Needs no stars. Unreliable disappointment. Do NOT go here. Had an appointment for a tire change and they never showed up. John was suppose to be there at 1pm. Talked with them several times before arrival.
Great service, friendly staff and very clean shop
Loved it, Sean was very knowledgeable. Will be taking my bike there.
Its really is like a throwback of sorts. You almost feel like you walked into a old school bike shop.I had to have a tire replaced. Im not sure if Im lucky or if this is the service, but they started on my bike as soon as I got there. So that was cool. Took about two hours, and thats not super bad. They only seems to take digital payments methods (Cash App). That felt odd, but OK.If I felt my bike was having something more going on than maybe normal service. Im not sure I would take it here. But the normal stuff. They might be on the top of my list.
Brought the bike in early April to get some repairs after a friend laid it down in the road. There were scratches to the exhaust, the foot rest and foot brake were broken, and the fuel tank was dented. In all the repairs took over 4 months. I would be more inclined to give them a break but I called nearly once a week to get an update and never received any information. Each time they would tell me the mechanic working on the bike wasn’t in, but they would take a note and have them call back with an update. I never once received a call back until they said the job was done. They replaced the parts that were broken but did not repair the exhaust as we had discussed. In all I was charged $715 for installation on top of the cost of parts. Very poor experience overall.
On June 3rd 2020, We called all in customs bike shop. They side our bike would be ready in a weeks time. It is now July 4th and was asked to be here at 12pm. To no avail Shawn or Spade are not here how “RUDE” We are here to pick our bike up and on this past Thursday was told be Sawn they had 3hours in the bike for labor and is ready for pickup, now they are saying 6 hours in labor at 95.00 an hour. 300.00 dollars is now 600.00 dollars. This business has extremely poor at communication, when you ask for a return call it’s not going to happen. Dana answers the phone and is just that a receptionist... he has no information to convey at all about your bike. Why are you even there... We are here with what they asked us to bring which was a new battery and a Qt of oil. We are so over this...if you do not do anything else...DO NOT BRING YOUR BIKE here. you feel as if you are bothering them and that is so disheartening you try to be nice and pleasant but when you call and for the simple reason of the fact they have your bike and you get absolutely nothing and that’s poor customer service, when the techs are supposed to be there in the afternoon to fix your bike they don’t show and when you ask Dana to have your tech that’s fixing your bike to call you, it does not happen, I don’t know if he gives them the message or not but they do not call...””””””so rude”””””They only take cash app. WT—-. oh did I mention it’s hard to find a location it took us an hour to get there so Stay tuned for part two when I get home. If I Could give less than 1 star I would.
These guys are great at what they do. I am a procrastinator when it comes to maintenancing my motorcycle (Harley 883 iron). Therefore I end up spending astronomical prices to have my bike service when its time to ride again. I took my bike to All In Customs and they went above and beyond to get me back on the streets again. The pricing was fair and a lot less than what I had expected. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks to Spade and the crew, I am enjoying the road again!!
OverCharged me and still didnt fix my BIKE dont waste your money here let me be your WARNING
2015 GSXR I’ve meant to write a review for a while since it’s been two months since I’ve had their service. I was kind of iffy at first but understood the situation. I had an oil leak and needed new sprockets and chain repair and all of this happened around the shutdown from the coronavirus. It took a month to get my bike back but I was satisfied with the work that was done. And was told if I had any problems, just bring it back in. Haven’t been leaking since. But as far as from my experience, and driving my bike since my repair, I would recommend them. The price was pretty fair for the work done and been riding since.
I went to the shop, they were quick with the service and delivered an excellent customer service. The associate were friendly and most of all the price was great. They did not charge me arm and leg to fix the bike like other places
Door was locked 🔒, SMH.
They offer Military Discounts... the patience and customer service is amazing and they are a great group of mechanics. They are very knowledgeable and hard working mechanics. These gentlemen stayed later than business hours to put me back on the road so I could get to ft Bragg on time. Appreciate all the help guys. Best shop in Atlanta hands down
All In Customs is a great shop with personable & very knowledgeable staff .
