Very well organized. Close to the new apartments I just moved into. And the traffic is never that bad even though its right at the Spaghetti junction :-)

I bought my sons bunk bed here along with mattress and futon mattress! After shopping idk how many places my son decided to finally settle for a bunk bed here lol... Paid $500 total for this metal bunk bed and I could t be more happier with the purchase!

Big Lots had exactly what we were looking for (cat supplies). However, there were a few items that didnt have prices, and the cashier was very annoying in her response to this issue.

Most people are wearing masks. Too often not enough cashiers to move the checkout line along.

Customer service was awesome very clean and easy to find what I was looking for
