First time visit for me and my best friemd seeking charms to represent our friendsister hood and other life experience. The staff was everything!! They were funny, helpful, knowledgeable, and very engaging. A must re-visit.
I came in to start a Pandora bracelet for my mom. The store isnt but 5x5 so the associates see you as soon as you enter. No one greeted us. We walked around and still not one word from either of them. After the associate finished with his customer, he finally offered his help. He was short with us and had an air of arrogance about him so we decided to leave. Long story short, we bought online and picking up my moms bracelet and charms at perimeter mall tomorrow.

I went to this location because it was close, because believe it or not this is not the first negative experience I’ve had here. I’d much rather visit arbor place or North point mall locations. Anyway when I entered we weren’t greeted, and then we get an “associate” who I could only guest rather just stand in the store than assist and show pieces. She was rushing, slamming cabinet doors and slamming things in the counter. I made a comment that she should slow down, to no avail. Then I straight up said I can’t take her and asked a wonderful gentleman to assist me. His face to her behavior was just like mine!!! Shocked!!! Why does she WORK IN THIS STORE FOR THIS BRAND????! She should work at Walmart maybe!!!! Well the gentleman made my sale and the 2 stars are for him. He was awesome. So once I leave the store I call because I want to speak with the manager about my experience only to be told that this young lady with the bad customer service is either the manager or the mangers friend because the manager was her or the other young lady in the booth with her while she was slamming and banging and fast talking and the manger did nothing nor apologized for her behavior. If in fact it was. Not the manager. I would love to know.
Staff is very rude. I was not greeted and the the staff did not do a good job with answering questions about the bracelets. I started my first bracelet and had a lot of questions but the staff was not helpful at all. They were having conversations that didn’t have anything to do with their jobs. The staff needed to have customer engagement training.
Dont shop here if you are young and blackI just left the store after a very uncomfortable situation.I want to make it clear all the sales people were helpful and I did make purchase from the store...I arrived at the store and was greeted but poorly directed to an available sales rep maybe that made the door greeter/manager uncomfortable so for some odd reason an Atlanta PD car was called on me to have a cop check on the safety of store (this is just an observation )He comes and does this fake shopping walk around then stands next to me completely ignoring the 6ft rule, I guess after he noticed I noticed him he just walks out while walking out he spoke to the manager ad if they were well acquainted.I understand Im black who knows what I may have on mind on a Christmas eve, but if youre so worried about something happening why not put metal detectors at the front doors? Or would that make your OTHER customers feel uncomfortable and we wouldnt want that would we?The cop waits until I walk out of the store to pull off?Sorry for being black and wanting to spend my money with you all.

Clint is the best ambassador for Pandora. He has such a sparkling personality and gives every customer his undivided attention. He takes great care of my jewelry and its always a delightful experience with him. He is the BEST. I wont deal with anybody else. He not only provides excellent customer service, but everlasting experiences.

The workers here were very rude to me.This was on mothers days sorry Im late posting but I been trying to go to corporate with this complaint but no one wants to answer.. I understand that people wants to get off work on time but thats all they had to say.. I hate the fact that the young girl stood there holding the door shut instead of telling me they are closed.. I have spent way to much money in this particular store.. This store was really the only one I would go to.. but anyway the manager comes to the door and just locks the door besides saying once again Im sorry but we closed know.. They had about 3 to 4 customers in there already.. For me to spend as much money as I do at this particular location i feel like I should have been treated better.. Say something beside standing there holding the door shut thats unprofessional ..

Just had a horrible experience at the Atlantic Station location I was serviced by Kaylen who was not helpful. I drove 45 minutes in the rain to her NO help at all. She didn’t wanna show me any charms just rushed to get me out of the store. I usually have a pleasant experience this was definitely a surprise. I won’t be back.

Listen,Normally, I am a pandora advocate my wife absolutely loves the jewelry and I normally enjoy the experience. But, today baaaby Ms. Wanda @ the Atlantic station location customer service, attitude, and breath were all horrible. Ill gladly take my money else where than have to deal with a $10 an hour bad attitude employee. I understand the holidays bring an extra added stress on employees, however Im spending my hard earned money and you are suppose to support those needs. Period. This was literally my mothers first time at any Pandora location, shopping for a gift for my wife. My mother is a jewelry connoisseur bangles, bracelets, chains, and rings that was the absolute perfect opportunity to acquire a new customer, but guess what? Ms. Wanda absolutely blew that opportunity. It may not mean anything to her, but I wonder how the owners feel about missing out on potential money. Whats the point of advertising if your employees are just gonna turn away potential customers? Double waste of money.🤔🤔🤔If you made it this far and are actually reading this it really isnt the store, the other employees, or honestly the companys views that are like this we just so happened to pull the bad apple out of the batch. If you go to Atlantic station Pandora and anyone name Wanda is your associate ask for another associate or leave.
I havent bought anything but the ladies were so nice that I must say that I will be returning soon to get at least a gift for my girlfriend.
This store must be under new management, you can tell. I went to take a ring back that a stone keep falling out of and they wanted me to call a customer service number to get help when I couldve save time and money and went to the Pandora store at Perimeter Mall. Atlantic station sucks!!👿

The management at this location are very unprofessional, ghetto, and not knowledgeable about their merchandise. This location use to be a great store until the management change recently. The associates doesn’t look happy or excited about their job. Please revamp the management staff!!!!!

Went to this location today hoping to get a few Mothers Day charms; the woman at the front entrance/sign in area just bursted my bubble of joy! She was unprofessional, cold and basically insinuated I was a liar! You see, my son bought me a lovely Pandora Bracelet with two charms and two safety brackets: one of the brackets came off, I dont know when or how, I explained this to the woman at front entrance and she all but called me a liar! I will never shop at this location and maybe done w/Pandora; we dont support business that treat you badly!

I drove 30 mintues to this store bc they told me that they could replace my safety chain bc it broke and they lady told me no. She’s like take it to any jewelry repair but yet that voids the pandora warranty.

On one of the busiest days of the year MOTHERS DAY their systems go down or not operable for credit card payments Been in here for more than one hour, with 8 sales people working no one can work this line down, even if they have to manually take card numbers..(insert frustration) And the door girl basically told me that if I don’t like it, I can leave....
