This was my first time visiting and I’m glad I went when I went based on some of the previous reviews.All of the employees were extremely nice and friendly, they took the time to explain how it worked and had patience while they took all five of our orders.The ice cream and dragon breathe was delicious, the customer service was great and the experience was well worth it. I will be back and highly recommend.

Its a different experience. Weve always wanted to stop by. Fortunately for us there was a chance. Interesting concept, and good frozen desserts. Give it a try.

Pretty cool to watch and the kids enjoyed. But the staff were really not trying to talk or recommend something especially for first timers.

Pros: The ice cream itself was pretty good and their Signature Indulgences menu is very helpful for visitors with choice overload.Cons: Service took a while. The space behind the counter prioritizes ingredients and equipment over work space so there seems to only be enough space for one person to actively make ice cream. The hygiene/cleanliness of the people behind the counter was okay at best. Everyone wore masks but they were not necessarily properly fitted. I watched an employee with gloves on touch the ingredients, touch their mask to adjust, touch other non-food surfaces, and then touch the food again without ever changing the gloves. Gross.To top it off, I kept finding little pieces of paper in my ice cream.

Shaved ice was barely shaved ice, they were out of many flavors, and the staff was so rude. the staff barely tried to help us and they would get mad at us for not hearing what they said. they gave us an attitude the whole time we were there and the girl at the register stared at the tipping screen as we chose a tip percentage for the order so we felt forced to give a good tip even though the customer service was awful.

This is really cool... very tasty. Making it right there with fresh ingredients. Smiling and serving frozen happiness... Keep trying to make it affordable, I see it can be the challenge. I hope to afford it again some day. Please keep busy, and make it work. I wanna see the nitrogen icecream formula thrive. Thank You.

The icecream was okay. The staff barely acknowledged me and my daughter and were eating icecream when we came in. If youre going to ask people to pay 8+ dollars for a tiny Styrofoam cup of icecream and your whole thing is that its a fun science you can eat you might encourage your staff to tell the kids about the process or something. Also the mixer was chipped white paint and no one wore gloves. Kinda disappointed.

Liquid Nitrogen ice cream has the smoothest, richest texture. Its my favorite ice cream. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. Its expensive, but delicious. I do wish they posted allergen info with the mixins.

When I walked in the door nobody said hi and I had to actually say I would like to order please everybody was looking at their phone the whole time and I finally said yeah I want two specials the 299 vanilla they were just rude and Im professional I dont think they was by the clothes anyway so I guess they didnt want to make my ice cream but it was just so rude and nasty I never go back Im sorry. I will buy icecream from the store next time and I will be on my phone looking at icecream flavors

Custom service was terrible. The girl at the front desk didn’t even explain to me the process of how the service works. She didn’t even ask if i was new. The prices were ridiculously high for a little cup of ice cream. If that’s the case I could’ve went to brusters ice cream and got something cheaper with more quality. Would not Recommend and will not be returning!!!!!!

I absolutely love this place and its in my hood! the nice young black man that owns this fine establishment is extraordinary! He gave great customer service and the employees were helpful, polite, and friendly I almost spent 40$ everything was so Good! the process is brilliant ! my daughters enjoyed picking toppings and watching their ice cream he made, we will definitely put this on our monthly outting list

I thought the ice cream would have a weird consistency given how it is made, but I was wrong. It is really good! The prices are slightly too high in my opinion, but I assume it costs more due to the nitrogen.

My fiancé took me here because vegan ice cream is offered. I didn’t know this placed existed until then. The vegan ice cream is almond cream based. I got the white chocolate and it was tasty. There’s a variety of flavors. Next time I go, I’m going to try the shaved ice!

The concept was cool. I had the key lime flavor ice cream. It was too chunky for me with the mix ins. Took away from the ice cream

We googled icee or slushie near me and came across this place. It was a twenty minute drive and when we drove passed we saw customers walking out. We parked and walked and the doors were locked at 8:20pm, they didn’t close until 9pm. I saw four people standing around and sitting eating ice cream inside and thought maybe we had to wait due to COVID restrictions. The young guy came out and said they were closing early because they only had two people and was late for an event. Then why are your operating hours stating closing at 9pm!!!! Why do I see people inside hanging out eating ice cream. And a guy sitting outside who just purchased. It was a waste of time. Won’t be back!

Fantastic and unique ice cream parlor! The place is set up like a science lab, and kids can even don a lab coat and safety glasses to leave a review of their unique ice cream/condiment combinations. The ice cream is made on site, and the process is cool to see. Try some Dragons Breath for a cool experience. Vegan options available!

Thick and creamy texture. I got vanilla flavor with toppings of coconut, almond, pecan, and walnut. I like the toppings blended in the ice cream. Fun experience!