Took my scooter to All In today and asked if they could turn it around quickly... super nice team and they did a great job getting my scooter to run again... all at a reasonable price. Thanks guys!
If you want any kind of liquor Im fairly sure they have it.
Dont go here expecting them to have the parts that you need (or to have it ready for you in a reasonable time). Order your own, THEN come here for them to replace the part or to put it on.I myself had to do a chain replacement. Ordered it from online and took my chain, front sprocket, and rear sprocket here.No appointment was made, and he quoted me before I went there what the price was going to be for the 1.5 hours of work.Took him more than 1.5 hours to replace my chain because he did not have the right tools but he was determined to finish it. I had a solid rivet link which broke his two of his riveting tool pins (riveting was why it took more than 1.5 hours). At the end, he only charged me for 1.5 hours for the work and my bike is not riding around with a dangling chain anymore.Very satisfied. And the thing I liked the most is that its an open garage so you can watch them do the work on your bike and ask questions.
Excellent small customization shop. Technicians have passion for motorcycles. Well cared for & do tune-ups & oil changes to pay rent. Large warehouse location on McDonough Blvd & Lakewood Ave. SE
Top Notch Guys That Truly Know Their Stuff. We recommend All In Customs to anyone and all Bikers.Kick 2. Roll 1.
Stay away. My bike sat in their shop for weeks untouched. Finally was stolen from the shop (pretty sure they chopped it up). Never saw it again and getting them to talk about paying me back was impossible. No idea why theyre still in business.
This shop came highly recommended. I trusted the owner with a project to restore the last bike my father owned before he passed away. If it were possible to give Negative stars I would. This shop did nothing to completion in the 4 1/2 months it was there. I was prepared for a budget that far exceeded the actual value of the bike but thankfully I didn’t give it to him all at once. My intension was to release funds or purchased parts as pieces of the project were done. But all I have to share is that this was THE worst experience i have ever had with ANY shop.
They told me everything i needed to get done even though i went in for one thing
Cant seem to get paid for work performed
This past Wednesday I needed some work done on my ’04 Sportster. I was worried that I was looking at worse a brand new clutch. The gear pedal was starting to stick. I would almost have to kick myself off the bike to get the pedal to move from one gear to another. So I Google motorcycle shops in midtown Atlanta. In Custom showed up pretty low in the rating but very close to where I stay (East Atlanta). I talked to a guy called Spade. He seem pretty nice on the phone. So I jump on my bike hoping I had one last couple of shifts in the pedal. When I got to the shop they were working on remodeling and fixing the place up. I talked To Spade; he’s a certified motorcycle mechanic. Right off he agreed that it could be as simple as adjusting the shift cable to replacing the clutch. He made it clear that the clutch should last the life of the bike. And most clutches that end up needing replacement, are from an abusive rider. I was lucky. I only ended up needing an adjustment on the gear shifter cables. So for now I’m shifting without having to kick the clutch pedal. Spade is a good honest hard working man. He is not looking to get rich. Just want to provide for his wife and kids. So next time you need work done on any type of bike give him a call.
Beware!! Stay away from this place if you want fair, timely customer service based for your $$.I brought my bike there, called approximately 20 times from 6-6-19 when they got my bike until they finish texted on 8-15 to pickup- all the while the owner has YET to contact me about their subpar decision to charge me a late fee,YET to return the 125.$ over that which was overlooked-AND the mechanic not only threatened me,he also DAMAGED my turn signal.do yourself a favor and just go to an A class place- World On Wheels, and leave some times customs alone...
Great place, great atmosphere! Will go above and beyond to get the job done!! And they offer military discount.
Cool shop, even cooler employees, needed my front fairing repainted and replaced, also needed shift pedal replaced, and gas tank repainted! Did it all for me, looks like its brand-new, and for a pretty good price too.!
