I have a new grocery store! Well stocked, with a wide variety. The store is clean, and the staff is helpful. My only complaint is that there was nowhere in the parking lot to leave my cart, so I had to take it back to the store. But before I got there, an employee showed up and offered to take it! Well done, Publix!

Well laid out. People were very helpful. Bought salmon filets,scallops from fresh seafood counter. It was delicious.Also tried their jumbo chocolate chip muffins. What a great choice.

Solid Publix. Very few other shops in the complex so its Publix taking care of the lot and area keeping it nice. Inside is well kept and has a pretty good variety.

Wouldve given 5 stars if they would keep their salad bar full. Been there too many times in the past couple weeks and their out of 1 or more lettuce along with other toppings which suggest theyre not checking on their salad bar like they should but all n all I love Publix and their high quality food and the staff is usually friendly

Not as big of a selection as other Publix stores in the area, but its always clean and you can check out quickly because they usually have enough lanes open.

Had one of the rudest employees ever make my sub in the deli. Other than that it’s fine but when you have employees who will roll their eyes at you based on your sub preferences it makes it hard to keep shopping here.

I really do not understand the layout of the store. The flow does not make especially when most people start shopping from the side they enter on and go left. The store seems clean but if you dont go to this store often it can get tricky trying to find a particular item.

This Publix is shopper friendly. The food is fresh and the selections are large. The seating area is very convenient for the location and all the consumer traffic. The aisles were clean and even though one bathroom stall wasn’t clean after informing an employee he informed customer service to get it handled. The employees always help with taking groceries to your vehicles desired and I even saw them clean up the left over lingering shopping carts which keeps our cars safe and the parking lot clean. Thank you for always giving great service at a good price!

Got food from the deli and hot food. Which the wings were not warm and was old chicken sitting out. I pointed to what looked fresh and was still given left out cold food.

Angel (who was making subs when I was there) was uber-patient with the many special requests from his customers. He went above & beyond to be sure they were happu.

Since covid this store has fallen apart seems like I use to love shopping at this location. Deli needs help the lady isnt multitask not even with one person that has 2 orders took over 6 minutes to do 2 foot longs. Cashiers are like Walmart now maybe 2 open if your lucky mostly self check out now.

This location has weird energy. I checked out behind this girl and the bag boy offered to take her groceries to her car and she declined. When it was my turn I said hello and he didn’t speak back and was very cold, nor did he offer to help with my groceries. i guess they pick who they want to help. At least the lady at the register was nice.

Great place to shop. The employees are all friendly; unlike the rude and unfriendly way customers are treated at Kroger.Only drawback is the small size and limited inventory.

I am Georgia !! There was a time when I worked for this company and have also worked for their main competition. Now I dont want to get into the great debate on which ones best or why but I will say this,,, They each have their own philosophies about how this grocery game should run. I personally have worked inside 3 Publix stores and have visited or shoped at probably 30. You as a shopper are never going to find much wrong Publix because they run a tight ship. I can personally attest to their dedication to providing the best products with supreme service. This Publix is no exception and has a dynamite soup and salad bar that Im in love with,,,In fact I am sure this is a flagship of the district. Same things Publix is known for,, Beautiful produce and outstanding bakery. Those deli people that knock it out of the park day after day and never get the credit they deserve,,, trust me I know,, and no I did not work in the deli. To the outstanding customer service and all that goes into making shopping a pleasure. Its really really hard work. I know. I appreciate your hard work and applaud you. Thank You. Now after all that and without further ado...If you live in the area,, are moving to the area,,,or just in the area,, You can not go wrong with this story.. Because Marky said so !!

Truth be told not very good. We went there to grab subs before the Braves game. First nobody could tell us the cost of the combo, todays special was $5.99. Both ladies said they can tell you at the register. While they were making my sandwich, hubby ran to the front to find out the extra charge. Its roughly $2.40 to add a fountain drink and chips. We grab some other stuff and go pay for everything. Then we went to the Café to get our drinks and enjoy. The only drinks working were Powerad and Dr. Pepper. I just got water, hubby likes Powerade. We open our sandwiches and hubby realizes he has no meat and no cheese. I had asked for no jalapeños and had extra jalapeños. (No big deal, just pick them off) Did we have subs, chips and drinks, yes. Was it the quality service you associate with Publix...no.

Very fresh fruits and vegetables. I love it there cause we dont had one in the town I live in.

This is a smaller store but always has exactly what I need. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly at this location. Nice shops in the plaza an some eatries too.

Use to be my favorite place to shop. However, the workers are less than interested in helping. Deli takes forever even though there are 4 people behind the counter. Even the managers are not helpful. Not sure what happened with employee morale but definitely different even before Covid! Powers Ferry Publix has a wonderful, helpful staff. I travel a few miles for a better shopping experience!!

I never really write reviews but Ben at the deli was so kind and communicated very well while fixing our sandwich. He moved quickly and had really positive energy! Thank you Ben!!!

I stopped by to see the memorial Field of Flags before they were gone. Its a great place for a hike with views north and south.

This is a large well stocked Publix. It is about as good a mainline grocery store as can be found.

They know how to get you out, the front manager is on point..

I used Curbside Pickup for the first time since moving to this side of town a month ago. It was okay except there were a couple of glitches with their system which resulted in them not knowing for sure I had arrived then they were unable to scan my drivers license.

They had a 5 on my list until the deli department became unprofessional. Now have an 3.7 now but I’ll go ahead and give them a 4 because they always solve the problem.

Its been a while since Ive visited this location, but the wine selection alone os a draw.

The fruits are always fresh and the subs are a must have.

Very nice staff, helped me find the right dog food for my dogs symptoms. Everyone was helpful and I was in and out. They have sanitation wipes that are fresh and not dried out for the carts. The store itself is very clean and theres lots of hard-working people here keeping things stocked and in order. The fruit was super fresh which is a bit or miss at most places. Overall, I had a great experience and will go back to this location while in town

The Bakery! My 50th Golden Birthday, the cake was the worst! Everyone was shocked because Publix has a reputation for the best cakes! It was as if whomever made it just didnt want to be bothered. I specifically wrote in my instructions that the Happy Birthday Natasha be CENTERED and put the frame on the side. The words were writen on the bottom in SMALL lettering! Leaving the center completely blank! The cake was only 2 thick layers and the filling was this horribly thick glob instead of the thin 4 layers and thin filling distributed evenly. My guests all asked which Publix did I get this cake and were surprised because nobody had ever experienced a bad Publix cake. We managed to continue with my celebration and have a good time. But it honestly ruined my special day for me!

I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE MANAGER. HE WAS SO HELPFUL AND WANTED TO BE SURE WE FIND THE PROBLEM AND NOT WASTE MONEY. THEY WERE VERY BUSY BUT HE ATTENDED TO US IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Every time I come to this store I get racially profiled!!! the seafood is great and prices are amazing however black lives do not matter here if you don’t look the part. I’ve been living in this area 6 months and choose Kroger over this store because of how some of employees And customers Treat people of color.
