I found Evan from Mr Bath and Spas to be knowledgeable and honest about what I needed for my height and weight for a spa tub. The pricing was reasonable and the product is well made. Ronnie and his son Bob were on time, pleasant, neat and tidy. They worked well together and were finished in a couple of hours. They explained in detail how the spa works and made sure it was in working order before they left. We are pleased with everything. Our salesman, Evan was professional and knowledgeable. We enjoyed his visit. It took a few weeks longer than expected for the materials to arrive, but he contacted us with updates. The workers were on time finished and cleaned up by 4pm. We have pricing for 3 companies and very happy to find a company that fit in the budget. The shower is easy to clean and comes with a lifetime warranty. I know we got a great deal. Glad we found this company.

I have nothing to say but positive things about ROYAL SPA. Its a simple product without all the fancy Bells and Whistles that are unneeded and will fail over time. Our Tub has been humming along 24/7 now for 19+ years and weve only had to replace a few parts (and Cover twice) that I have done all on my own (Im no mechanic) so if I can do it, its got to be easy. You will never regret your decision. I looked at EVERY tub manufacturer and wet tested them all and I kept coming back to Royal. I know a number of people who didnt listen and bought different Spas and EVERY one of them had expensive issues. Everything they told me about the tub was true and then some. When and if this thing ever fails, I know exactly what spa Ill buy again.

Im very glad that Royal Spa is back in Atlanta. Ive had my original Royal Spa Majesty for 20 years and when the day comes to replace it, Ill choose Royal Spa again.