If I couldve given this place 0 stars, I would have. I initially spoke with a man named French. After having my bike in the shop for a week and nothing being done to it, I began to complain. Then they decided to lie about ordering a part for my starter and never ordered anything. They used glue to put some switch back in place which they charged me $100 for. Not only was my bike still not running, but French requested that I make the $100 payment (in person, or over the phone) before they did anymore work on my bike. Lets do the math, they charged me for an hour of electrical labor ($85/hr) and wanted to charge me by the hour for each job instead of fixing my bike in one session. So if they performed 4 tasks that =$340 plus the parts fee they order or chop from other bikes in the shop. After speaking with Dana he said Well I could charge you $120 clearly throwing his weight after I called complaining. After complaining to Dana (I guess hes the shop owner, but they keep that a secret too, and say they dont have management) French was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful yelling at me over the phone to not call him, call Dana if I had any questions about my scooter, saying how He didnt appreciate asking to talk to management when he was trying to swindle me. When I came and picked up my bike there was another tech being hired, after I was told plenty of times the techs arent at work today. This was the worst customer service experience Ive ever had in my life, and as long as people continue to shine light on the type of business these people are running, they wont be running it for much longer. I wouldnt recommend ALL IN CUSTOMS to an enemy. French is a horrible customer service representative and needs to be fired; And I honestly dont believe they really know how to fix bikes. BBB please please PLEASE come and put these people out of business.
Great experience, friendly staff, and very knowledgeable about what they do. Its a motorcycle shop! So I got exactly what I expected. My brakes are fixed and I can ride with no issue.
I just took my Bike over for tune up, good reception, good customer service, everything good so far, will update this review after service and repairs has been completed...
Great place for gearheads and overall enthusiast.
All In Customs in Atlanta, GA had my Honda Shadow for almost two weeks to change the tires. First, I was quoted 2 hours and $165 (the $165 was in addition to the $100 I had already put down for the tires). I waited a few days and called to check in on it. They hadnt started it and said the technician wasnt in. A few more days passed and I went to the shop. My bike was the only bike outside and not only was it not even started, but it was covered in sticky residue. I talked to one of the guys there and he said he moved it out to start working on it. I waited two more days and called to check in on it. This time Kevin answered, stated it wasnt ready, and that they work on commission so Nate (the one who originally took the job) needed to do it and he was off. Nate called and said it was going to cost more labor. The story goes on - me calling and them saying its not ready and costing more...trying to add another $200 to it.Bottom line it ended up taking over two weeks and $415 for two tires to be changed. THEN, I pick the bike up and while driving on I-75 realize something is wrong. I DONT HAVE ANY BACK BRAKES! I ended up taking the bike to another shop, that pointed out everything was wrong - brakes not attached right, chain backwards, etc. So, not only was it completely terrible service, overpriced with questionable integrity, they put my life in jeopardy by not making sure my bike was in safe working condition.
Worst bike shop I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with.
This place is TRASH nothing professional about.. have had my bike over a week and have done nothing to it not even looked at it DO NOT BRING YOUR STUFF HERE!!
Horrible service! They couldnt even tell me why my bike wont start. Didnt keep keep regular updates on a status check and when inwould call the shop for the status on my bike no one in there had answers. Gave me my bike in pieces that I didnt bring to them in. All they have are excuses. Then tried to argue how they been in business 10 years. Not treating a customer whose paying your bills that way. DONT GO!
They didnt have what I needed
These guys helped me out in a pinch and swapped out my tires quickly in a pinch so I coil go riding for the weekend.
All in, is real they didnt play with my time or my scooter it was down and out Dana & spade picked it up plus fixed it for a great price they even showed me how to check it for safety ...... love that shop go be a part of something real
This place is terrible, they srewed me years ago at the old location and like a fool I tried them again, same results, my bike is not complete, Spade the owner is a nice guy but hires idiots that should not be allowed to work on tri cycles. Sean is the only one in the company who is a knowledgble mechanic. Go elsewhere if you know whats good for you. And thats the Truth
I am the customer of Derrick Curtis and I dont know how these guys are in business. These guys did such a botch job on my bike. There are runs in the paint, faded spots, white chips in paint, the seal around the fairing was ruined, and I can go on and on. I dont see how they could let someones property leave their shop looking like they left my bike looking. It looks terrible!!! Now I see why they did not detail the bike before they gave it back to me because they were hiding the terrible work they did. SMDH!!!
