Just bought our patio sofa and swivel recliner. We stopped here a few weeks ago, fell in love with a specific set. It was more than our budget, so we continued to shop in EVERY.OTHER.PLACE.IMAGINABLE. Nothing was as comfortable or as well-made. These guys clearly know their business and stock great quality at a fair price. We returned today and the staff was so helpful. We couldn’t leave without buying a set. Just ordered four “Brown Jordan“ chaises. I wanted something that looked good, was good quality, but not have to bother with cushions and weather. The sales person was SO patient and honest. They gave me so much detail and explained the differences between different styles and brands. We are super happy!

After construction on a new outdoor living area, it came time for the furniture. We searched for quality items that were budget friendly and were so lucky to find Rocky Mountain Patio Furniture. This is truly a mom and pops family owned business. Selena was a fabulous help through the entire process. She knows her products well and was able to steer us in the right direction on the fabric choice for beauty and durability. Drew did a fantastic job with delivery and set-up and it is obvious that customer service is their primary goal. The service doesnt stop after the sale. We did have a piece that didnt really work in our space and Selena went the extra mile to help us find the perfect chairs. There is one thing certain, we will need more furniture to complete our project, and we will look nowhere else. The folks at Rock Mountain have earned our business for life!Larry & Shannon

Excellent service and selection! Randi was extremely helpful when we arrived to outfit our family of 7 for our ski trip. She was thoughtful to consider that our children are still growing and recommended items that would hopefully cover 2 ski seasons. All of the staff were knowledgeable and made the process super easy. Rocky Mountain Ski and Board is hands down the best ski shop in Atlanta with the best prices you can find! It’s a family owned business that goes above and beyond for its customers. I was blown away by how easy they made shopping for my four children that are first time skiers. The staff was so knowledgeable about every brand (and they literally have every brand) and knew exactly what brand would fit my tall and thin 12 year old daughter. Rocky Mountain even had suggestions my special needs daughter’s sensory issues. They really made a point to give me their time and attention and were more likely to tell me that I didn’t need something rather than racking up the bill. To top it all off, they made me smile and laugh the entire time! I might plan more ski trips this year just so that I have a reason to go spend more time at this wonderful store! Shopped around for upscale patio furniture and was glad I checked them out. Higher quality than RH and service was fantastic! Delivery was fast and professional.

They were relatively busy when I arrived, but every worker there made a point to help in every aspect of what I was shopping for and made sure to point me to the experts of each item I was looking for. Extremely organized, great prices, and very knowledgeable staff. I was very impressed and will certainly be returning and referring others!

I called & asked what they had in stock for sectionals. A nice lady told me a couple of brands to look at online. When I called back to request a quote for one of the pieces, a man picked up the phone. When I told him exactly what the nice lady told me, he rudely responded Okay so but what do you want? I repeated what she told me (because what else could I say?). He again rudely responded this time saying Okay wellllllllll keep going because theres tons of models! with an annoyed scoff. I mean wow.... just an awful experience!

Not only do they sell furniture, but they help you with snowboards and skis! The people working there really know what their talking about and help fit you to your board. I keep going back, they even hold your boards for you during the off-season.

We were in search of a outdoor glass top table clips. To secure the glass again the ridge of a wrought iron table. Rocky Mountain is a upscale luxury patio furniture place. Think really nice, not for your brother and his 3 kids ! More the Southern Living Look with teak sand expensive outdoor lighting . They didnt have the packet of clips that we needed. But, whoa ! Customer service ! They went online to a zillion part store and started combing thru all of the clips to find something we could use. Perhaps not just like the one we had, but something to do the trick. We were unable to find the part, but I left there knowing, I could send a n photo of the clip and table top, and the could find a substitute. They certainly didnt need to spend 20 minutes, looking online, but if I ever need to buy some beautiful patio furniture or patio lanterns, I know where to go ! Or, I could refer a client to them. What nice ladies at Rocky Mountain !Superior Service ♡.

I had a very good experience with Rocky buying my first patio set for my new home. They had a great selection of furniture and the staff member who helped me was very patient and helpful. I am so pleased with the final turnout of my patio and will definitely be going back to this store again. Great service and great quality.

Ok it like there worried about you stealing the place. And come in after a hard in the barn mud. And they really look At you like your crazy. If not for the great. Guys in the ski shop. All would be lost. So thank s to those guys. And a good invotory. It s nice to have such a place here. So lighten. Up.

We purchased furniture here over the 4th of July weekend. Even though they were really busy everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We wanted a set that could be delivered immediately because we had company coming into town. They were able to deliver it the next day!! Love our new furniture!!!

My experience with this store had to be the worst ever. There were so many warning signs. While the quality of outdoor furniture they have is decent, the customer service is beyond poor. While paying for our teak pieces, we noticed we were being undercharged over $1000. When we brought this to their attention, we didnt even receive a thank you. Because we wanted the furniture asap, we were told we could order only from select fabrics and wed receive within 10 days. A month later, we had to call there multiple times to get an update. The chairs were then delivered without the cushions! Again, no Im sorry. We had to go pick them up, no offer of delivery. When we expressed our disappointment with the entire experience, the owner was outright dismissive, rude and completely unprofessional. He accused my husband of yelling at him while talking outside over traffic. The owner wouldnt even shake my husbands hand upon leaving. This store has no class and no clue about customer service. I regret having spent any time here and giving them our money. A total disgrace to Atlanta! No wonder they are not BBB accredited.

Huge selection! All the furniture is very nice. Staff said they were not on commission and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, infact they talked me out of buying too much. Said you can always add more later. really felt comfortable with their help.

We drove all the way from Macon Ga with every intention of buying a lot of patio furniture from this store. From the minute we walked in they stalked us relentless!!!! Needless to say we walked out because we couldn’t even look in peace. I hate stores that do that to you. Guess what you got no commission from us!!!!

This patio furniture store is so convenient and has employees that must have years of experience to help you with you choices. It is in Sandy Springs just inside the perimeter on Roswell Road NE, and the selection cant be beat. From furniture with cushions, to sling to teak and other outdoor woods, there are most of the brands Ive heard of and then some! Brown Jordan, Ebel, Lane Venture, Jensen Leisure, Kingsley Bate, Tropitone, Summer Classics and Tucci patio umbrellas, just to name a few. This is a must see store, and the employees are helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They offer a delivery service that includes assembly, placement and even disposal of empty cartons.

Fantastic quality and selection. Buying patio furniture can be confusing and overwhelming but the staff made it easy and affordable.
