Great customer service. The office staff was very helpful. I spoke with Rico about getting an emergency load. He’s very knowledgeable and he guaranteed the load in a timely manner. He had the load delivered as he stated. We were able to run our operation smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company!

Worst customer service ever. First time ordering from this company they did not show up on time. Kept calling to get updates and was told on the way. Hours later nothing. The order was 3 days late. Tried them again 10-31-18 requested an order for 11-6-18 7am, and guess what. Nothing but poor service again. As on 9am the truck had not even been loaded for the 7am delivery. One excuse after another. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Her: 572 PalletsMe: I wont be needing that muchLady: Okay have a good oneCuts the line.This just happened like right now and I am still shocked. Not sure how to react.
