I really enjoyed my experience at Armistead Paint this morning. I wanted a farrow & ball paint that was going to need to be ordered so he suggested we do a paint match with Benjamin Moore since I needed the paint today.He was consultative (showed him what I was painting) and gave me suggestions on the types of brushes and rollers I’d need. He has a dry personality, but I liked it. He was direct and to the point and didn’t waste either one of our time! I’ll be back when I have another paint project!

The best! Chris + Team went above + beyond to help me with my paint needs, and a terrible paint situation that we found ourselves in. Wonderful local business to support in central Buckhead location!

I called many times and this guy was so rude telling me i don’t have time to be on the phone with you i have a line of customers to attend ... I should of said then why don’t you get more staff in or why you answer the phone if you don’t have time.. then he over charge me for the paint that i order....rude

I have been a long time customer of Armistead Paint with recent purchases there in the last month or so. Today I went in with two unopened gallons of paint and requested Armistead tint each can with one drop of magenta to tone the color down. Because my painter had purchased the paint at another Ben Moore store, the store manager refused to add one drop to each gallon. I would have been happy to pay for it. Bottom line...buy two new gallons from me and Ill add the one drop of color to tint--or hit the road. Wow. Some customer service. Store was not even busy. Never again, Armistead.

If youre in Buckhead and looking for Benjamin Moore paint, Armistead is the closest option. They also have other high-end brands. They were a tad light on staff when I swung by to snag some small cans to sample a few colors. But the employee was friendly and doing her best as the line formed. Plus, the shopkeepers pup was a happy distraction while waiting. The shop is down back so keep an eye out for signs. #Buckhead #Atlanta #Paint
