Just installed this on my new 2021 JL Jeep Wrangler! This top is so easy. If I want weatherproofing, it takes me less than 10 seconds. If I want full freedom, it takes me even less time! Thank you MyTops for your ingenuity and customization.I am one of the lucky people who get to say that my convertible fastback jeep is the FIRST on Maui.All-weather. All-occasion. All-easy. All the time!

My wife and I have always wanted one of these tops. We had a 2007 Wrangler and just couldn’t bring myself to buy it. But now we have a 2020 JL and I kinda wrecked the stock hard top so it was the perfect time to get the MyTop. The sales department was very helpful, and the shipping department, even more helpful. Had a little hick up getting it here, but Jeanella never stopped hounding UPS. I opted to install myself instead of professionally. Not a hard process if you are mechanically minded as some of the instructions are vague or not exactly in the manual. But anytime I hit a bump, I was able to FaceTime Robert and he could talk me through it. Great product made of high quality materials. Would recommend this top to anyone with a wrangler and money to spend.

I’m so happy to finally have a Jeep with this convenience. I live in Dallas where pop up storms are frequent. Being able to press one button and have the top go up without getting out is a game changer for me. So far it’s quiet and quick. I made a video for my sister and put it on YouTube “myTop after install” showing how easy it is.What I was impressed with the most throughout this whole experience was the myTop customer service. I know I pestered poor Anja with frequent calls and she took it like a pro. She gave me worse case scenario about arrival time, six weeks, and it arrived in less than four. I had it installed by a local guy but myTop had recommended installers. Any good mechanic can install it in about a day. myTop was with us every step of the way.Then about a week before Christmas my sister got a Jeep. She loved my top so I decided to surprise her with one for Christmas knowing she wouldn’t get it for 4-6 weeks. I called myTop and spoke to Jaenella. I asked if there was any way to get it by Christmas. She told me to give her a few hours to see what she could do. She called me back, and it cost a little bit more for shipping, but my sister got it Christmas Eve. I wish I could have done more than just send the staff flowers because they were were the best.

Ive had a MyTop on my Jeep for 2 years and love it. I am positive that I put the top down way more often than I would with a conventional soft-top. It has held up great through 2 Ohio winters and the Jeep heater keeps it plenty warm enough. Customer service is fantastic. Highly recommended!

First off, such an awesome thing for the Jeep. It eliminates ALL of the hassle of the Jeep soft top. If it worked without issues or leaking, this would be AWESOME!!!!!!!However, there are lots of quirky issues and spotty support. I purchased the top for my 2018 Wrangler JL Unlimited Saraha. I had a local body shop / repair shop install it as they do lots of custom work.From day 1. Top could barely close. After long discussions and run around, it was decided that the electrical wiring was not of sufficient gauge to properly raise the roof from the down position.After a few months, the rear support bar that holds the top up, broke. I used a piece of aluminum sleeve to get by for a while.Around the same time the rear bar broke, the passenger side rear window tore from the fabric so now there is a several inch gap for wind to pass through.Its not much worse for wind and water intrusion as there is nothing to keep the fabric up against the support pillars so when you are driving, there is LOTS of air infiltration.Flooding: The Jeep will flood with water if you are in an area that gets lots of rain. The water streams in above the drivers and passengers side where the top locks to the Jeeps windshield header. We were down in Florida and the Jeep kept filling with water during heavy rains. This continued off an on for about 2 weeks.. During that time, I was unable to open it up to let it dry properly and so of course, mildew and mold grew like crazy. I soaked the carpet and seats with vinegar to help fix the smell but once I returned home to Massachusetts, I had to have a full interior detail done to fix the problem. That was $475.One of the pivot eye sockets has recently broken.During a road trip with our RV, I was able to bring the Jeep into the MyTop shop in Georgia to have the rear bar replaced and the wiring upgraded to correct gauge so that the top could close without manual assistance. The tech figured all the water was the result of the Jeep drainage channels being clogged and he cleared them with a piece of wire. This did not make ANY difference at all.The leaking issue remains so I am not sure what to do with this top.Its not usable like this and I cant get them to help me. The lack of a callback has caused MANY issues with my supportMyTop tries but there is no follow though.I think I have had enough at this point.UPDATE 7/30/2021:MyTop has stepped up and sent me an updated version as a replacement for the top I have had so many issues with.I have not installed it yet so no comments on the replacement yet.Will update once installed.

The automatic soft top works perfect and the quality is way better than the original soft top.Service and follow-up is amazing and this is an understatement. I would recommend this company to everybody and if you have a Jeep Wrangler, the automatic soft will be your best investment ever!.

Drove to Atlanta today with my wife to correct some issues on her new convertible top for her 2017 4 door Sahara AK Jeep. This top was purchased on line and installed by others. Chris and his tech started tweaking and adjusting and had all issues resolved in no time. We were absolutely blown away with there knowledge and professionalism / Wife is very happy with her new top now and LOVES it ! I have had myTop on my Jeep for 4 years. The convenience of a push button convertible top that responds in less than 8 seconds is truly an experience most Jeep owners never know. It means that on even the most unexpectedly, unseasonably warm, random December day in New England, I can drive with the top down and not be inconvenienced by it. It also means that when a random thunderstorm strikes, I can put myTop up in no time flat and save my interior from having to dry out. When I pull out of my parking garage at work on a beautiful day and stop at a red light, my favorite thing is to amaze the folks around me by putting my top down well before that light turns green. In case you couldnt tell, I love myTop, and highly recommend it. Its one of the best Jeep investments Ive made, and any Jeep in my future will also have one. I wont live without it. Thanks, myTop, for an incredible product that helps me enjoy the topless lifestyle far more often than I could otherwise!!!

Why wouldn’t you ?!? I have had mine for over a year now and have had zero problems with it. My wife can’t get the regular soft top up or down—now with a simple push on a button it makes it a full convertible. It looks great and you can imagine the looks you get when you are at a red light and open or close the roof :)We all love to customize and make changes to our Jeeps and the roof is, in my opinion, the first thing you should consider!
