Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient. Dr. Lowther was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. Her assistant Jason is very good at explaining how to store, clean, and charge hearing aids as well as using my cell phone to access the app to change sound and various other cool tech things. The Sandy Springs location is closed. My insurance carrier sent me there and I ended up missing my appointment which was in Buckhead and had to reschedule.

Ive been going to Audiological Consultants for over a year and think they are wonderful. I was not happy with the initial hearing aids I tried and they just kept working with me until I found the ones that worked best. Ive been back several times to check on things and get the hearing aids adjusted. Always a great experience. I highly recommend Audiological Consultants and Jill Lowther in the office.

The medical practice is very warm and inviting. Everyone helps out and their process is efficient. No waiting and usually finish ahead of schedule. Jill and Abby were very helpful and patient with me as this was my first pair of hearing aids.

I had the supreme pleasure of working with Dr Meryl Miller. She is the kindest caretaker I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She takes time to get to know you as a person as much as a patient.I explained that my Tinnitus was causing me discomfort. After a thorough ear exam she explained my results in detail to where I had no questions. Then suggest an inexpensive resolution and now when I lay down at night it’s as if my tinnitus doesn’t even exist!She will be my Audiologist forever! Losing your hearing can be a pretty frightening thing, so when you work with people that can ease you back into at least some security, its worth commenting about. Audiological Consultants have been a complete pleasure to work with, not just for hearing, but for helping meander through insurance issues as well.

First, about hearing aids: I would have had to quit my job 5 years ago as a professor if I hadnt been forced to visit Audiological Consultants of Atlanta because I couldnt hear what students were asking against the background noise of a lecture hall. They fitted me with fabulous in-the-ear Phonak Nano hearing aids that have completely changed my life for the better and extended my work life for many years. If you have hearing loss or if you think you are absolutely normal, but everyone begs you to turn the TV sound down, and you are always asking people to repeat what they said, and your family says, What, are you deaf?, get hearing aids!! Dont wait- a new world of low and high frequencies, and glorious music, awaits you! About the Buckhead office of Audiological Consultants of Atlanta: they are absolutely competent, friendly, and really lovely people. I wouldnt go anywhere else and I recommend them highly and without any reservation. Call them, get your hearing checked, and then decide what to do. You wont regret it!

There are some services that I only want a woman to perform! Ear cleanings are one of them. DO NOT go to an ENT to get anything pertaining to your ears done. JUST DONT! Go to actual ear specialists. Dr. McCrory takes excellent care of myself and my daughter. We love this place! They are super efficient, no waiting time, you go right in at your appt time.They have the suction machine to clean your ears and its only $35 per ear! Compare that to about $150 at an ENT! Never again! This is my spot every six months!

After 2 1/2 years of unsuccessful results from hearing aids. i was forced to buy a different product. the sound was either too loud or not loud enough. is there any prorated refund available???

My hearing is very poor from lack of hearing loud music.Im also a diabetic.I use a little gadget to help it not much, but I like to know the prices of those little things.
