Google maps dont show new building with new docks. Unloaded during night while sleeping at dock. Nice people here!! They will take you before apointment time.

The place is expanding. If you have a big truck it is better to coordinate your arrival and loading deck before hand.

FCFS...they didnt ask about appointment (was to deliver on fri but took me on thur) large enough for semis to back in (with good set up) not sure about overnight parking and washrooms

I come here a lot and we love the products here. But the girl in front has the worst attitude ever. Every time I come she always has a rude attitude for no reason. I asked her nicely for her a box and she gave me a a rude no. I asked if someone could help me take the things to my car and she said “no that no one could help me.” I had to ask someone else and they person who helped me was so kind and helpful. I wish I had better staff in front.

Can I buy directly from you I need 15 cases every two weeks?

To load tortillas you must be here early because if you wait till they open at 8 am you be here for long time. And everyone knows Atlanta traffic

So glad I found this place! I bought wonderful freshly prepared corn tortillas to store in my freezer for homemade Mexican meals. Very nice staff who speak English.

I am not going to talk about the facility, but the product, their reason of their existance, being tortillas their main product I expected a quality higher than an 8; complete disappointment. Their tortillas are dry even when I bought them as fresh as can be, still warm when I got them from the store, I would not buy from them again.

Was not set up for tractor trailers to park while waiting to unload

I’ve been coming here for 6 years calling & ordering the exact same quantity every week. You would think they’d consider me as a “regular” by now and have my stuff ready but no each week I still have to call & wait on the phone. In the event that I do forget to call & I go there they won’t sell me anything because it’s for other people & they don’t have anymore. Like do they not want to make money? I’ve just found it an irritating inconvenience to go there but it’s the only one in Georgia. Also they don’t accept card transactions at all. It’s about to be 2020 come on guys modernize.

Nice staff. No problems at all. Just very tight backing. Only 2 doors available for OTR drivers. Have to wait on street till dock door is available.

No a bad place to deliver. Only one dock for road trunks. Long wait time must park on street while waiting. Then back in off the street on your blind side.

Disappointing because the girl at the front desk always has an attitude. We moved from Illinois, and were happy to find that they had a factory here, but I dont know if well be coming back anymore if we are met with attitude everytime.

Same great products, better prices than the retail stores, but my only complain is that they just accept cash, NO DEBIT CARDS, NO CREDIT CARDS, just cash. Thankfully I had some cash with me.

This place is always booming with business. I Like coming here because they have a Store that sells to the public. 😀

Got there 12 hours early and they got me into a door two hours later after they finished a driver who was already there, only to take another four hours to unload me and kick me off the property with no drive time left. They were friendly though, just slow as hell.

Hello good afternoon. I gave 4 stars for the simple reason that lately when I open a package of tortillas I find them all folded instead of taco I have to grab them like a spoon or chips. I wish they were more careful when packing the tortillas. If you want I am attaching some photos so you can see what I am talking about.

I eat tortillas from El Milagro, their flavor and texture have always been superior compared to the competition. However, unfortunately, in recent months something has changed. The tortillas are hard, dry and brittle, their taste is not the same. Hopefully someone from this production company can do something about it.

Today I went to buy tortillasAnd I couldnt buy because they dont accept debit and / or credit cardsI went to get money from the Bank when I returned at 4:04 it is already closedI could not make my purchase55 minutes go and 55 minutes returned to my house. Tomorrow I will go again earlier and with enough cash.Another day another qualification.

This is ridiculous

They do not accept card payments and I had to take out the boxes that I bought only for that reason 3 stars were 14 boxes !!!