Cool atmosphere.. Nice design... But the ice cream wad NOT tasteful and it mixtures was not whats happening. Even my 4 year old said we dont need to go back there... And she loves ice cream.

The menu was very overwhelming at first however the owner explained everything! The science theme is quirky and inviting.I didnt go with one of their signature N7-Dulgences but did my own mix instead that was AMAZING. I will back to try their shaved ice flavors for sure.

Fun and tasty but a bit overpriced

I Visited Amirs Nitrogen Ice Parlor Yesterday, Along with my mom, and sister. I ordered a birthday bash It was really good, My sister ordered a Mint to be, (yes i tried some of hers too it was soo good) MY mom ordered a vegan ice cream. I recommend this place for people who want to try something new and exciting! And for people who love cool ice cream!

The ice cream was very good and a very nice experience. But the prices are TOO high and because of that, I probably wont go back.

There is no indoor seating and only seating for 6 outside.

We tried to visit on our anniversary, and we arrived a few minutes after they were suppose to open. We were told their tanks werent ready yet, so we decided to walk around for a bit. Thirty minutes later, still not open. Forty-five...same thing. We drove by an hour after we tried to go in the first time, and the same young lady was still sitting at the same table, just messing with her phone. They still werent open.

I had ice cream here a few days ago and I’m back again. There are so many flavors and it tastes great. The Butter Pecan was amazing a few days ago and today I had vegan vanilla with chocolate and caramel toppings. Delicious!

I dont know if my expectations were to high but this ice cream was horrible. I ordered Oreo and this does not look Oreo.. I was extremely disappointed by this hard strange ice cream. I wish I never spent my money on this.

Just terrible. Walked to the register to make my order and the young lady behind the register did not greet nor ask what I would like. We literally started at each other for close to 10 seconds before I had to ask her if she was going to take my order. Great ice cream and shaved ice, but terrible customer service. Let’s do better.

This place is East Atlanta!!! A block away from Little 5 points, a cozy spot to grab Nitrogen ice cream. The ice cream selection was Vegan friendly so everyone can enjoy. The staff was phenomenal! I will be returning.

Been really curious about this place since I heard such good reviews. Never got a chance cause orders thru delivery keep getting cancelled and theyre placed well within hours. If you dont want to be bothered with filling delivery orders then dont list your business on the delivery service sites.

Absolutely amazing! As a teacher I had so many questions and they were all answered throughly. I got the scientific explanation as to how the ice cream is made and it was done before my eyes. I am so excited to plan a in house field trip for Amirs Nitrogen Ice Cream Parlor to come to our school and explain the mathematical and scientific aspects of how we use science and math daily.

My wife and I visited Amir’s Nitrogen Ice Parlor on May 4th, 2019. It was a great atmosphere with outstanding and knowledgeable customer service. We enjoyed watching the product come to life, felt like we were back in the science lab at Jackson State University. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family. Really cool to watch your own serving being made right in front of your eyes. I had raspberry ice cream with white chocolate chips and it was awesome. But theyve got tons of flavors, toppings, alternatives (shaved ice, almond milk ice cream, etc.) Great even on a cold January day, lol.

My experience was AMAZING! The nitrogen concept makes it stand out from the rest! They had my daughters favorite topping (sprinkles) so I was sold instantly! Next time I will be trying the shaved ice!!

This was the slowest place ever! We were waiting for the ice cream for 35 min. The ice cream base was sitting in bowls that entire time getting warm while the staff did who knows what. Looking around, the place was filthy. We had to end up leaving. Before we left we tried to get our money back and they were acting like they didnt know how to give the money back. I will never go back there again.

Me and my girl found this place by accident, I had never had nitrogen ice cream before, It was amazing. I love that you can select your milk so it accommodates every need. Plus you can order vegan and sugar free.

Tables and floors were extremely dirty. My wife and I wasn’t greeted upon entering store. The employee was sitting behind the register on his phone. The hip hop music wasn’t exactly kid friendly either. On top of that, extremely slow service .

The staff was gracious enough to take us right as they were closing. The icecream/ icees, the explanation of flavors, and overall experience was amazing.

They have a great selection of combinations with something for everyoneSnow cones, froyo, vegan friendly (almond milk), and original cream based ice creams. Made to order with your personal customization. They have so many options for toppings too!If you take the dessert to go home, it will melt (like any other frozen dessert). However, pop it in the freezer and give it time to re freeze. As long as it hasn’t completely melted down, it will still maintain its token creamy liquid nitrogen texture.My only hope is that they had some syrup toppings soon. They mix-in requested toppings but having something extra on top would make them look that much more appealing. But that’s a personal thing that I like from other LNitrogen locations.The two staff members were nice and helpful - and they seemed to enjoy making the ice creams too hahahaDefinitely a place to check out with kids too since they have a “science corner” where kids can put on lab coats and googles whole their dessert is being “concocted”