They love motorcycles great people for your bike very knowledgeable crew.
All in customs suck eggs.. do not go here! ! they brake stuff and wont pay for it .. so sad.. smh. I rate them a zero ...
If I could give zero stars I would. I cant believe this place is even still open! Hands down the worst customer experience Ive had with any business! I took a brand new scooter into this place for a bor kit upgrade over 3 months ago. They gave me excuse after excuse on whats wrong with my scooter.Mind you it was brand new going in, these guys charged me for parts on my bike they broke and took 3 months for something that shouldve taken a few hours. On top of that tried to charge me $500 on a scooter worth $700.I asked for a quote multiplie times and until the day I decided to move my bike to another shop they finally give me a bill for $500!! The bike was in pieces and they quoted me for 5 hours of labor!! They make prices as they go and will get over if they can.Stay Away!!! They also failed to mention that its illegal to ride over 50cc without a motorcycle license.I repeat!! Dont take anything to this place!! Lets just say im on my way to small claims court now.
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR SCOOTER OR MOTORCYCLE THERE!!!!!!!!!!!These people have the worst customer service that Ive ever seen in my life, I took my 2006 m109r to get a fairing painted and music install, the bike sat there for 4 months waiting on a paint and body guy to do the work which by the way never got done I would call and leave messages no one would call me back to let me know what is going on when I brought my bike in to there I took pictures all the around bike when I came to pickup the bike there over spray all over my chrome screw missing out of my side cover my front fender had a quarter size spot of paint missing on the fender . I really dont know how these guys can be in business with what they are doing. BEWARE DO NOT TAKE YOR MOTORCYCLE TO ALL IN CUSTOMS!!! You will not be happy....
Dont take your bike to this place! I took my 2009 Kawasaki Ninja 250r there on September 22 with a broken right peg and some scratches. There was a crack in one of my fairings. The right peg was never order until I went there October 7th and told them that I was taking the bike to be repaired at another shop. They said they hadnt ordered it because they couldnt find the peg and peg mount originally. However, when I told them I would take the bike to another shop, they magically found the parts within 15 minutes and ordered them on the spot ...this was October 7th. My bike had just been sitting there from September 22-October 7th without any of the parts being ordered. Anyway... they sealed up the crack and sanded the paint off the fairing to prepare to repaint it ...except they never painted it. So when I took it out of the shop October 12th, I had paint missing on a hug part of one of my fairings. The cost for all of this: $420.Dont waste your time. Dont waste your money.
...DO NOT GO HERE... Brought my bike for a rear tire change and they destroyed my brand new rear tire and rear rim. They refuse and deny any blame or compensation for the damage that was done. Save yourself a trip and $700 in damage and go somewhere else.
Great customer service and friendly people
This was the worst experience with a repair shop Ive ever had, car or bike. They called me after having my bike for three days to ask why it was there, because no one remembered. They forgot to order my starter and when it did come in, it took them twice as long to change it out as they promised. They offered to charge my battery for free, then they forgot about that and charged me for it. When I brought it up, they just started yelling at each other about losing money. They were extremely unprofessional. I will never let them touch my sv1000, or any other bike again.
Very in tune with the needs and excellent customer service.
They are the worst my motorcycle sat for 2 weeks then he said I needed to wait for 4-6 weeks for a part from London that I found on amazon. Bad customer service
Extremely Excellent service
Great experience working with E
Love these guys, they are very professional!
They suck.I took my scooter there. twice they make me pay for the wrong thing and after 2 week I had to take it to the another mechanic and lost $300 in the process. lost time and money.
They are not a repair shop
Worst experience ever. took my moped in and it took them 7 months to fix it and a week after i payed them and got it back its broken again. If i were you I would not give them your time or money.
Fast service.
This small shop has boatloads of inventory.
Very Rude Staff, Uses A lot Of Profane Language Around their employees and customers . Just very unprofessional....Trust me I was interning for them one summer, and had a bad experience.
I was charged for services that I never received.
Really bad business
